Best scrapyard in Eastern NC! Anyone that says different is probably a thief or was simply disappointed in the price because they have no idea what they actually had and built up the payout in their own heads. Disagree? It doesn't matter cuz you can't fight! ?
You have to be careful with the people that weigh your metal. The other day I brought a bucket filled with freshly stripped bare bright copper. They weighed it and dumped it in the bin and when I was handed my paper they put down #2 wire at 2.40 cents a pound. This is when copper was at almost 5 dollars a pound. Got ripped off almost 100 dollars. Shady practices with folks skimming off the back end. If you are the owner I can give you the time and date for a review and I’ve also kept my receipt. Very disrespectful for this to happen to a customer.
First trip with scraps from our farm. Could not believe how nice and helpful everyone was. Great way to run a business. This is a Well Oiled Machine! Keep up the good work.
I waa nervous to take the scrap metal we had since I had never been to a scrap yard a day in my life but as my husband works long hours it was on me. I couldnt say enough positive praise for the employess and the way they do business in general here.
I've always took my business here the staff are friendly and pretty cool have good prices and no hassle this us my place to deal with fir all my scraping

Been there a few times and they were very nice. They may not have family values as many people think but they see alot of people a day and cant smile at everyone. But to me there not rude.just.professional
very rude and unprofessional workers and they will cheat you if you dont pay attention. you will be better off going somewhere else with better customer service
The owner was very rude! He unloaded my pickup that has a ladder rack. While unloading the magnet went under the rack and he wasn't paying attention! Proceided to lift the scrap out and bent the rack . I showed him what he did and said it was my fault because of the way I loaded the truck! Wouldn't even say sorry. Great way to loose a customer!
