If I need car work done in Dunn, I go here. Warren's is consistently excellent. They are honest irregardless of their financial benefit/detriment. They have been a part of the community for a long time. I'd highly recommend you choose them for your auto care needs. They are a great asset to the Dunn community.
Warren’s is amazing! They are one of the few places in the area that works on my type of car. When I called around to find some one to work on my car I was suggested them from other mechanics in the area…they are fast, good prices and they have amazing customer service! They are a busy place they so you can expect a wait to get in but I don’t mind because I know they are busy for a reason…they’re good!!
I took my car to Jerome and team at Warren's because I stupidly got my spark plugs changed by a busy "in-a-jiffy" service garage -I don't recommend it. Not only was Jerome able to diagnose and fix the issue not found by the other business, but he also called a few days later to check up on the car and ensure everything was still running smoothly. He was a total pro and a delight to do business with - will be going back for all my vehicles' maintenance needs in the future!

If I could give this buisness more than 5 stars I would. Amazing customer service, attention to detail, and our needs. I'm not from the area but if I was I would never see another mech. Can not praise them enough. So much love and compassion from these people. They even called the next day to make sure we ended up getting where we were going safely!! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING.
Amazing, friendly and HONEST people! I was traveling and had an emergency with my car early Tuesday morning and Robert was there to help in every way! From the mechanic explaining every single detail that was wrong with my car to Robert updating me on exactly what would be on the invoice…They were genuine from start to finish. They promised me my car would be finished the same day due to me being out of town and they did not leave until my vehicle was running in top tier shape! No rushing, and no change in customer service despite it being 45 minutes after close time!! I honestly had never experienced any customer service quite like theirs!! I would give 100 stars if I could! Thank you again guys for all patience and help!

Big shout out to Jerome Warren and his team! When my old BMW refused to start....they towed it, diagnosed it, ordered a new starter and had me back on the road in no time. Fantastic service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for all your automotive repair needs!
Thanks guys...So in bringing my daughter home from college in Rhode Island to Florida, we had a highway flat in Dunn. They promptly served us with no wait. Although the tire couldn't be repaired they found a viable used for a fair price & got us underway. Thank you! We made it home okay:))
This is the worst place to get a towing through Triple A. My sister has been waiting for 2 1/2 hours with her son in the heat. This makes no sense never have I or her experienced this long of a wait for a tow truck to arrive to it's destination. If I could rate it with negative stars I would.
