After posting my car for sale online, the company reached out to me via email with an offer. I contacted them and they seem professional and very consistent throughout the process same information asked by each department I had to deal with and the information given to me was very consistent as far as pick up how the money will be relayed would be the check would be on and if anything outside of that to contact them. I appreciate it. It wasn’t a lot of fuss and haggle seemed very straightforward. Took care of business made things much easier in the end. Overall pleased with the company on the process as this has been a very emotionally exhausting thing for me so their help made things so much easier

It was truly a good experience the young man that came and got my car was very nice and polite my sons picked around with him as he was doing his job we laughed the whole time he was here. Great yong man to have on your team.
The experience with Copart was great. Our local carrier was another story. We were scheduled for a pickup on Friday morning but the pickup didn't happen until Monday. I had scheduled work and other people to be available Monday morning but no one showed up and the local carrier finally called until Friday night to schedule pickup three days later. The scheduling was horrible.

This was a fantastic way to get rid of a car of mine that had died and repair was going to be too expensive. Within 48 hours of me making the call my car was picked up and it was all done. Customer service was very helpful and pro-active. They got my car and gave me a check less than 24 hours after my call. Towed it for free and I live over 70 miles away! The tow truck guy was even super friendly and professional...great experience all the way around! I will be using them again soon on my other dead car! Great experience!!!

I was skeptical at first, being a woman. You know the old saying that we get taken when it comes to cars and car repairs. It was very easy and convenient. I had no idea what I was going to do. I got a quote online and a phone call the same day. Eric made it very easy to sell my car to them, he told me the steps I needed to take. Time and ease of pickup was smooth and without a hitch. Tow truck met me and did all the leg work. I just had to meet up and hand him the title and keys and he handed me my check. Only skeptical area I felt strange about was the person I talked to after Eric. I was unable to understand her and thought it might be overseas. I went with my gut and glad I did. The only thing I would recommend for this company is, those you use for customer service on the phone, make sure they can be understood. No way am I knocking foreign people, but I almost cancelled the whole thing because it made me doubtful and uneasy. Also, when leaving a message, they would say Coparts and I had no idea it was the same company. I almost didn’t call back. I would recommend this company to others.
I must admit I was very skeptical however, my experience was great. They were very informative and patient with me during the process. I worked with Revanth and he was awesome to work with. I sold my car and the next day it was picked up with a check on the spot. I had no problems and would highly recommend them.
I would not recommend this business for selling your car. Yes they will give you a fair deal if the car works. However the car i was trying ti get rid of did not turn on so instead talking to me about they rather hang up. I called back thinking it was an accident. Someone else answer and right after i mentioned the car may not turn on, they hang up again. Poor service in my opinion.
They responded quickly & were able to pick up the vehicle within 24-48 hours after we submitted the documents they needed. We live on Fort a Bragg, & I needed the vehicle gone asap & they got it done!!! I would definitely use them and/or recommend them to friends & family.
