Great Service. Had my Car towed and needed a little more care than others. While my vehicle is lowered and modded it can make it complicated for some. However the Driver Ethan handled it like a complete professional. Great service
Ethan responded to my roadside assistance very timely and quickly!! Ethan was awesome with professional and courteous service. He hooked up my truck and made sure the truck was secure to be towed. He got my vechicle to the tire shop destination safely and took care of the details with the tech.He made sure i was ok before he left and called back to check on me after he left!! Awesome customer service!!

Back in October and an employee of his damaged my car when all it needed was a jumpstart. Since that incident, I’ve been having to deal with Mr. Antoine Gordon regarding getting my car fixed. Though since we both found out about the $500 deductible he owe me he been wanting me to contact him or remind him, so he say, until my appointment of getting my car done. My initial appointment in December I believe the 10th and he only responded on the day of the appointment that his employee did it so he pays it, on the day of the appointment might I add again. So on that day, he tried to make a payment to the repair shop, but they told him they can’t accept third-party payments, he will have to pay it directly to me. He knew that the day of my first appointment. Fast forward to my second appointment he we’ve been in contact on him coming to the collision to the repair shop to pay the $500 deductible whole time he knew he had to just send it to me. So I got to thinking, he asked me if my car was in the shop as if he was gonna pay for it right then and there but still have yet to send the funds, it got fishy so I checked his social media and I see he really enjoy people‘s financial losses being with him and not having a resolution, it’s comical to him, Mr. “I’m wildin for this” while towing another company’s vehicle.
He is A very trustworthy man. He lacks integrity. Somehow, in a #BusinessInAWeekend organization that represents everything he doesn’t. I will be suing.
Thank you so much! Your driver was great! He actually blocked traffic so I could get out of my car safely. He was professional, timely and even made sure to charge my battery enough to fill my windows up when the car was dropped off. Austin went above and beyond! Excellent service!!
Highly recommend. I called around to several companies and either they were extremely high priced or just dropped the ball. I was very impressed with this companies fair pricing and friendly customer service. Also a very quick turn around time even though I wasn’t in a rush for the service. Will definitely use for any future needs.
Ethan(I think) showed up an hour earlier than insurance said he would, which was perfect! He was kind and let me ride with him. Perfect service and timing

I called Gordon’s Towing Company back at the end of November literally days before Thanksgiving when my daughter’s car wouldn’t start, and the entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish! They literally checked ALL the boxes (including the ones I didn’t even realize were on the list). I’ve never experienced such a seamless and pleasant roadside assistance experience in my life! (It was so good that I literally sought out their listing again to leave this review!) First, their dispatcher who answered my call was amazing — patient, attentive, and so easy to talk to. She truly was a saving grace! She took the time to really listen, asked the right questions, and kept me updated every step of the way. Her receptiveness and reciprocal communication alone deserves five stars.
The tow itself was just as impressive! Austin was equally as professional, communicative, and efficient! The entire process was stress-free! Lastly, the pricing?!?! Truly phenomenal. I can’t even say that it was better than expected for same day service because I feel as though that would be a complete disservice to Gordon’s so what I will say is that it surpassed any and all expectations my mind prematurely set. TENFOLD!
I don’t want to need a tow again, but if it ever happens, Gordon’s is the only company I’ll call. I’d recommend them to absolutely anyone.

Wanted to leave a 5 star review specifically for the awesome driver Austin. My clutch line went out on my lowered acura and he was very cautious, and precise to handle my car to not scrape the bottom of it while loading/unloading my vehicle. He was also very informative on what to do in my type of emergency and provided a very pleasant and reputable experience. If i ever need services from another towing company i’ll be sure to use these guys specifically because of the experience tonight!

I came out of the hospital after working 12 hours night shift to a car that wouldn’t start. I requested roadside assistance and was called pretty quick. I explained that I had to come back and work again that night and they had someone there within 15 minutes!! They jumped my car and I was off to buy a new battery. Thank you to the man I spoke with and the young man who helped me!
Very unprofessional!!! Driver was instructed where to drop car and not only did he not drop where he was asked but dropped it crooked and half way out our driveway. When asked to move car he said he was NOT moving it and had other places to be.
My car broke down on Saturday night and they responded immediately and where there in 20 minutes, and they are the most affordable other companies would have charged doubled what I paid , I couldn't thank them enough
