This review is for the dispatch of ERS Towing. I was selling my car through Peddle & they were to pick it up. I spent 3.5 hrs waiting for the tow to arrive. When I called in to check on their eta, she said they hadn't received pics of my title. I'd sent the photos 10 times at that point. I was given a # to text them. I did. Called ERS back & tried to confirm the p/u again. I was @ shop w/a bunch of mechanic & strangers with her on speaker -outside & she says I'm yelling @ her. Everyone starts laughing to themselves. I'm talking like someone who's outside & SHE'S yelling (an entire shop full of people heard the entire, entirely unprofessional thing). I was just trying to get something accomplished after sitting in my car WITH MY SERVICE DOG for 3.5 hrs. She then YELLED, "WE'RE CANCELING" & hung up. If you want professionalism, stay far, far away.

Huge thank you to Riley for helping me get out of the snow when I was completely stuck. He showed up quickly, was super kind and professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Done a great job, took really good careful of the truck getting on the flatbed. I didn’t have to wait long on him to get to me and he was very nice

Came in a reasonable time less then what they told me on the phone, the driver was really nice and I would definitely pick them!!

Bug was very fast, punctual and efficient! He gave me a lot of great advice about the issues that may be going on with my car & battery! 10/10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had such a great experience with this company when I needed a tire change. From the moment I called, everything felt easy and stress-free. They showed up in less than an hour, which was such a relief because I was already feeling overwhelmed. The technician went above and beyond, he was quick, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind. I don’t know much about cars, and he never made me feel embarrassed about that. Instead, he took the time to walk me through what happened, what he was doing, and why it mattered, all in a way I could actually understand. He made the whole situation feel manageable, and his patience and kindness truly stood out. Overall, the service was fast, professional, and surprisingly comforting. I’m really grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Amazing Service from DJ! I can’t thank DJ enough for his quick and professional help unlocking my car! He arrived fast, was super friendly, and had my car open in no time without any damage. DJ did a very good job of keeping us updated on his ETA. He contacted us with information on having a job ahead of us. He called to let us know when he was on his way and what time he expected to arrive. When he arrived he was very professional in the job of unlocking the car. He was very personable and friendly.

DJ of ERS towing is simply a great representation of this company. He got to me in nine minutes and changed the flat I had in less than two. However, that was his best quality. With this being my fourth flat tire in less than a month and half you could imagine my frustration at this point! DJ’s sense of humor and kindness went a long way in making what seemed so bad not so bad anymore. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. They couldn’t have a better employee representing them.

It’s sad when roadside needed roadside, but this man right here was awesome. I was not havinv a good night to say the least. My keys were locked in my car, along with my lockout kit in the trunk. DJ showed up and got me in very fast, a while lot faster than i am for sure, and had my attitude brighter and better with his great customer service and the personal aspect, I felt like family of his. Thank you ERS for sending him out!!!! 10/10 will Recommend!!

I caught a flat tire about 20 mins from home. I was fortunate to have DJ from ERS take the call. He was punctual and professional and kept me updated on his arrival. He's very personable and makes you feel like family. I was back on the road in less than 15 mins. Great job DJ!

DJ from ERS was dispatched from State Farm for locksmith service. He got to us in under 15 minutes and was extremely efficient and quick getting into our car. We appreciate his professionalism and even the extra advice when we had questions.

DJ with ERS Towing & Recovery was very prompt after receiving my request this morning. He called to let me know that he has received the call and also to let me know where I was in his lineup. He called when he was on the way to my location. He was professional and helpful while taking off my flat tire and replacing with the spare tire. He informed me of safety information that I would need as I head to my next location. He was very personable and helpful. Would recommend his service again!

DJ was absolutely amazing! Not only was DJ incredibly timely but he was so respectful and kind. He actually beat the time that was given as a estimate upon his arrival. It's so incredibly important to have providers who are personable, kind, and patience and he was ALL of the above. I deeply appreciate DJ, he needs a raise!

The service that KR gave me was top notch he was very helpful and friendly .There was a situation on the insurance company side, my vehicle was not able to be dropped off at the location that the insurance company gave me ,so he took my RV back to the towing company location to make sure my vehicle was safe and secure while waiting on the insurance company to get their act together. This is definitely a company. I will be calling in the future if I ever need a towing thanks again KR.
