Cut my brand new axle boots 7 months later started popping just went in for tires and alignment whole new front suspension was just installed got pictures of the boot clear it was cut
The store had been remodeled in the lobby, and looked great I enjoyed the coffee and a soft chair to watch the new tv. I need my tire fixed it had a slow leak and I arrived at 6:58pm the service advisor Jahlonie was very professional and respectful. He repaired my tire himself and was so appreciative for me choosing Firestone. He was awesome!!!

The people at this store are always friendly and very helpful! We have found the service from them on both of our vehicles as always been great! I will not go back to the dealership auto care any longer, not when this Firestone is open 7 days a week! And their prices a better too!
I went in to the High Point Firestone for a routine oil change, fluids check, tire pressure check, etc. I told them that I had been losing air in my front left tire and asked them to carefully check it. They did and showed me that the tire had a flaw and was slowly working on failing. They ordered me a new tire and were able to replace it the next day. The tire was under warrantly and was free. I only had to pay for the mounting of the tire. Great service! Also, they know me by name and are very professional and friendly. Particularly Justin, the Manager.
Anytime I need an oil change or tire fix I can always count on Firestone to get me fixed up. Thank you Firestone for always doing your best to make your customers happy.
Everything went very smooth and the car almost feels brand new riding on the new Firehawks. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was doing this through the Carvana warranty system and the staff did a great job of handling that process.
They told me one price , and when I arrived it was something totally different (higher) never will I bring my cars here again terrible experience smdh….. I can see if I was lying about the price, they didn’t really wanted to work with me either.
The people at the center were very polite and professional. They gave us good news about the state of the car that we had brought to them. We were told that the only thing that needed attention were the rear brakes, and that that was not very urgent. Then I was sent a report which was both alarming and inaccurate. There was an indication that the tires needed attention, which was simply not the case. I called the shop after I got home, and a kind person explained to me that the number 9 marked on the tires meant that they were in good condition! At the top of the form, it said that the tires needed attention! There is no way that am ordinary customer could know that the number 9 on the tires meant that they were in good shape, especially with the notation at the top of the chart.
I sent my 18 year old granddaughter out on the road in this car! I was scared! We live over 2 hours away from this Firestone and she was driving the car home alone in the car. Clean up your act, Firestone! This is VERY sloppy!
Received amazing service! Came in told the exactly what I wanted. They were very thorough with explaining everything and even showing me what they were talking about on the vehicle.
They provided a detailed list of what needed to be fixed and then just suggestions. They did not pressure me to get anything fixed at that moment. That is always great and what has be coming back for service in the future especially because I am a female and a lot of other places think they can get over on females. I don’t feel like that at this Firestone!
The service manager was very knowledgeable and honest about the services that were actually needed for my vehicle. Once the work began I was provided with updates until the job was completed to my satisfaction. Excellent job!

I have been using this location for 4 years now. I currently relocated to Durham a year ago and still drive to high point to have work done on my car. (Oil change, inspections, etc). Justin and his staff at Firestone are professional and efficient with their work. I don’t get that uneasy feeling or like the mechanics are taking advantage of me. Always in and out with great service!!!
Justin and his team are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond the call of duty. My car just stopped on me the other day, so I brought it to Justin. He called me letting me know they figured out what was wrong with it, but unfortunately the part was on back order. He continued to look for the part needed and found my part in Arizona. He could have easily just told me I was out of luck, but he continued to make calls until he found the part, fixed my car and got me back up running. I can’t thank Justin and his team enough.

I cannot thank ed and Justin enough!! I was 6 hours from home and my tire blew on the highway. I’m a young woman in my 20s all alone. I’ve never been in this area before and I was totally a wreck because not a single other shop had my tires in stock or could get me in on a Friday at 5pm (I have an AMG Mercedes- difficult to find in a pinch usually have to be ordered). Ed assured me on the phone they were going to get me taken care of no matter what it took. He even called me as I was awaiting the tow truck just to check on me and make sure I was safely off the road and my family knew I was being taken care of. He assured me everything would be fine. Justin was home for the day and drove an hour to Winston Salem to two different warehouses to pick up the last 4 tires in the state for me & come in to put them on my car. I have never been treated with such kindness and over the top customer service. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without these hard working problem solvers!!! This experience restored my faith in humanity. Every other shop just told me no and hung up. They saved the day & I got to my destination safely and will be able to make the 8 hour drive home no problem! Also a very reasonable price for my tires. Thank you Ed & Justin!!
Thought all I needed was an alignment, turns out a tire rod was bent as well along with my sway bar wasn't connected. They assessed the issues, informed me and was ready to install immediately! Awesomeness... remedy to my problems. Offered a Firestone card for financing, but I got declined. Paid with debit instead. Appreciate the guys at Firestone in High Point, NC ??
