If there were a spot to check for no stars, I would have chosen that. The driver was speeding and driving wildly with my daughter in law and grandbabies in the vehicle. She asked to be dropped off at the closest exit because she was scared. That says a lot! She was ready to get home with the babies and her car home. He charged her $180 for 41 miles and fear!
They used to be amazing after standing me up for hours, even after I expressed the urgency, I finally found a better person with the same rates I have their number if anyone needs it!!
Took the call and said he would do it. Got to my wife in about 45mins. Had a SUV with a uhaul trailer on it. Whole time driving a suv with a car attached to it on the phone texting and driving not good. Acting like the whole time he didn't want to be doing it. Use them but wouldn't ride with them to be safe.
If I could give this bum zero stars I would. Set up a tow, told me he would be there in 30 minutes and never showed. Almost 2 hours later, after multiple calls and texts he text me to tell me he was in a “meeting” (it was after 7 at night) and that someone was coming. I sat in the cold in my car with my baby both of us cold and hungry. We ended up calling Randleman Towing. They were out in 20 minutes. He was so friendly and he even jumped my car as my battery had died from trying to keep my little one and me warm. Don’t waste your time with this company. The drivers are unprofessional and might not even show up!
He was a great help! He was fast and responded quickly . He was able to move our truck with no problems even without keys and in the rain . I will recommend him and he was always be my go to tower! Thank you again Maurice.
He was really helpful! We called him last minute because we couldn’t find anyone to move our late grandfathers car for a REASONABLE price. He responded quick , was polite and fast . He did it alone IN THE RAIN with no lights but his equipment & no keys because we weren’t prepared . Thank you so much Maurice! We will recommend and we will be back! The best in the city !!
Had a great experience working with Rece after an emergency on the highway. He was very prompt with reasonable prices. Rece even repaired the issue with my car. This will forever be my "go-to" now with my towing emergency. Thx Rece

Wonderful company and great customer service I called them to come tow my car from the dealership in winston salem to my house and they were there within 45min. Loaded and unloaded my car with no problems. Very happy customer will continue to use their service.
My daughter used our insurance card to have her car towed to our home and this is the company that took the call from our insurance card. I would give -0 star if possible. They were several hours late and messed our yard and driveway up as they backed down to leave our address. And got stuck, asked to borrow a shovel, which they kept! And tossed a beer can in our yard before leaving. No apology. Terrible experience. Very inexperienced and unprofessional, to say the least.
I had two tires blowout at 5 pm, called my insurance and they sent me the number for these guys, said they would be there in 2 hours. If the time is going to be longer I had no problem with that, as long as I was aware considering I was waiting in the car with my keys. 2 hours is very different than the 5 I had to wait for a local tow that would take less than 10 minutes. If that was the only mishap I would have no problem, however they then got stuck in our driveway after bringing my car home, asked us for a shovel, didn’t return our shovel, tore up the yard, and left beer cans on the side of the driveway. If you have the option to chose I do not recommend them.
Very bad business they broke my mailbox broke the door handle and scrap my van I call them plenty of times and he always said I never talk to him I will be taking legal action please don't use this towing company the guys seems drunk too ?
Warning - do not use this business. I am a branch manager of a finance co and our customer hired them to pay a diagnostic fee & tow a vehicle to a transmission shop 5 miles away. After a few days and the customer had not paid, Maurice reached out to me and demanded payment or they would take back the vehicle. First he quoted me $175 then $200 the next day. The bill was paid then a few days later Maurice charged my customer $170. Once I found this out I immediately called Maurice and was hung up on after 10 seconds into the call....finally reached him 2 hours later and he stated his phone had died...sure!! Told him one of us needed a refund...he said he would refund the customer $60...which made absolutely no sense since the vehicle had not moved since I paid him the total invoice of $200 and he could not explain the additional charges.
I asked them to tow an abandoned trailer when no one else would. They did the job and in the same day. I really appreciated their help. I would use them again.
Maurice and his team did an excellent job towing my vehicle today from High point to Thomasville and the price was reasonable. And they jump started my vehicle so that I could secure all my windows and doors.
The staff went above and beyond to keep me posted and we even shared a laugh or two.

This was the most horrible service I have ever encountered in my life!
They were over an hour late than they said... the equipment was overused and looked malfunctioned...
And they ran out of gas before the truck got moving!!
Then cussed and acted ghetto charging 100 for a service they didn't do..

Two stars instead of one, Maurice did safely tow my vehicle however the time frame I was told to arrive to tow my car was more then doubled( over an hour more while I sat on a busy interstate). But that is not the main factor in my rating. I requested a receipt with my information not just a receipt from Square app which only had the amount I paid ($160.00) to turn into my insurance company -I have towing insurance. I never received a receipt,Maurice refused. I sent text messages as well as phone calls to Maurice, Maurice asked for my vin number which I provided along with my full name and complete address several times. My car was towed in May I gave up in September. I actually pleaded with Maurice. $160.00 may not be a lot to some but it’s not just the money it’s business. Maurice’s attitude , his failure, his total disregard and reluctance makes me wonder. Makes me question, what’s the big deal about a receipt? why not provide a proper receipt? I’ll never use his service again nor will I recommend.
A bunch of Great friendly guys using their own equipment to get the job done at a very reasonable price...When my drive belt snapped they safely had me and my vehicle back to the house within an hour of calling...I'm glad independent tow services like these guys are still around... Highly recommended!
My vehicle was stuck in the back yard approximately 100+ feet from the road. Shortly following my phone call, Maury arrived when indicated using a winch on his truck to safely remove the vehicle from the back yard. Maury and Johnny were both very professional and courteous. The cost was very fair and reasonable as indicated on the phone. I will use Cross Country Towing whenever the need arises. Hat's off to a reliable business.
My car started malfunctioning on the highway while I was trying to get back home out of town. I called cross country towing and they answered fast, quoted me better than a few I had already called, and wasted no time getting me and my car back home.
I slid off of the road and was stuck in the mud on a rainy night. I was stressed out and I didn’t know who to call. I called a few places and Cross Country Towing is the one I chose. I’m glad I called them because they are very nice people and if I ever need towing again I know who I’m calling.
Called cross country towing on July 4th of all days. They told me be there 15-20 mins and without a doubt they were there. Was very careful loading and unloading the car up due to being lowered and having aftermarket items added. Great service
He showed up promptly and well within the given timeframe. Towed my car safely to my mechanics. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. 5 stars. Also, this was a big deal for me, and I may have been lucky, but he answered first try and said give him 40 mins! Awesome thanks CC Towing!
