This is terrible service. It’s the second time this has happened to me—I place an order for a part, and I’m told it will be ready by a certain date. Then, when I call to confirm before picking it up—because, you know, I’ve scheduled an appointment with my customer—you tell me the part isn’t even in the system, like no one ever placed the order. How is it possible to offer that kind of service?

Terrible customer service, an employee by the name of Carson has an attitude problem. I gave information about our car shop just to CHECK IF it was a different price. Was told that “it didn’t matter who I was and that he didn’t care” in a very rude manner. That’s BAD BUSINESS.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would NEVER purchase from them again. They sent the wrong part to my mechanic after taking the info down for a completely different vehicle. Their excuse was they're shorthanded and busy. Unapologetic and refused to offset the cost of the labor I had to pay the mechanic for to take my truck apart twice. The owner's attitude was nasty as well. They tried to blame ME for their incompetence.
I picked up a few parts here for my 2011 Honda Civic. They have very good prices & quality parts. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer. The staff is great too!
They are awesome , especially the new owner Carson. They are very freindly , knowledgeable and helpful. There parts are as good if not better than The Keystone corp. and cheaper, i have been buying from them for over 20 yrs, and have no complaints. I have been in the Auto Body Repair & Paint businesses for nearly 30 yrs. so if they didnt sell quality parts and supplies i wouldn't buy from them. Keep up the good work guts .Eric M
WOW it's too obvi that Brian is a true Queen but with a 3rd grade education! When people call a business but then are placed on hold it's not because they're forgotten, but it is because they're dealing with a business that's very busy! What that tells me there's a lot of people wanting to do business at Jerry Johnson Motors because they are great at what they do!! They have more return customers than both of the places mr\miss.Queen suggested! Can't ever get threw on there phone BC its either busy for two hours or when u do get threw u get put on hold for 2 hours n that's prolly why it stay busy BC they forget about puttn u on hold.n when u say screw it n drive a hour away thinking u can do better in person it changes none guys BC u stand there n do the same!WAIT!!!!! Only difference is you get to watch them put peop! Like u on hold n sit on other line with one cusgmer for a hour with there finger up there noise. Anyone wanting good cheap quilty parts go to keystone or rock auto BC its all OEM parts and certified and I garrentee their 20 to 50 percent cheap and there OEM not aftermarket.plus u don't have to beg to pay sum one for ur parts.
They kept putting us on hold, disconnecting the darn call. Finally managed to get what I needed, the order came pretty fast but I'd never use these guys again.
