Was once a good selection of cars and parts. Now the prices have jumped up and most cars have been stripped of common failed parts. The attitudes of most employees will lead you somewhere else. Spring Lake Auto salvage, so much better!

New prices for well used items. I used to go here to get odds and ends i needed on cheep but recently prices have skyrocketed and now things are sometimes more expensive then brand new parts. Save yourself the time and money just buy new stuff if you can or buy from a local with a part out.
Spend damn near all day taking a pulley assembly off just to have the cashier charge me way over the price listed online. He then tells me he charges me for 2 items for one part. Price way more then just ordering a new part lol. Don't go here save yourself the headache.
Scam, they want you to pay to get in and 90% of the time they don’t have anything worth getting. The staff is rude, my son purchased a clock spring for his Nissan Titan, he paid the mechanic to put it in, part did not work by the time the mechanic removed it, it was approximately 12 days past the 30 day mark. These individuals refused and exchange or refund. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. We are talking about used parts and electrical parts at that. Who refuses a used exchange? I’ve shopped many scrap yards and never found people this petty in this business. This location definitely needs an overhaul in staffing management etc.. I’ll take the ride to spring lake, Dudley etc… Even Wilmington Nc. Fayetteville location is a horrible experience and I don’t recommend it. Who thinks it’s a good idea to pay to be treated poorly as a customer? Avoid this location, they need to figure it out or close the doors
When I went there they had what I needed and now I'll be returning for what I hope will be as successful finding what I need as I did the first I went there. The only thing is if you're a woman with no tools there's no one there to really help you. It's kind of sad that they don't have someone there that can actually help if you need it. That's the only thing I don't like. Other than that people are usually successful in finding what they need. It's mostly the men though. But if you're a woman you have to bring someone that can help or find a man that's out there that may be willing to help you.
Went and got a bumper called ahead of time and told it was going to be 75 - 100$ not half the price of a new one sat there and charged me for every peace that was on the bumper
You must be 16 to even enter the yard even if you are accompanied by an adult. I really wanted to teach my 13 year old son how to find and fix vehicles with your own two hands. Unfortunately, this place has no interest in allowing that great American tradition to continue. We were turned away instantly, trying to get a teenager interested in something not digital is becoming harder to do these days and business like this are a part of the problem. This place needs some DOGE!

Easily reached by GPS, great selection, cars and elevated off the ground for easy access, prices are not as low as you'd expect for parts you have to pull yourself though.
I got the part at 4:38 on February 6 2010 Honda Accord EX 3.5 Alternator it was a bad Alternator went for refund since they didn’t have another one in the yard. They said they can’t refund it cause the color of the marker wasn’t the same. I return with the part the next morning February 7 at 10:11. And I couldn’t get my $2 refund for going in the yard to see if they had another one. So at this point I spent $2 to get in on February 6, spent $56.30 on alternator and $2 more on February 7. Worst junkyard in Fayetteville NC
Everything was nice and clean! Cars lifted off the ground. No huge mud puddles. No terrible smells.. No stinking wet dog following you around!!!

It was pretty decently packed with a decent selection of cars. However, the workers were confused about which cars they actually had available on their lot, and their website also misstated the wrong selection of what cars they had. Other than that, if you have a common old car, then you would most likely get the parts needed for it.
No complaints with the yard itself, decently clean and organized. But bring something not explicitly priced in their price list and watch the stupid begin.
After asking me what it was called, red flag, this kid quotes $130 for a small piece of sheet metal, which judging by all of the identical vehicles in the yard isn’t a high demand item. So half the price of a complete transmission, huh? GTFO! An utter lack of common sense is not a good look for any company reliant on walk-in customer sales.
New OEM available online for $50, paid $10 at Martin Metals, an easy drive down I95 from Sandhills Pik-n-Pull. Recommend checking Martin Metals first, worth the drive.
Yard was more than unorganized. Having said that, they had exactly what I needed. Crazy enough something I've been searching for, to fit my project truck, was there and in excellent condition. I know now what I was looking for was about as scares as as Hen"s teeth. The staff made you feel welcome more so than almost any P&P I've ever been to. The yard was as clean as I could ever see it getting. All and all I will definitely be spending more of my time and money with this location. First impressions...... Awesome
I've been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Friendly staff every thing is organized and lifted off the ground for easy access. They have carts for parts and chain hoist's to pull motors with. It's best to get there in the morning to get the hoist because they only have a few. If you don't want the warranty they will take some off the price of what you're getting you just have to ask. Saved me $35 on a transmission I got for a project I'm working on that's going to take longer than 30 days to do anyway. Paid $236 for a t56 transmission that goes for $1000 to $1800 used on marketplace

Very well kept, helpful staff, and a big selection of all makes and models from various year ranges. I seen a 49 Ford pickup and a 2010 f150 all in same row to give an idea, great place, and very good prices. UPDATE! This place has jacked the prices up on everything and charge you separately for every little petty thing. What used to cost 40 is now 60
You can walk in and pull any part you want as long as you can put it in your vehicle yourself, they won't allow you to drive in and use their hoist to load your engines or transmissions. You got use your own hoist or have some buddies help lift your motors or transmissions into your trucks, cars and vans.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND, bring cash (credit card fraud -1 Star). There's a reason there is nearly 500 reviews on this business. Best, most Organized, and cleanest junk yard I've ever been (yes, cleanest is a thing with this junkyard). Need something? Call ahead first, and they can help you gauge your expectation if they will have the part.
