Not a great start. Came in for a misfire on my vehicle, they kept it for two days and "couldn't find" the reason for the misfire. They said it was the computer.... come to find out, it was just a bad ignition coil. They couldn't even bother to conduct their due diligence for the $120 diagnostic charge.
was told that a driver was 15-20 min out, driver never showed, wouldn’t answer the phone after. sat for about an hour. coulda just pushed my car home. call brownie’s towing
SCAM! They were called to tow my car however they arrived and didn’t need to tow me because my car cranked ! I was still charged $100 FOR NOTHING! Do not use them !
Just had my daughters car towed and I got to tell you the driver was awesome! they where there within 15 mins and I could tell immediately that the guy was a pro had the car loaded and back to the house in no time.. He also went the extra mile and placed it right in the shop.. you just don't see that level of service everyday.

They are so rude! They only take cash And they don’t do paper receipts! What kind of business is this! Told me I would get an email and got upset when I didn’t hand over the money right away! Unprofessional! I wouldn’t Recommend this place to nobody! They charge way too much as well! $200 just to pull out a car that was stuck in the mud! That’s way too much money! Terrible service!
Next time be specific on the price of a tow versus charging someone a $100 for a jump, towing was $120 , then whoever you are wasn't specific and how much the jump would cost, u know dam well no one would pay $100 for a jump and what AH would even charge someone $100 for a jump , never again

The guy towed my car 4 months ago took me one month to find where my car was. Then when I come my car door on the side won't open. Items tossed around everywhere. And my belongings in the trunk gone. Anime DVD's movies video games game systems cd's.
Was on the phone with someone, we spoke for 2 or 3 sentences then they said “Hold on for a minute.” I waited on hold for about a minute or 2 then the call ended.
I’ve taken my car to Sam’s for an inspection and needed to get my car actually towed for a flat. The 3 gentlemen there were very helpful and professional. When I called for my car to be towed they got here within 30 minutes!! Peter helped me understand how best to fix the tire and they were considerate of what I could afford. They did not overcharge or give me the total that I didn’t expect. They were very upfront and genuine and that’s what will keep me going back!
The absolute worst experience I hope to never have AGAIN. They towed my car on the July 28th to their repair shop, did who knows what to it charged me almost 300 all together. They couldnt find a solution to my car’s problem so the claimed it as a recall issue and held the car until august 12th trying to get it to a real repair shop. To top EVERYTHING off when they took it to the Ford mechanic they just dropped it off w a note and didnt even talk to anyone explaining the situation or what they’ve done to my car. . . For 300$ and almost a month of having my car they’ve basically done absolutely nothing but rob and waste a single mothers time and money. Truly terrible experience hopefully they’re better w their other customers cause if not all they do is get over on people w out any reciepts.
Woman answering the phone was rude. They first stated it would be 1 1/2 hours, I called, because they hadn't showed. The hateful woman informed it would be another hour and 15 minutes. I asked why I wasn't notified before, she hung the phone up. I cancelled the tow through my insurance.
Sam's great price to tow my truck. Very respectable gentleman. They didn't take long to get my truck. The time they said they was on time. I will use the a again. I would recommend them to a family or friend.
Horrible service. Threatened to charge us with kidnapping because we wouldn’t let him leave our drive way with our vehicle. He refused to take a credit card or check for payment. He has a nasty personality and he’s very unprofessional. If I could give him a 0 or less I would. We had a nightmare of an experience with this company. DO NOT USE THEM!
This review needs a zero. I probably woke them up so gave them time to get to me. They never took my name just said they would call when they were on their way. I waited an hour plus before calling them to see if they were still coming to get me and no one answered!! I called a different company recommended by the shop I took my vehicle to. Sam's towing is not worth it do not do it. I wish I had never called them.
Do not use this company. Called them for a vehicle stuck in mud. Billed me $250, asked why it was so much, they said it was a flat rate. And that is was a 20 mile ride each way for them. Well, which is it, a flat rate or an additional charge for them having to drive so far. Total ripoff.
If I could give this company a zero I would!!!! My insurance company called them at 9:00 pm it went from 1 hour 2 never called 9 hours later and this fool was sleeping WOW!!! It’s now 5:30 am! and still no car please don’t waste ur time!!
By far the worst towing company around. Called them at 7 and was given a 30 minute eta. 7:45 called back they didn't know where the driver was. Come 8 still didn't know where he was. Called them an hour and a half later at 8:30 and was told to call a different service that a tow truck driver would not be coming to help us. Wasted an hour and a half of our time and lied to us the whole time about ever sending a driver. Don't ever waste your time with them
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU’RE SERVICE. I was charged $150 for them too hook up and take my car 5 miles away. I even had the car all ready for him to pick up. He got it done in no time, there was no reason to charge so high. Also very unprofessional.
Made the mistake of calling without asking for a quote. Charged me 75 dollars for hook up plus another 55 dollars for towing my car for 6 miles. A total of 130 dollars, well above average for Fayetteville.
