These guys are pro! Tony and Austin showed up faster than you can order a pizza. They towed a large 10 ton Hino 368 over 2 hours away to our shop like it was a walk in the park. Driver showed up to the scene of an accident involving my 17 year old. Vehicle was 1.8 miles from my home. We asked him to tow the vehicle to our house and he said he couldn’t because of insurance purposes. However, my insurance company said that’s not true. So I’m positive he took advantage of me in a vulnerable state. Currently, I’m trying to retrieve my vehicle to avoid any more daily storage fees and the owner can’t seem to make himself available for that to happen. Seemingly just to continue to take advantage of me and as much of my money as possible. Shame on you. Terrible behavior. I will tell every person I know to avoid your service at all costs. ***Follow-up*** They had possession of my vehicle for less than 48 hours, towed it five miles and our bill was over $708.
