Gave an honest review when they towed my car .5 mile and charged me 150 for it, since they charge 50-60 bucks a day, starting 5 min after arrival on their property. tow - 150, storage - 50; day 1, you owe 200 bucks. (They had my car at the time, and blackmailed me to remove my post, saying they would charge me extra if i didn't cooperate, while yelling and cursing me the whole time.)
You dnt get paid for another 5 days? NP! you can just give 'em 1000 bucks & you're good. oh, your check won't cover that? NP! they'll just take your junk & sell it to someone else. Don't worry your pretty little head about your car. American Service station has your back. Need a repair? NP! i gave them my car & 500 bucks to fix the ac, they gave it back 'fixed' .5 degrees cooler than when i gave it to them. Go ANYWHERE but here!!!!
Update: they worked on my ac in the summer of 2013, when they WERE doing car repairs. i guess they quit because it wasn't as lucrative as working for local apartments. Plus, they weren't very good at repairs.
Woman handling phone was exceptional and incredibly helpful. I was panicked and stranded roadside. The tow truck driver was kind and took me to a location that had a tire that fit my vehicle. It's great to encounter such wonderful people when you're feeling like options are limited. Thank you!
My mom locked herself out of the car. I called American and Jake came to the rescue. He arrived in less than 15 mins and was able to resolve the issue in no time at all. State Farm says call Jake, I agree. Call Jake with American Service Center!

Came In on a short notice from Greenville SC and needed to do a full exhaust swap. These guys went completely out of their way to help me with my exhaust. They are great people there! I highly highly recommend!!!
We loved the service. We just wonder why you don't do military discounts? Why did it cost so much to go less than 2 miles? I know that was a heavy equipment. I got great feed back from this company. Very highly recommend. Thank you so much for the tow!
Can’t praise these folks highly enough for prompt service and excellent care when they rescued our camping trailer with a badly damaged wheel bearing. Barrett got us off the road and to the shop, located needed parts and repaired our rig. We were right back on the road quickly. Thank you so very much.
Called them to move a car out of a driveway so we could do construction repairs on a house. Fast, friendly service. Now today called them again to help get our work truck unstuck from the muddy driveway and they have been the only tow truck company within 30 miles to actually answer the phone. Highly recommend them if you need a tow truck.
