I had an issue on a road trip, and was worried that if I kept pushing my car it would NOT start again or make it another 15 miles. DaKoda and Jimmy were awesome. They helped identify the problem, found the part, and went above and beyond to make my life, and my trip safer!! Thank you so much!
This place would be a nice store however the help that works here one in particular but all of them are miserable I wouldn't recommend going here unless your day already sucks!! Really pitiful O'Reilly management better get a handle on it! I'll Never go back!!!
This store never knows what they’re doing. The associates have messed up every part order we have done for the last 2 years. They always order the wrong part and they take forever to get the correct part in. The associates have also hung up on us multiple times and are very rude. I will most likely never visit this store again. I’ll also be letting all my friends and family not to come here either. This store needs to be shut down.
The guys here seemed to know what they were talking about and were very sweet. they just couldnt put my battery in my car, they said i needed a specialist but i got home and did it my self lol
During my travel I noticed my wiper was bad. Being in that area we stopped at O'Reilly to replace them. The staff was very friendly ,nice and very helpful. Looking around the store it looked in order and very clean so I asked if I could use the rest room man what a shock do I need to say more. After looking at chart on door the last inspection was like October I was traveling after Christmas.
Mike and the other associates went above and beyond their expected job duties to help my friend and I when we were having car troubles on a road trip. It’s hard to find good customer service but what we experienced with Mike at O’Reilly’s was exceptional!
The customer service at this store in Siler City is absolutely amazing. “Everyone” that works there are very knowledgeable, and try they best to help you, even go out of their way to do so. Most importantly very nice and respectful.
I was so impressed with Judith who took care of me , on Sunday February 5, 2023.
I had piece of my Honda coming off above the wheel.
I walked into the store and she gave me a warm smile and asked how she could help me.
She zip tied my bumper so it would not damage my wheel.
She was pleasant and knows what she’s doing. She tied at least 10-12 zip ties on it.
She said I guarantee this will get you to Charleston , SC , 5 hours away .
She was right!
She is a special sales lady and I recommend her to everyone that comes into the store .

Horrible experience would not price match to competitors like they advertise. I spend thousands at Orielys all over the US and this location is the only one that thinks they can change what there policy is. The assistant manager wouldn't even come over and talk or even look at my prior receipts as a commercial customer to compare prices neither. Don't go to this location
Was in the store to return a lifetime warranty rachet I bought from that store well when I bought it last year the salesperson didn't register it in my name somehow so they act like I stole the tool and would not honor the lifetime warranty I bought alot of tools from that store and thought highly of them until this happened I can't control their computer and I don't steal I work and pay for my stuff so I had talked to the district manager to supply my shop I have opened but now another parts store will do that
Always friendly people and very easy to work with. They listen to what you need and guid you to get the correct part. They are knowledgeable and don't ask the normal questions like " Is it 4x4 ? " when you are getting windshield wipers...... This is a great place to shop and they go the extra mile to find the part even if they don't have it.
Good customer service for what I was there for but should better enforce mask wearing for staff and employees. Would have rated higher but for the mask issue.
This place is awesome. I came in to get my alternator checked. The car was acting funny. So I pulled up and they checked it for me for free!! The alternator was bad and car soon shut off because the battery finally died.. I got dad to bring me my tools from home so I could change the alternator out for the new on I bought. Which btw had a lifetime warranty! They even charged my battery for me while I changed the alternator so I would be able to start the car and get home once I was finished. They even let me borrow some tools we didn't have for free too. This place is getting my business from now on. THANKS AGAIN O'Reilly's
I was at this store and heard the manager really upste at someone over the phone. That's horrible customer service if you want to keep people coming back. This guy should learn to control his anger especially in front of customers. I can only imagine what his employees go through behind the scenes with that attitude.
Every time I go in this place you have to wait. Many of those times I have witnessed customers drop the items they were TRYING to buy and walk out. I did too the last time in and won't be back. There's no excuse for three counter people that can't keep up with the customer flow. Way too slow for me and my money.
These guys are great, they're always helpful with a test which comes in really handy when that battery starts acting up and you need to find out if its the Alternator or the battery.
