Marsh Auto sales I loved them just until the other day I advised them of my situation I have my vehicle towed in with a flat tire not counting passenger door missing n the hood in mine and I stay in my truck just trying to get back on the road I was just worried about the tire it clearly says on the sign for 20-in Wheels $55 my invoice reads 80.20 not counting the hours wasted cuz I only have the money on cash app another employees has cash app they refuse to mount it until after they got funds the price before I talked them down they were gracious to do was $95. Dollars thanks guys smh
Spent a full day searching for 2 spare Ford super duty 20" wheel to outfit my truck and trailer with for a move to Alaska. These guys searched their yard, found some good wheels that were scuffed up but 100% mechanical sound. Sold to me cheap. After calling 20 different salvage yards these dudes were by far the most customer friendly and did t try to price gauge
Horrible experience I bought a 10 speed transmission for my semi, didn’t even last two weeks and the gears sheared. Spoke to the owner and refused to warranty it out although I was told I had a 90 day warranty. I was told Warranty does not cover chipped or sheared gears? Which makes no sense if that’s what a transmission is made up of. $1750 later and I’m without a transmission once again! Horrible customer service do not recommend!
Terrible customer service. Will not call you back to let you know if they have the part you need and Chris one of the guys that works there has the worst attitude. I wouldn’t go back unless I really had to.
Parts needed we're not in the good shape pic showed, was a 2 hour round trip. I asked if we're good shape salesman said they were, they were very bad shape.
I needed a 10speed transmission for my Kenworth and they had it pulled from doner truck and on a pallet for me to pick up in a day and a half. Chris said they would inspect the inside for any defects. Working great 2,000 miles and a week later. Only wished they could install also. Very pleased! Update… trans failed(probably my fault), Steve gave me credit for the broken transmission (physically case was broken at McMahon truck,Candor) and trans was totaled. Purchased an upgrade transmission + trade of broken trans. These guys are the best!
Definitely the worst at calling customers back. We call and ask of they have a part they take your number and name and tell you they will call you back. I wouldn't complain if it was 1 or 2 times it's been dozens of time. Sad part is I've spent a massive amount on used parts none of which came from marsh which is within 10 miles of me.
Marsh Auto Parts is always good to deal with. I've been buying parts from them for over ten years. Their prices are fair and they stand behind what they sell.
Had to get a bracket for my front shock of my frieghtliner Coronado, they had to pull it off a wreak and worked with me on finding a place to install it. You guys rock thx for the down home hospitality (southern style) take from this Wyoming Owner operator if you need a part this is the place. THX AGAIN
I will never use this place ever again. I bought a fuel pump and filter assembly and they gladly took my 700 bucks got home and pump doesn't work. Their website says they test parts but they told me they have no way of testing it and that I'm stuck with it. I'm a small business myself and I am blown away by the greed and dishonesty. I called back to talk to someone else and they put me thru to the same person. Shame on you Marsh Jesus will equal it out

Tony was extremely helpful with hunting down various parts for my 2006 Mega Cab and was a real pleasure to deal with. I went to purchase a back seat for the small parts I needed from it, that not available from Dodge. I showed him the miscellaneous small interior parts I need for the truck and he took me back in the yard to look for them. Many yards won't bother with these smaller parts because it "isn't worth their time". I never once got a hint that I was imposing on him, having to rummage around in many trucks and parts to find the pieces I needed. Others there, who's names I did not get, were very helpful also. Very nice people to do business with.
