Our work van/truck has been serviced there quite a bit and every time they have found the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. They are super efficient and friendly.

Excellent to work with. It’s rare to have complete transparency in this business, but they were honest that the repair we needed had to be done by the dealer. And because of that we will definitely be utilizing their services next for the next non-dealer repair!

Know what they doing.but he is over priced on anything. Almost 3 grand to fix.surface crack,i zmall hole an touch up panit arond headlight.that almost 100 hr.when freightliner charges 75 to 80.he has no competition in black mountain,swannanoa,,tocompete with.an he knows it.battrey died almost in his front door at other location.be moved where he is now.wanted 500 to walk out door.to his lot to jump me off.that was crazy.take my trucks else where.get same quality work done,half the price.
We get overheated on black mountain and they help us to order the parts and even they don’t do the job because they are too busy they keep the trailer for us until we fixed our truck . They are very kind and helpful people .God bless their place .
Peggy was absolutely exceptional to work with she kept me up to date on my truck and got me out of there exactly in the time promised. They will be the only place that I take my truck to have worked on.
My husband experienced a break down while coming down Black Mountain. The truck was towed to Valley Truck Service and underwent a major repair involving a multitude of parts. He was unable to enter the premises due to restrictions in place for the COVID19 pandemic, but was kept well informed of progress via phone.
There was an issue observed after-the-fact that caused a repeat trip to have the truck repaired, but after touching base with the owner, Mr. Keith Harris, it was taken care of very quickly. We greatly appreciate a company that stands behind the service they perform and would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Harris and Valley Truck Service to others.
We had a truck breakdown near Black Mountain N.C., found them online and gave them a call. Peggy in service dept. was a pleasure to talk to and very informative. They arrived when she said they would, got the issue taken care of and I was very pleased with cost of service call. Would certainly recommend them to anyone for roadside service !

Not happy at all took my motor home to them for an exhaust leak and a battery draining, not only did they keep my rv for 2 months when they told they could get to it in 2 to 3 weeks.After a month and a half and after they told me they wouldn't do the exhaust manifold when they should have told me up front, I then felt brushed off and was told they where at least trying to find the battery drain issue took things app-art they didn't put back properly and then told me it was a bad battery that was actually brand new so i paid $96.00 for more not working than when i took it in do not take your rv here
STELLAR work at this place. Did work on my Ditch Witch SK650 and my Giant 254T Articulated Loader and both times it was PAINLESS. I love these people, especially *Tyler* who does electrical stuff I cannot comprehend. Will return for sure!
Was here in Asheville in a much needed vacation in my RV. My Silverado tow vehicle developed an alternator issue before I needed to head home. The team there worked with me to get the issue diagnosed and a part ordered. I needed to leave the next day so when the part still had not shown up they found another part and went to work. Bottom line they understood my issue and worked with me to get the issue resolved. True customer service. Highly recommend these guys. Wish they were in my home town!!
Had a problem with the brake interconnetion between our RV and the towed vehicle. They were able to work us in and get us back on the road on just a few hours . Super customer service and very reasonable prices. Best service we have seen in a long time.
I live in Atlanta and purchased a Bluebird Wanderlodge in the Asheville area. I contacted Valley Truck Service to have my vehicle inspected and serviced from long distance. They gave me the confidence I needed to complete the purchase and fully serviced my coach. It might have been easy for them to take advantage of the long distance nature of our business but they did not.
Valley Truck Service is a very professional, fair, and trustworthy organization with a nice clean facility. Simply put, they made it easy and I am thankful. I will gladly give them my business the next time I am in the Asheville area.
