This is my second time using Russell's Paint & Body. And again, they were excellent to work with. They were flexible with my schedule to start the work, and the work was completed sooner that I expected. They provided a clear explanation and estimate up front, worked seamlessly with my insurance company, and were pleasant and professional to work with. I highly recommend them!!
I have taken my family's cars and trucks for repair 4 or 5 times over the decades, sometimes working through my insurance, occasionally when I paid out of pocket. I've never been disappointed. The estimates always seem fair, the work has been consistently outstanding and the repairs completed when they said they would be. I no longer even bother to get multiple quotes. I trust them completely. Besides, Doug and Russell have always been so very cordial that I have come to think of them as friends.
Extremely honest and helpful service! Willing to do a quick fix for me on the house which was quoted at $1,700 from the dealership. If I ever need any more body work done I will 100% be going to Russell’s!
Highly recommended I had a problem with my intake and no one could fix it. I have a body shop back in Texas so I was a little worried going to someone new. Brought it to him and he figured it out in 10 minutes. Highly recommended great place, and great service. One of the best body shops I have been too!
I've gotten work done on my van a couple of times now with Russell's. They do exceptional work. Recently, my van window was badly punctured and I couldn't find a replacement for the old vehicle that I have. Russell's took my van in and created a separate window, fixed the issue and made my van looking like new again. Additionally, they are kind and considerate. Russell even gave me a ride to and from my home because he knew that I didn't have a ride back. I am so grateful for all of the amazing work they've done for me and my van.
Used them to repair our CRV after reading excellent reviews and am glad we did. Very professional and reliable and did quality work. Excellent communication from start to finish and they handled dealing with our insurance company, making the process very easy for us. Highly recommend them!

I walked out Ingles to find that my brand new Tacoma in the rare Luna Rock color had been scraped up on the left rear bunker. These guys fit me in quickly and had the repair done the next day. Truck looks like new and nothing ever happened. Very reasonably priced for the good work as well! They even took off the dealership decal and filled my tires with air at no additional cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Our overall experience with Russell's Paint & Body was excellent and we are totally satisfied with how they repaired our car after an accident. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. We would definitely use them again. When completed, our car looked like it came straight from the factory.
He was supposed to decide the Damage on my car. I was hit by a nother person with nationwide coverage. He took every flaw, scratche, off my car. I was perfectly happy till a person hit my car. Now he help value my car as junk. I'm 60 year old widow, that gets 1700.00 for a car that helped my family with every day life. I was hit in the back, stopped at a light Daughter and 2 grandchildren now I will be without a car. U can't buy a car for that price. I felt he was not caring. Plus he Never smiled or talked
Professional and honest shop. I had a bumper problem where the underside of my front bumper had mostly come off and I needed it removed the rest of the way in order to continue my travels. They did it *free of charge* because they felt it didn't take very long. Incredibly kind, professional, and honest.
In case you’re ever in the market for a reputable place to take your car for body/paint work, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. I mistakenly backed my Audi into a light pole in the Ingles parking lot and sustained pretty significant rear end damage. Someone recommended Russell’s, so, keeping my fingers crossed, off I went. The staff were totally transparent explaining what needed to be done, were quick to communicate with me when I would call for updates, and the car looked “showroom” perfect when I picked it up.

We had an incident where our car was hit in a parking lot.
Russell’s not only repaired the car to absolute perfection but the interior was detailed and smelled like a new car. This is a dark gray metallic paint that you can’t even tell has been repaired looks perfect. Highly recommend if anyone needs their vehicle repaired
Doug & Russell were AWESOME! They were able to find a window for my Toyota Solara that was discontinued and installed it quickly and had me back on the road. I highly recommended them to anyone.
This was the first time I've ever had body work done on my car, and I was expecting a troublesome experience. That is NOT what I got. They were very fast, courteous, and understanding. I was expecting to be told deadline after deadline, but they got it done EXACTLY when they said they would. I bought my car with 18 miles on it, and I would venture to say that it's better now than it was when I bought it. I am VERY pleased with the work that they did. It even smells new again. Can't recommend them enough.

The owner of this company has let my family down by us bringing our wrecked vehicle to his "Paint & Body" shop over a month ago, left all the insurance information, everything needed, several promises of returning our call but never hearing a word!!??? Very unprofessional in our opinion. We took it here to give someone in the Valley our business, guess Russell wasn't interested??!! Got a new body shop that genuinely wants our business.
Just picked up my 2016 Nissan Altima and I couldn’t be more pleased. Someone backed into my bumper and this body shop replaced it in a timely manner, it looks incredible, and the staff was friendly and professional. Very grateful!!

Scheduled an appointment to bring my car in this afternoon for an estimate. Drove 30 miles (round trip) and was unapologetically told when I arrived that they didn't have time to look at my car. Asked me to return in 4 days for the estimate.
When asked how long before we could actually schedule the repairs to the front bumper and was told it would be 45 days.
I found another approved body shop. Repairs will be performed in about 10 days. Geeze, guys!
I gave them my car on November 15th 2017, and didn't get it back until January 12 2018(this was after they told me it would only take 5-7 business days) They did not communicate the progress on my car-i had to constantly call to get updates. When i got it back it was a mess, they removed a bumper sticker on my car for some unknown reason, and it smelled like cigarettes when i got in it. Not pleased with the service i received.
i have used Russell for my Audi TT and for motorcycle paint work on everything from matching blue metalic paint on a scuffed BMW R1150 RT saddle bag, to refinishing the fuel tank on a Harley-Davidson Road King. This shop is without peer! They are professionals with real pride in the quality of their work. You cannot tell the difference between where their work stops and the factory finish begins, it is always a perfect match. If you care about your ride -- car, truck, or motorcycle -- this is the ONLY place to go when you need paint or body work!
They are very helpful, courteous and friendly! I've only had them do small repairs to my car (air vents and door handle replacement), but they are so knowledgeable and professional, I would trust them with even the biggest jobs. I drive from Asheville to get work done there.
I took my car here to fix a small dent. Their quote was low and they did it within the week. Courteous, honest service and impeccable results. Highly recommend them.
I hope that you never have anything happen to your vehicle, but if you do the place to go is Russell's. These professionals are quick and courteous and care about the quality of your repair probably as much as you do. They did an incredible job on my brand new car. I was freaked out. They were amazing. Plus! They took care of all the insurance stuff. One stop shopping with amazing results.
We have taken several family vehicles to Russell, ALWAYS top notch job they have repaired my Excursion 3 times in ten years and all the paint still matches, also repaired an Escape that was close to totaled, three years latter and still perfect. A 94 Integra custom repaint (near show car) and several others over the years. I always recommend Russell's when asked.

This shop might be good for cars and trucks but beware if you take your motorcycle there. I took an after market fender there to be FITTED and painted. Russell said he could do this. He never fitted the fender to my bike but went ahead and painted it. It never did fit and I'm out $400. Be sure what ever you're having painted fits before taking it to this shop!!
