I was travelling from rural VA to Atlanta, GA when I noticed my vehicle was struggling. She's a 2015 Hyundai Sonata whose previous owners took no care of her, and along came another issue that was mine to fix. This was the closest shop, and the one to save me. I, miraculously, made it up the hill to the shop. I tell Paul my circumstances, and he graciously allows me to bring my cat inside the shop while I wait for a ride. My car needed new actuators and the timing chain to be replaced. My wallet cried out in pain.
Throughout the entire process, everyone in the shop was kind and communicative. They let me wait 3.5 hours inside with my cat while I waited for my girlfriend to drive up and bring me down to Atlanta, and were more than patient about me making multiple calls to figure out what my car's mechanical history was. A week later, the check engine light is off and she's riding smooth. In the end, the repairs came to a little bit lower than the estimation I was first given. My wallet was thankful for this modest relief. If you come here, you're in good hands.

Devine Providence led me to these great mechanics years ago. They went the extra mile then and saved me from a certain mechanical failure and a dangerous situation. Pavil, Dennis and Yuri have continued to keep my Dodge running and keep me safe on and off the road. They can fix, repair and rebuild anything. 250,000 miles and I am still going. These men bring a plethora of knowledge and have the ability to work on foreign and domestic vehicles. Dennis is a genius and knows what needs to be done. Impressive shop! Super clean and super awesome mechanics! I was heading out of town pretty late when my belt started screeching. Tip-Top was one of the few shops open after 5:00pm and the only shop willing to help me out right then and not put me off 'til the next day. Luckily the belt just needed tightening and they had me on the road home to Alabama in no time. If I'm ever in Asheville with car trouble again, they'll be the first shop I call, for sure!

I've only had one service done to get my brakes done, front And rear, pads and rotors, plus fluid change for brake fluid. They did great and it didn't take very long considering. Same day.

They were closing at 7pm, and our GPS showed we wouldn’t arrive until about 7:02. When we called, the owner kindly said he would wait for us. He was so friendly and helpful, and we’re so thankful that he was willing to stay late and help us out in our time of need. Tip-Top were easy to work with. My check engine light came on while I was driving through Asheville on my way to Nashville, TN. I called close to closing time, but they accommodated me. I rented a car and continued on my way. They were able to fix two problems the same day they received the necessary parts. Their estimate system is transparent, complete with pictures, descriptions, and prices listed by priority. Quick, clear communication.

Horrible communication, over priced labor and parts, refused to speak to us about the car or show it to us while it was being “worked on” and threatened to call the police to get us off the property when we questioned them. When I finally received my car back it was scrapped for parts, half the engine was gone and rusted, damage to the inside, tools stolen from inside the car. The financial company, Snap who they are tied with for loans is equally as corrupt.
Arrived for an alignment, discovered issues with the suspension, received a bill for $1000, luckily they offer the option to pay in installments through the Snap flexible financing service. They completed the work quickly and with high quality. i'm very pleased to finally find reliable guys to service my car🤠
I had a flat tire friday evening and saw their sign on Hendersonville rd. They quickly reviewed my car in and started working on the tire. They kept me in constant communication and provided updates as they were analyzing the damage of the tire. Price is very affordable and similar than any other small quick shop but they have better space to park and sit down while you wait. They really take care of your car and make sure you get back on the road safely. A&D had a nice and comfortable waiting area and complementary drinks. They close later than other shops on friday and will make sure you are taken care of. I really recommend this garage and their personnel. I really appreciate their last minute support and extensive care of my car. Check out all their services as their shop is not just tire support, they have lots of others services and its right of cane creek rd of off Hendersonville rd. They also have a kids waiting area that I found so cute
