I have a 10yo Prius covered in hail damage with 200,000 miles on it. My daughter just got her license so I gave her the car knowing it was safe and that it wouldn't be a big deal if got a few scrapes and bruises. Well, it did. While pulling into a parking lot, the front end bumped the ground hard enough to prevent the hood latch from fully engaging (the safety latch still worked). I decided to get 3 estimates to repair the latch. The first place, a national chain, said they wouldn't touch it unless we were going to have the entire bumper as well as the plastic underbody and wheel wells replaced. Basically they wanted to do all of the cosmetics required to make those part look they had when the vehicle was brand new. The cost was well into the thousands. When I reiterated that I didn't care about minor cosmetic damage, I just wanted it to be safe, they said I would need to take it to a "mom and pop" shop. The second estimate I got was from a mom and pop shop. They were a lot more reasonable, but again, they wanted to start replacing parts instead of repairing them. Finally, I took the care to Silver's and worked with Dylan. He took the time to look at the car and talk with me. He listened to what I wanted done with my car. He understood that I wasn't interested in correcting minor cosmetics, but that I simply wanted the car to be safe to drive. Dylan then took the time to explain how they would do the repair. He presented two different scenarios that could occur and gave prices for both. Because they were so much more reasonable than the others, I kept asking him about the need to do additional work and the possibility of it costing a lot more. However, he kept saying he was confident that they could do the repair without needing to resort to replacement of parts. Finally, I got him to give me a worst case scenario where parts needed to be replaced, and his estimate was still significantly less than the others. I dropped the car off as they were getting ready to close and got a call the next morning that it was ready. Turns out he was right about everything. They were able to do the repair for the lowest cost that he had estimated!
I should mention that I had work done on this same car 8 years ago and had a similar experience. The driver's door had gotten damaged. Other places wanted to replace the door. However, Silver's repaired and painted it at a much more reasonable price. At no extra cost, they also used leftover paint to touch up some other dings on the car. I had decided I didn't want to pay to get those dings taken care of, but because they went above the call of duty, those areas have been protected from potential rust all these years. As for the door, it still looks as good as when they first completed the work.
While no one wants to have to get body work done, these kind, fair folks make the experience as pleasant as possible!
Wow - can’t say enough good things about these guys - specifically I worked with Dylan - got me in earlier than my appointment for the free estimate and was kind , professional from the start. We discussed options and when I asked if it would be in a certain price range he said no, probably about half of that. He could have said yes and I would have paid the bill. It’s hard to find honest shops anymore and I know I’ll be coming back for any body repair needs. Thank you thank you

Seriously could not have asked for a better experience. I came in to secure my front bumper, which was damaged in an accident years ago and had been coming loose. I was cost-sensitive and did not want to drop $3k to fully replace the bumper, and Dylan was happy to work with me to replace the parts that needed to be there to keep things together. He even put in some new pins the day of the estimate to secure the car until my appointment. Then the part came in early and they were able to get me in sooner, and the final cost ended up coming out far below what they had quoted me because not everything ended up needing to be replaced. Genuinely pleasant and trustworthy service that I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I had a recent experience where a FEDEX truck hit my parked car, and was scrambling for a good body shop. Silvers came highly recommended and was an amazing experience. The people were professional, prompt, great communicators, and extremely helpful in a difficult situation - would highly recommend them for anything you need!
I had my doors fixed and one small dent pulled out. It took a couple months of waiting for my appointment. I assumed they did painting because it says painting, but when we did the final quote I found out they don't do any sort of non-OEM colors. It was as expensive as paying for two brand new doors but it looks new again.
Soooooo happy with the work that Silver's did on my 2023 Hyundai Tucson after a parking lot hit and run left it looking worse for wear! Dylan was helpful through every step of the process from getting the estimate to working with my insurance. My car looks brand new again. Thanks so much!

I was rear-ended in early November 2022 and was grateful that I was okay and my truck was still drive-able. The tailgate was crunched, both tail lights were broken, and the bed was pushed into the cab a bit. My insurance adjuster gave me the names of few places (shout out to Erie Insurance) and I started calling around. One place couldn't get me in until March, another person was a bit short on the phone, and then I called Silver's. Friendly, professional, and they could get me on the schedule in January - great. Closer to my drop-off date, I called to confirm and they prepped me that it was looking like a 40 hour or 1 month job. I dropped my truck off on a Monday and they called me on Friday with an update on the ongoing work. By the next week, they called again to say the work would be done in 2 weeks instead of 4! True to their word, two weeks after I dropped my truck off, I was able to pick it up and the work they did was amazing. On top of the incredible body work, they also power washed the built up rocks and dirt in the truck bed corners that I thought was going to be there forever and cleaned a bit on the inside of the truck. I was not expecting that at all and it really impressed me. I drove away with my truck looking better than ever and intact! I highly recommend Silver's Auto.

Silvers auto service is on point!! After a ridiculous accident, I had to get my fender, bumper and drivers side door repaired. I have a 2010 Chevy Equinox in a specific color that Chevy made for that year. Dylan assured me that all areas would be fixed like brand new and color match. I was skeptical of course of the color matching since Chevy made that color specifically. Well, Dylan and his crew literally washed my anxiety away during and after fixing my car. Dylan was communicative the whole way through of the progress. Which is comforting since I was using my boss’s car until mine was fixed. It was 1 week till I was expecting my car and Dylan called me to tell me that he was not satisfied with the color matching. He said and I’m paraphrasing “I don’t feel confident giving you the car back because it’s not up to my standards”. We talked about it and 1 week later he gave my car back to me in perfect condition. I will always go back to Silvers Auto Service now knowing their standard is perfection.
I had a wonderful experience with Silver’s Auto. They fixed a ton of damage on my Rav4. The results were absolutely flawless. My expectations were certainly exceeded. Real nice folks, too.
I stopped in here because I had a panel dragging off the bottom of my car making a crazy scraping noise. Dylan came out and was super nice, put my car on some blocks and took the broken panel off. I know literally nothing about cars and he could have told me the entire thing was about to explode and I would have believed him - instead he said it wasn’t a big deal, I could replace if I wanted to but wasn’t an emergency. And he didn’t even charge me!
This place does auto body only, and we have another vehicle that needs an AC repair so he recommended a couple places in the area (and you know a car guy’s mechanic is legit). Thank you again!!
Kind lovely people. I went in to ask about some scratches on my truck, and they went out of their way to help me and offer suggestions. The owner even came out and tried to remove the scratches himself for no charge. I would highly recommend this business, they seem very honest and friendly and supportive of our community.
Everyone was super nice and helpful, the work was done in a very timely manner and I got updates as the work progressed. They did amazing work and I will absolutely be using them if I ever need any other work done. Definitely recommend!
I spoke with Heath Silver about some paint issues with my older Toyota Corolla. Mr. Silver was so very nice and talked with me for some time. I told him my car was old and I didn't want to spend a lot on it. He gave me a rough idea of how much it might cost and his pricing seemed very reasonable. I told him I was worried about some rust spots and instead of trying to talk me into spending all that money on a paint job he gave me alternatives I could do on my own for much, much cheaper. He reminded me of how family businesses treated you back in the good old days of long ago. Where you could trust them to do what was best for you. I told my son-in-law about him and will recommend to anyone else I hear looking for the type of work his company does.
I'd give 10 stars, if possible. I had some major body work done, and it was timely, well-priced, and good quality. Silver's worked with me every step of the way. Unlike ABRA, they took the time to inspect the car carefully and did not over-charge or over-repair. I couldn't be happier.
Fast forward two years. I've moved to a different state, mid-COVID, and I'm trying to register my car. In order to do that, I need the receipts/info from the body repair--no where to be found in my files. :C. I called and *in less than 3 minutes* their office had located the files and emailed them to me. <3 <3 <3

I’ve had our car at Silver’s several times for fender benders. They are the nicest people. The repairs have been flawless and usually faster than promised. We have a three-stage pearl paint that is difficult to match and blend and these folks do an amazing like-new job. I recommend Silver’s highly.
Many thank you’s to Silver’s Auto. After two weeks of owning my 18’ Orange Subaru Crosstrek, my neighbor bumped into the back bumper. After many extremely high quotes, I came to Silver’s Auto based off of their high rating. They not only gave me the best deal, but we’re also very friendly and easy going about the whole process. After three days, I have my car back right on time. I was nervous-being that my car is a specific orange color, but they did an amazing job! I will refer them to anyone needing body work done in the future. Thanks again!
Silvers is just wonderful! They will try to save you money and will not try to pull one over on you. Quality work for a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service as well! The guy who took care of me was so sweet and gave me options instead of a fixed price which I really appreciated. I had my car back within a few hours of dropping it off.
As soon as I walked in the door, I was met with genuine kindness. I knew I was in the right place. All of my friends recommended I go to Silver's after my insurance company sent me to a different shop that left me with corrective repairs. It is not the best situation for a body repair shop to inherent someone else's mistakes, but Silver's took on the challenge and I am so thankful they did. They did quality work, took their time talking it through with me, and I will be recommending them to everyone. It is obvious they value integrity and authenticity.
