This guy is a real jerk! Advertises 24/7 towing and we were told where I live that we can use him as long as we can prove that the parking space we need someone towed out of is ours which we can because they're clearly marked. So coming home from work on a Saturday or Sunday morning idiots keep wanting to park in my space. I came home earlier than normal from almost a double shift around 5:00 a.m. and I needed to have someone towed. I called the number but it kept going to voicemail and I said well maybe they're on the phone maybe they're busy whatever. When he finally did answer he starts screaming at me telling me that I'm blowing up his phone and he's trying to sleep. So unless it's an emergency and he hangs up. What the hell? I'm supposed to know this. So he wanted to be rude as hell so I called him back, but he won't let you talk. I called him back again and I'm trying to tell him that I thought he was a 24/7 tow company and yeah it's a freaking emergency because I just worked and came home and want to go home but can't because I have nowhere to park. And then I hung up on him. No wonder his reviews are so damn low. How do you advertise 24/7 and then cuss someone out who doesn't know you're trying to sleep?
My car broke down literally less than a mile down the road and the guy who answered the phone had zero interest in helping me. He was quite rude and couldn't even offer me any suggestions on another neighboring towing agency that I could call. After reading the rest of the reviews, now I see that I shouldn't have wasted time on contacting them.
