Always love my visits. Have found some unique items over these past 2 years. For the most part the volunteers have been good but on occasion someone has been rude or pushy. I won't knock off any stars though. I'm sure they are happy to have whatever free help they can get. Definitely one of my go to thrifts.
It's a such a fun thrift store, wish they were open longer hours Saturdays. I try to donate when I can, especially since it supports a great cause. Super people volunteer here and keep it running ❤️. The items they have are never disappointing, in the 20-plus years I have been a customer. The store is packed with items. If you take the time to look, you WILL find something special. Bedding, kitchenware, magazines and books, odds and ends. Note that they only accept cash or checks with I.D.
So little men’s selection, might as well not have one. A lot of the stuff here is super out of date and have clearly been sitting in baskets collecting dust for a couple years.
Fantastic thrift store! Friendly and helpful staff. The items for sale are nicely curated. I found a lot of quality brand names and good prices. There are frequent sales on different categories. This place is worth visiting often because they do rotate the stock.
loooooove this thrift shop! reminds me of the two story shops i'd go to as a child in tennessee.. always good finds and a large variety of different items, cute bags and shoes and hats. the location of the dressing room is nice too, very private. Only thing i would change is the hours so i could come more?

Would have loved to have met the volunteer Mrs. Marjorie who passed away at ninety years of age. She volunteered since 1991.

Our every weekend trip to Southport for lunch and shopping includes a stop at this really wonderful shop. "Flea Market" is a bit misleading because the donated items are very good quality, priced low. In buying, we're also helping the volunteers at Dosher Hospital, who are helping the hospital. It's a win-win.
Very small and little men's selection, but I got an awesome deal! I got a Hugo Boss slim tie for 50 cents! I love this place and will definitely go back next time I return in June 2020!
Please visit and help support the wonderful cause for helping those in the Dosher Hospital from your purchases. They all go to charity. One article of clothing you buy may save one life.
I'm not sure what to think of this place. I like the lay out and organization of the shop and the quality of items are great for the prices. However, the staff didn't seem thrilled to be there. The ladies were very loud in the back talking about another lady and the woman in the front was not pleased to be there. She made it know to another customer too. I didn't know it was cash or check only so I had to write a check and when I asked who do I make it out to she told me 'Dosher whatever'. I don't know that I will be frequenting this place like the other thrift shops in town.
Cute finds. On a touristy strip. Better/name brand clothes on the second floor but don't be deceived by the two story claim - it's a tiny place. In spite of the size there are two dressing areas for trying on clothes.
Dosher may not be as well-stocked as some other thrift stores I have been to, but with deals like children's clothes for 25 cents a pop, there is a certainly merit and stopping by if you're in town.
Went in there 20 mins before they close at 1 p.m. To drop off a lot of donations. Was greeted by an elderly women with salt & pepper hair being completely rude. Not only did I come to town just to clean out my deceased mothers belongings which is hard enough, I then had to listen to the rude commentary from a volunteer who didn't want to deal with my stuff! She said "don't come back" I am from here and every time I come back for a visit the Jersey people accumulate more and are everywhere with rude customer service. I'm sorry you choose to volunteer a place that you have to sort through things. Takes away from your good deed lady!
