Brian was great I wasn’t sure really what to do he explained and actually helped me replace my light bulb! I really appreciate the help more than he knows ! Always will come back the staff is amazing
Friendly and seemed knowledgeable with what I was purchasing. The sales associate acknowledged other customers, but asked them kindly to wait until they were done with me. All in all pleasant experience.
We were having battery and ac issues. Austin helped us he was very helpful and installed the battery showed us how to fill the ac. Overall a good experience.

Went in tonight with my 14month old. Dylan P greeted me and asked if I needed any help. He helped me get a new turn signal light. He even came out and installed it for me. Exceptional service. Highly recommended!
My wife and I moved here almost 2 years ago. During that time, I have been to the AutoZone store in Southport multiple times. The store manager, Jet, is excellent in his customer service. He has helped me several times. I also had the pleasure of meeting an associate named Austin, who was also just as helpful. Great store and employees. And by the way, I moved from Memphis, Tenn , the home of Autozone .
S Erwin at Autozone helped check my charging system. I had a 5 year Dualast battery in my Acura for seven years. S Erwin, was very professional and efficient replacing my battery. After he installed my battery Erwin checked my charging system to verify it was working properly. He was very quick and knowledgeable.
I arrived with a practically dead battery after calling to make sure they could help. I spoke with Austin on the phone, and he also helped in the store. Within 30 mins I had a new battery. He made sure my car started before he went back inside. Great service from Austin and the other staff!
I went in to get some new wind shield wipers and I was helped right away. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They gladly put my wind shield wipers on my car for me as well. Great service!

Conveniently right off the main road. But the staff is always friendly and willing to help with info to learn and even helps to install small parts and help check the diagnostic of sensor lights.

Employees were quick to greet and to help us. The part we had pre-ordered was correct and was on time in its delivery. This is a far cry better than my usual experience in this type of place.

Some of my workers were a few hours away. The battery died in the van. AAA got the van to AutoZone and Christy took great care of them. I have been remiss in not reviewing our local Southport AutoZone before. I have never been in there and not received great service. Today was a great example. I stopped in because my car quit at a traffic light in Wilmington. Once I got it jumped and made it back to Southport I went straight to AutoZone. I figured the problem was either battery or alternator or both. A young man, named Austin, put it on the tester and helped me determine what the best course of action would be. Once the decision was made he changed the battery out for me - in the cold drizzling rain. He was personable and professional and made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Words can't say how much this was appreciated! I highly recommend our AutoZone to anyone who needs auto parts where you get the outstanding customer service I appreciate!
My battery died while waiting on the ferry. I got a jump and went straight to Autozone on a Sunday afternoon. A young man named Austin helped. He cleaned my battery, tested it, and helped get the new one in and had me going in about 45min. That was as quick as possible. He was smiling and kept me from being uptight. He was knowledgeable and helpful. His great attitude helped ease the pain of what could have been a bad ordeal. I hope I don't have anymore problems but when I do I will return to Auto zone in Southport with the confidence that they will resolve the problem as quick and painless as possible.
I wanted to thank Austin at the Southport location this morning. He went to what I would consider Exceptional Customer Service!! Assisting me with my Battery terminal which had some corrosion. He did an excellent job with a optimistic attitude. Which is very refreshing.. GREAT Job Austin!!
I went in and was greeted by multiple employees. The gentleman that ended up helping me not only answered all my questions ,but also took the time to put the windshield wipers on my car that I ended up purchasing and insisted that I make sure they worked without any problems before I left!
Krystal was more than helpful. Her knowledge of different things that could be causing a problem was greatly appreciated. It gave me a heads up as to what to expect when I take it in to the mechanic and to know if the shop is feeding me a line. Thank you lady.

This store has everything for cars and trucks and power lawn equipment. It is well organized and brightly lit with ample parking. It is a popular place with the locals, so it can be crowded at times. They have very knowledgeable and friendly staff, so give them a try.
