They guys here are absolutely amazing. They did my brakes and rotors back in January and then replaced my front axle and swaybar links just a few days ago. I will definitely be using them for any if my future mechanical repairs in the future.
Absolutely the BEST! These are the nicest and most honest people in the business. I wouldn't go anywhere else and can't recommend them enough. I just left here in relief after an certain NW Asheville Jeep dealership quoted over $3,000 of work that come to find out I didn't need at all. Thank you for being a place we can trust!

This Meineke is absolutely the best place to get your car serviced in the Asheville area. I’ve been here a few times now and am always extremely pleased with the professionalism, as well as the kindness that they show.
Cody, who works up front, goes above and beyond for every single customer I’ve ever seen him work with while I’ve been waiting for my car to be finished. He is patient, knowledgeable, very personable, and is remarkably amazing at remembering people by name. I’ve been impressed by him each time I’ve visited.
The rest of the team, although I haven’t interacted with them face to face, all take intense care of the cars they work on, and mine is thriving because they do sensational work. I’m never told I need to do something excessive, but they are honest with what does need to happen to keep your vehicle running smoothly.
10/10 I have recommended and will continue to recommend this location, because they’re just superstars.

I have been dealing with back to back to back issues caused by my unfortunate visit to this shop in September. Their massive mistakes led me to getting the entire transmission repaired again the day after picking it up from them. And now, because of an incorrectly sized bolt that they tried to file to size instead of just using the correct bolt, my motor mount failed and I have extensive repairs to make again, including another new transmission. Absolutely do not trust this shop with your vehicle. They will smile and assure you all is okay and then send you on your way with a death trap of their making.
I had an excellent experience at Meineke Car Care Center in Asheville! The team here is professional, honest, and truly cares about doing the job right. They took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me fair pricing, and never tried to upsell anything I didn’t need.
My oil change, brake check, and overall inspection were done quickly and with great attention to detail. The staff was friendly, the shop was clean, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
I went in today with an exhaust problem. They were so great. It was a minor problem and they fixed it without even charging me. Past experience with other car places tells me they could have and I wouldn't have known the difference. Honest and kind. I highly recommend them.
Outstanding service. The guys at the front desk are friendly and straight shooters. They provided clear and understandable estimates of repairs required and which maintenance items could be deferred until another day. Their estimates included photos of defects and included what the proper standard/tolerance is for my type of vehicle. The service was fast. There wasn’t any feeling of the crew pushing a hard sale on maintenance. Very honest workers and I don’t imagine that I’ll be taking my vehicle to any other garage for maintenance and repairs.
The service to my 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe was top notch. Cody,Jason and Joseph were very professional and took very good care of my vehicle. The diagnosis was spot on, the service was completed as promised and the cost was extremely reasonable in cost. I have three older cars and now I have found my go to service center.
I went to have my brakes checked out because when I got my oil changed at a dealership I was told that I needed the front rotors and pads replaced.
Since I have been to this Meineke previously and I knew they were trustworthy l asked them to see what they thought. Tony was extremely helpful and understanding and I really felt so grateful and reassured after he told me they checked out both the front and back brakes and they were all in great condition! This is an honest and reliable place to bring your car!! I will continue to return and highly recommend!!

These guys helped me out welding up an exhaust issue I had been dealing with. Despite the situation being less than ideal for a quick repair they made it work. They where quick and easy to work with. Pricing I felt was fair too.
I can’t say I’m enough great things about this Arden location. The five staff members, I interacted with were extremely professional and went above and beyond. I wanted to add slight performance to my existing exhaust, and an additional part was needed to make the proper fit possible. I will definitely be a returning customer. A+ customer service.
These guys at Meineke Hendersonville Road did a great job on my truck. I had taken it to a different shop before them and they made it worse and charged me more money, my co worker suggested Meineke and they made it good again. I will be using them from now on.
I took my truck in to get an oil change and get them also to go over the truck to make sure it was road ready and safe to make a long drive to Texas and back to Asheville!! With all my points I had earned, I was informed that I got my oil change and inspection done for free. Also Cody and the rest of the guys at the Hendersonville Rd. location are just downright nice fellas and do a great job taking care of their customers and they take pride in their work and their awesome customer service!!! Thanks guys!! The truck so far has done great on this road trip!!!
Everyone at this location is so professional yet personable! Not one of them talked down to me just because I am a woman. They did a very thorough inspection of my car and explained everything that was wrong. They also took pictures of all the problems and sent them to me. I have an aftermarket warranty which is a pain for them to work with yet they never made me feel like a difficult customer. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!
I had a great experience at Meineke getting a brake job done on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. The team was professional, friendly, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. My Jeep now drives and stops smoother than ever! They were upfront about pricing, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services.

I went to Meineke to get my rear brake pads changed. They did a full inspection on the car. To my surprise, I didn’t need my pads replaced. They were totally professional. I would recommend them.
As I was traveling from western NC with my 82 year old mother, my dog and 2 cats to meet my newborn 1st grandson, I had a malfunction with the AC in my Yukon. It was extremely hot and there was no way I could chance continuing on to south GA without AC. As it was a late Saturday morning, I thought there was no way anyone would be available to help. I reached out to Meineke Car Care Center #2468 in Arden, NC, and spoke to Cody. After exwouldplaining my plight, he told me to come right away. They took my Yukon in and started assessing the problem pretty quick and determined that it needed a new blower. Cody recommended we go eat while they did the installation, and then he offered to drive us to a nearby restaurant and came back to get us when the work was completed. When he picked us up, the Yukon was repaired and ready to go! Great group of guys! I can't thank them enough for their courtesy and efforts to ensure that we had a comfortable trip. I highly recommend those guys and owe them my deepest gratitude!
Great service here! I was on a weekend trip with my wife and young kids and we had a catastrophic problem with one of our front brakes that rendered the truck immobile. This was Memorial day weekend and we were 4.5 hours from home. Shout out to Dylan, Will and Jason at Meineke for helping me get the parts I needed as cheaply and painlessly as possible so we could get back on the road and have a great trip! I'm glad I broke down in Arden and not somewhere else, thanks guys!
This is probably the second time I ever feel I have to use google reviews.
I used to have a local meineke in my hometown I was a loyal customer to for 3 years, so when I moved to Asheville I decided to give my patronage to another car care center under the same brand.
The first time I scheduled with them I really enjoyed the casual atmosphere and approach and they gave me quite the stellar service, dude at the front during this process was really chill and cool.
However for the last few 3 weeks I've been trying to schedule to get a minor repair and an inspection and it's been hell. I call, they tell me no need for appointment because they're open all week, when I arrive a guy at the front says im supposed to schedule online, so I do, then the next day I get a text saying my appointment got cancelled, call to reschedule, they don't answer all day, when they finally do I schedule again, when I go then another guy tells me I scheduled with the wrong shop even though my call history shows I called this specific shop (the systems "does that" sometimes apparently). At some point they tell me a machine they need is broken come back tomorrow, but then I do and it's still broken. So I finally decided to give up and try somewhere else.
Im only reviewing because im seriously disillusioned and feel really sour at not wanting to come near a meineke anymore after it being my go-to shop for so long :/
Straight up disheartening.
EDIT: Well they did reach out, gave me a spot, solved the issue and even gave me some complimentary service free of charge. I'll keep coming because I've always appreciated Meineke's general staff and quality of work and it's just what I'm used to. I'd just advise some more coordination and communication on the phone/appointment side of things, but repairs and services remain excellent.
