Colin was so kind and helpful, he really went out of his way to help us. He installed not only one but BOTH headlights on our car. Highly recommend this location for any auto needs you may have!
Thankfully, Colin was willing to take extra time to change the battery in my car, adding and adjusting spacers because the previous shop I got a battery from (not O'Reilly!) gave us the wrong battery (and likely messed up the installation). It was freezing outside, and he just had the kindest attitude about it and wanted to make sure my car was in good shape. Now this teacher can get to work on time tomorrow morning. Thank you, I really appreciate your help!
Terrible experience. Up until today didn't mind paying the extra money that O'Reilly charges more than AutoZone or advance Auto because of the customer service there. And my home store those people go above and beyond. Well came to the store to bring some old oil and to change my transmission filters out. Didn't go straight in but spend some time looking for the second filter for the transmission, had to pull out some things out of my truck because we are moving and traveling. When we went in one of the guys asked if we were working on the truck, we said yes. Well a short time later the police show up and tell me that the employees or owner didn't want me there and and we needed to vacate the area. Talk about being embarrassed and humiliated. The police officer walked in and talked to the employee and apparently he called 'before' we brought the old oil in and talked to us and forgot to call back...so he called the police when we first got here and hadn't been here no time at all. Well needless to say O'Reilly's just lost a loyal customer today. We are no longer going to pay that extra $$ that we could be saving @ Napa or Meinike. This was at the location at 2134 Hendersonville road in Asheville.
Excellent customer service. Vee and Emmanuel listened to what was going on with my vehicle with care and interest and were able to help troubleshoot and resolve a possibly failed part. Thank you both of you for seeking to provide the best service to your customers and thank you O’Reilly’s for the protection or warranty on products purchased in your store. God bless!
Friendly, clean, standard. 4/5 because they charged me $120 for garbage car chains that are worth about $50 and in the trash after one weekend. But ... sold out everywhere at the time.
Tim was amazing at this location!! Went in to get a light bulb for my taillight (on 1/7) and he offered to change it for me which was a live saver because I would have been stuck with a YouTube video and zero tools. He was knowledgeable, quick, and super friendly. Definitely recommend. Great customer service.
My car battery died at ingles parking lot.
A very kind man named Rick helped me jumpstart it without hesitation.
He told me he works here.
So of course this is the place I chose for getting my new battery and Signed up for orewards and all. New customer because of Rick.
I love O'Reilly's they just have one downfall, they are the only auto parts store that does not pay mechanics for warranty labor... So most mechanics tend to stay away from them
My low oil light came on today, and although I go to Asheville a lot, I'm not comfortable driving around much. I went to O'Reillys after my appointment and the worker there was so nice, and he actually helped me check my oil and held the funnel so I could put a quart in. I think his name was Michael, he's great 👍 and so helpful. Thanks 😊
WOW! I went to auto zone and advance auto and not only was quoted much higher price for the same part, but the time to receive that part was days! O'Reilly's got me the same part in less a day; AND the part I bought has three times the time on its warranty than Auto zone or advance auto. They also helped me put it on my car!! The other auto stores told me they couldn't help. I would have to take it some where else and pay someone.

I forgot my fuel cap when I filled my RV up, and the excellent staff member at O'Reilly's found me a replacement even though my make and model weren't listed on the parts catalogue. Great service.
Donald (Donny) was such a great help, he knew exactly what we needed and even helped us install it into our car. Such great service and help we were in and out within 15 minutes.
Stopped here for washer fluid. Though he was busier than a one-armed paperhanger, Brian took the time to show me how to pop the hood on my new car and refill the tank for me.

I have been to three other auto stores today- knowing what I needed but was having a hard time finding the right starter for my van. Anthony helped us find the correct part and went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed. He talked to us and gave us comprehensible help that we truly needed. We will always go back to this auto store- thank you so much!!
I needed a new bulb for my headlight. I called, and they were friendly over the phone and said it was in stock. I am high risk for Covid and was nervous about going to the store. When I got there, I saw a sign on the door saying masks were required for everyone. That put my mind at ease. But then I walked in. One employee and two customers were inside. Customers were wearing masks, employee was not. I asked him if he was going to wear a mask, and he said "I can" and got one out. That doesn't help if you haven't been wearing one all day in this space. He went to get my part and another employee came out from the back. He, too, was not wearing a mask, and acted like nothing was strange. Sorry, but this is a mandate, and especially when you post a sign ON YOUR DOOR requiring masks and then you don't even do it, you lose my business. Try being considerate of your customers and stop being selfish. Will never go to this place again.
Roommate lost my power steering cap. The other places either didn't stock it, or were out. I called, they had it in stock. It was waiting on the counter when I arrived. That's how you do it.
Very kind and generous with attentiveness to our needs. We were broken down and had to buy an engine part. Hubby and son worked in the lot installing and mechanicing.Larry and his co-worker we're very hospitable and lent a tool we needed! They had a lot of customers. They seem to be very comfortable and happy in their employment!
This place is awesome! Joe was super nice and helpful and changed my directional light for me! Also recommended a product to help the bulb last longer! He wouldn't accept a tip, either!
I got myself into a sticky situation this past Sunday, and this store went so far above and beyond to help me get off the side of the road. The staff here was so helpful, including the guy who helped me get all my stuff named Thomas. Thank you Thomas, and thank you O'Reilly's auto for the great customer service.
