One, BMW seems to say it acceptable to have moisture in your head lamp if not too much! Really? On a $150k car? Second, it apparently is ok for the side of the door to heat up when the seat warmer is on!! Amazing! But they “checked” both and said within specs. Lastly, I don’t think the dealer really understands the hands free driving system. Granted, it is new tech but they really don’t understand it. For instance, they said you have to keep your hands on the wheel. You don’t!! They said I needed the lane departure item checked - you don’t. I’ve taken it to bmw corporate and we are building a case. The dealer, while polite and well meaning just didn’t help me at all.

Purchased a CPO 5 series and the entire staff made me feel at home and comfortable. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. The experience was great from start to finish. Shannen and her colleagues were easy to work with and very clear in every step in the process. The best part was that we got a great deal on our car without any games. I would definitely recommend Shannen and BMW of Asheville.

BMW Service (in Arden area) is really a fantastic place to get any kind of assistance with your BMW. The person who welcomes you as you drive in, Morey, is the epitome of hospitality. When he opens the door to the main area, you’re greeted by the service personnel with a kind smile. Alfredo was very helpful with my beloved car. He informed me about everything that would happen and kept me updated. Kesha (who is the “concierge” as far as I’m concerned) was lovely to talk with and showed me how to make myself comfortable. Which was easy as there’s everything you could want in the waiting area. There’s even Chef Mo ready to take your breakfast (anytime of day) or lunch request prepared to order (until 3). My panini was sumptuous! There’s a plethora of drinks on offer as well as snacks, including ice cream! Leather seating, a tv, magazines of every type, and apart from a couple loud talkers, it’s mostly very quiet. I could have meditated if I’d wanted. My car required a part from another state, so I was given a beautiful loaner vehicle for five or six days. And when I retrieved my car it had been vacuumed in the front passenger area and completely washed. Just beautiful! Alfredo made certain that everything went smoothly and that I was happy with the results. He’s a very amiable and professional guy to work with. I’ll absolutely be back. (If only for a car wash and Mo’s amazing cooking!)

My first experience with BMW of Asheville was amazing. Mike was exceptional from beginning to end. It was going to take hours for my car to be ready. I was offered complimentary food from a real chef who cooks there regularly. I took advantage of the loner car that was available. The checkout process was seamless and Mike also made sure my service dates were on the calendar.

I purchased my BMW 740 ix two years ago and I have used BMW of Asheville to service the car. Their service department and my experience has been outstanding. Savannah has been my Service Advisor. She is very knowledgeable and goes beyond to make sure everything is properly addressed. I highly recommend the dealership, service department and Savannah!

I took my 24 MINI Cooper S to BMW of Asheville to get its oil changed. I still have free maintenance with my car, but I like to get it changed every 5k miles instead of every 10k miles. I did not want to drive an hour and half to my nearest MINI dealership. Since I way paying out of pocket I went to BMW of Asheville which is only a twenty minute drive from me. It also cost the same as what I would have paid at a MINI dealership. I was informed by my service rep, Alfredo that all BMW of Asheville will do for a MINI is change the oil or replace tires on one. I wasn't surprised by that but definitely felt disappointed. My car has a BMW B48 engine, and a BMW transmission. It has basically the same warranty as a new BMW. There needs to be a MINI dealership in Asheville. MINIs can be a rare car, but in Asheville they are not. I do believe BMW of Asheville is owned by Feilds which also has at least one MINI dealership they own. I hope they will consider adding MINI to their BMW of Asheville dealership. I am thankful they will change the oil in a MINI and recommend them to any MINI owner that doesn't want to travel over an hour to get an oil change.

Madison at BMW of Asheville has been fantastic to work with. My BMW 335is had an open recall, and instead of asking me to bring the car in just to confirm it was affected, Madison arranged for a technician to come to my home to verify it. That level of convenience and respect for my time really stood out. I truly appreciate the extra effort. Ryan and the entire BMW service team were absolutely outstanding. I brought my BMW X7 in after my timing belt snapped while I was traveling with my family from Miami to Sugar Mountain, North Carolina — a stressful situation to say the least. Ryan was incredibly helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived. He understood that we were stuck mid-trip and went out of his way to make sure my family and I were taken care of. He and the team provided a comfortable place for us to sit, eat, and relax while the timing belt and water pump were repaired. The work was completed efficiently and professionally, and they managed to get us safely back on the road the very same day. I’m truly grateful for Ryan and his team for turning a bad situation into a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend their service.

I’ve known JT for years, as he previously served as the service coordinator for my wife’s vehicle, and I always appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. That said, his level of knowledge, responsiveness, and service-oriented approach during the sales process went well above my expectations. The sales rep I worked with was Barrington Clarke. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, and a pleasure to do business with. This was my first service experience on my new BMW and Savannah was great and I can’t say enough about my experience. Excellent customer service, clear explanations of work being done (including videos) and a great cafe to hang out in and eat while you wait for your car. I live in SC but bought my car at Asheville BMW and will continue to come here for service!! Highly recommend!!

Ryan was very helpful with my regularly scheduled maintenance appointment. The female at the counter was not very professional when I arrived and my car was dirtier when I left than when I arrived. Some minor details that I think BMW would appreciate as I know that they prefer to hold a competitive standard.

My 2 year service visit to BMW of Asheville was excellent. I was met by a professional longtime service manager who explained the process that day and an estimate of the length of time it would take to complete the service. While I waited in their comfortable waiting area I was offered a breakfast meal prepared by their longtime chef-excellent! I reviewed several new cars and had a brief conversation with the sales representative of 19 years who recognized me first. Overall, a great experience treating me and my car with respect and professionalism. One of the best cars I’ve ever had!

Ryan was excellent. Very professional and helpful. Had two cars for recalls and one little hicup with the 325 that was quickly rectified. Cars washed very nicely, took care of a state inspection as well. Had a fantastic pork taco from Chef Mo while I waited. Very nice experience. Picked up a couple of nice metal signs from parts before leaving.

Norm - who I believe is the service department manager - and the whole team deserve a big shout-out for their assistance. I recently purchased a BMW from a different dealer nearly 8 hours away, who is completely unrelated to Fields Auto/BMW of Asheville. Without going into all the dirty details, the folks I bought it from messed up and I had some major brake squealing due to "brake dust" apparently. Since this was brake-related and obviously could be a big safety hazard, the service manager from the original dealership reached out and connected with Norm, who got back to us that same afternoon and let me know I could drop my vehicle off the next morning and they would work in the service between appointments. Not only was this not even their problem to begin with seeing as how I bought this vehicle from a totally different dealership - they went out of their way to fit me in during a VERY busy day (I saw at least 10-15 different folks waiting for their vehicle to be serviced when I arrived around 10AM). They even were able to look at my car earlier than they had originally suggested I bring it by, since I was already in the neighborhood. On top of all of this, the other employees I spoke with were all highly competent, professional, and helpful - every interaction from the sales department to the porters and shuttle drivers was impeccable. As someone who works in what is ultimately the hospitality industry, I am intimately aware of how difficult it is to maintain that consistent level of service and professionalism, especially across such a large staff, so my hat is off to the management and ownership for this location along with the entire team. To say I'm pleased with their level of service and how incredibly gracious they were with their accommodation of my needs would be an understatement. I will absolutely not only be continuing my service relationship moving forward with Fields/BMW of Asheville, but I will be purchasing any future cars from them as well. Thanks Fields team!!

Being the for the first time, the check in process was a little confusing. When I arrived the drive lane is to small for people to get in and out when 3 cars are parked in line. Someone from their operations needs to evaluate this issue. Also, the person greeting you should be more proactive and letting you know the flow of what will happen next.

Just bought my ninth BMW from BMW of Asheville today. Alex is a great client advisor. He’s honest, trustworthy, attentive, pays attention to detail, resourceful, responsive, and very loyal. I wouldn’t buy a car if Mark Miller wasn’t in on the deal. PERIOD. Love this fella! He’s very respectful, cordial, honest, and trustworthy. Michelle does an awesome job with financial part of the deal. She’s knowledgeable, thorough, and has amazing customer service skills. Fields Auto Group should be made aware of these three major assets to their team. I don’t even look at any other Brand other than BMW and I have such trust in my team at BMW of Asheville, I never shop at other BMW dealerships because I know the integrity of my team. Keep up the good work. Can’t wait to buy my next car!

Great service on my 2026 BMW X7. My service advisor Ryan was great to work with, and the tech that worked on the car was very thorough and explained everything completely. I popped in to make my trade, we had agreed on the trade price so, I drove directly to get the car I chose. It was so busy, I thought maybe I should leave and return another day. Very inviting, friendly and calm. I sat down at the counter and had a salad prepared for me, chef Mo fixes breakfast and lunch free of charge. Very professional dealership. I was taken care of in no time. Brandon & Joel made my trade very easy for me. Debra in finance was super sweet & everything went quickly. I look forward to continuing my service with BMW of Asheville. 5 stars
