Wow I’m so disappointed how they treated me here. Made an appointment for 8am. I told them the day before the heater makes a lot of noise and isn’t heating.
I tell them in the morning as well the same… almost 3 hours later they tell I’m good to go.. and I’m like wait there’s still the same noise. And he responds I have to order that piece… and I say why wouldn’t you order it along with the other piece that you ordered. Mind you it’s now 10:45.. almost 3 hours I was here.
Luis and his brother just dismissed me and turned their back on me and told me to leave… and I’m confused because I was waiting outside most of the time and barely spoke with them.
I kept asking what’s going on? And no one wanted to show face yet alone explain themselves. It’s sad to treat anyone like this but a woman?? It’s so hard to find a good mechanic. I felt so hurt how can they treat me like this they literally kicked me out and told me to go… and I don’t even know why. There was no altercation so it’s weird that they did this to me. Rude and disrespectful! Please save your money and time!!

I have been fortunate enough to have used Sighi since he and his father had their garage on Radford Street. He is a terrific mechanic who never does more than needed to remedy the problem. He is too busy and honest to do unneeded work. His charges are more than fair and I cannot praise him highly enough.
Sigi is the best hands down. Honest, will actually tell you when you don't need work. Saves the parts he replaces to actually show you. I'll never go back to Yonkers Honda for my Hondas.
We have been bringing all our cars to Sigi for over 20 years. We trust him completely. He's always honest, always right, and always looking for ways to save us some money. Never had to take something back because it wasn't fixed right the first time.
My family and I have been coming to Sigi for over 20 years - he is honest, a good man and a fantastic mechanic. We have brought two generations worth of VWs, Hondas, Fords, and Chryslers to him and have never once had a reason to doubt him.
