Great experience, had an accident on a Wednesday morning and they had the car picked up in half hour. After finding out it was a total loss they had everything processed super fast. Shockingly I was able to get into a new car 10 days later!
Company needs clear transparency and improved communication regarding condo parking lot towing service. I had Emails, made calls and went to the office with no return calls or email etc... Causing evident that the expectations for professionalism and reliability are not being met.
Absolutely horrible ! Not even deserving of one star ! Towed my car Thursday, I had no way of getting it until Saturday so Friday morning I called to confirm they would be open. I arrive Saturday as soon as they open to be told a price triple that if what’s listed on the sign of where my car was towed from. Then I was told I couldn’t get my car back until Monday, which would up the storage fee by two more days !!! After an accident they took advantage of the situation and I am confident in the fact that it was because I am a young woman and they believed I knew nothing about cars, they even tried to convince me my car was not worth fixing and to just junk it and leave it to them.
Super expensive and never gave a cost over the phone, they waited till the equipment was dropped off and then told me the cost. $300 to drive about 12 min, (that’s $25 a min) Un called for, last week I got a car towed from Henry Hudson pkwy to yonkers almost 21 miles about 47 min of driving off a highway for $275 The driver is the only reason I gave 2 stars he was excellent.
All positives all around for RNR Auto & Towing. They truly care about their customers and prioritize their needs. If you call and get Ronnie, he is polite and will answer all your questions. Their prices are very reasonable and they always make sure to do right by the customer. I highly recommend this towing company to anyone that needs a tow in Yonkers.
My Truck broke down in Katonah N.Y a friend recommended RNR towing in Yonkers , I called and spoke to Ron, and he dispatched a Heavy wrecker to tow my Peterbilt dump truck to the repair shop . Russ showed up , and was very professional and polite . Great service fair pricing , cant really ask for more than that. I Will definitely be using this towing service again and would recommend to anyone . you wont be disappointed
I unfortunately had to have my vehicle towed after an accident, but thankfully these guys showed up. They were so kind and understanding, they really helped a girl out! Russ, Ron and Freddy made the process so easy and quick. They also handled everything with the insurance company for me. When my vehicle ended up totaling, they explained everything to me, and broke down what my next step should be and really cared about my situation. Thank you guys so much! I really do appreciate it!
