Great place to live. We’ve had a wonderful experience at One Clinton Park. The concierge team is friendly and helpful, the management office is always pleasant to work with, and the apartments are excellent — modern, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we’re very happy living here and would definitely recommend it.

My husband and I had the pleasure of touring with Marleny & she was phenomenal! She was very welcoming allowing us to really experience One Clinton without feeling rushed or like this was purely transactional. That day she patiently answered all my questions with care and consideration. But most impressive is when I called back with additional queries, she was attentive and detailed with a great sense of humor making me feel reassured. We loved the apartment layouts and amenities. It felt like a warm community in the brief interactions I had with future neighbors. Fingers crossed this will be a wonderful place to live for the next two years!

I recently moved here about months ago. I'm really starting to like it here. Big up to Marleny for helping me out. I probably wouldn't had decided to move here of it wasn't for her. It’s just outside of NYC with some close places for you to feel comfortable nearby. The events are great inside the building and in the area. Definitely a good time and a good chance to meet people who you're living with. I recommend it for people who want NYC living but for an affordable price.

Don't come if you like hot showers :( Water gets warm turned all the way up. Maintenance measured a max temp of 103 degrees in my shower and said it is within their limits. As per chat gpt, NY state property maintenance code recommends a minimum of 110 degrees.

First off I want to say Marleny is the absolute best. I wasn’t in the best spirits that day but Marlene’s energy was so bright, uplifting and that’s what sold it for me. She went above and beyond for me and its so hard to find people like that in this world. We all know how daunting apartment searching can be but she made my experience a great one . First impression really matters and she gave me a bomb impression. Very warm community.

A ProPark employee crashed my car while operating it at One Clinton Park, and the way this claim has been handled by their leadership has been extremely unprofessional. The claims manager, Ashley, never called me despite multiple promises that I would receive their insurance information and updates. And when I finally spoke with Dan, a VP at ProPark, he was disrespectful, dismissed my concerns, and refused to provide basic information about my own claim — telling me to “go call my lawyer” instead of assisting me. Everything stated here is supported by documented communication. This has been one of the most stressful, disappointing, and deeply concerning customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with

Apartment layout was amazing. The young lady from management was very friendly and helpful. I apologize for forgetting her name but she was amazing while showing me around the building.

I want to give a major shoutout to Nikki Ramirez! She is an absolute rockstar. She made the leasing process so easy and was always going above and beyond to make sure I understood. Between responding on her day off which I told her not to LOL and juggling double duty at Two Clinton Park, she always made herself available. When you are moving to a new city sometimes the leasing agent is your first impression of the people in the area. She is an absolute credit to One Clinton Park.

I had a wonderful experience working with Anissa. She is professional, communicative, and very thoughtful. On multiple occasions, she took the time to show me different units in both Tower One and Two of Clinton Park, and reviewed the amenities and expenses in detail, tailoring everything to my plans—including commute considerations. She stayed in touch before and after move-in, checked in regularly, and was always available for questions. Truly an excellent leasing experience!

One thing for sure, we liked the unit we chose spacious and modern, services were attended to on time, package deliveries were handled with care and safety, the App were useful for all kinds of services in and out of the building, the function rooms were certainly awesome, modern and always available for residents first before outsiders if there are any at all. The working staff and office staff were very good at what they're doing, nice people towards the residents. Clean sorrounding. However, with all these wonderful qualities, there is one thing that could affect all the good things...the dog park. While the building accepts pets, I guess it falls short, on cleanliness of the park on regular basis. Hopefully, this will be better soon. Considering the rent resident's pay, the modernized building and amenities, I guess residents deserves the best part of it, and so are the pets. Over all, still 4 Star from me. Still highly recommended.

I have been living in One Clinton Park since July 2025 and it has been a pleasure. The staff here is insightful and helpful. Alyssa, the assistant general manager, is always willing to assist with any financial concerns. The leasing team, Bonnie, Anissa and Marleny, quickly address my inquiries and are always smiling, ready to help. I highly recommend moving into One Clinton Park. The community is lovely and the events they host are SO fun.

Have been living here for over 2 years now. The building and location is one of the better ones in all of the downtown. However, in the 2 years that I have been here, there has been a revolving door of staff in the leasing office and management companies. The quality of the maintenance of the building has steadily deteriorated, especially after the "sister building" (Two Clinton Park) opened. The worst part - the quality of tenants is horrible. Noisy neighbors who blast music late at night, pet owners who allow their dogs to urinate in the elevators, people who leave their garbage bags on the floor of the refuse room instead of putting it down the chute.... the list is endless. Will not renew here once my lease is up.

Shockingly Unprofessional and Disrespectful Leasing Experience I had one of the worst leasing experiences I’ve ever encountered. The agent assigned to us Marleny Fernandez demonstrated complete disinterest in working with us from the very beginning. Emails and phone calls went unanswered for up to four days at a time. When I finally wrote to express how unacceptable this was, she removed me from the email and continued communicating only with my husband. She repeatedly requested additional documents, which we promptly provided. Yet she falsely claimed to have called our accountant for verification, when in fact no such call was ever made. Throughout the entire process, she showed no respect for our time, our family situation, or basic professional standards. I am eight months pregnant and explained multiple times that we needed to finalize housing quickly and calmly. Instead of offering realistic solutions or alternative options—something any true professional would do if documents were insufficient—she simply ignored our requests and ultimately declined our application without a valid explanation. This experience was a complete display of disregard, unresponsiveness, and lack of professionalism. If you value your time, peace of mind, and respectful treatment, think twice before trusting this leasing office or this agent.

She went above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth and stress-free, keeping me updated every step of the way. Her friendly attitude and genuine care really stood out compared to other leasing experiences I’ve had. Anissa made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision, and I truly appreciate her effort. I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, and genuinely wants the best for her clients!

Finding a new apartment was a difficult task for me, as numerous buildings repeatedly turned me down. But everything changed when I came across One Clinton and met Anissa. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was approved on the spot, and she ensured everything went seamlessly from start to finish. I highly recommend working with her if you're considering moving into the building! One Clinton itself is beautiful, and I love it here. So far, I have no complaints.

It’s a beautiful building. Nice amenities, however the 2 bdrm was lacking a living room. It was more of a kitchen with 2 bdrms attached to it. Good if you’re moving in with a roommate. NOT FOR FAMILIES! Oh the 3 bdrm is 9k a month.

This Sunday will be 1 year that my hubby and I have been living at One Clinton Park. We like our studio apartment. Javier, the new manager seems to be on top of things. I like the gym, and the amenities. The concierge service is great. The maintenance crew are swift to address any issues. Shout out to Chris, David and Franklin. The leasing office are helpful. We’re looking to buy a house out of State. We spoke to Anissa, who told us to keep her in loop in case that does not work out, and she’ll see what she can do as she value us living at One Clinton Park. Having the RAD is a bonus. So far my experience living at One Clinton Park has been a good one. The management team is courteous and responsive. The maintenance staff has responded to us in a timely manner. Whenever there’s an issue or something needs to be addressed, they are quick to respond and their communication is timely. Shout out to Darlenis from the management team and Chris from the maintenance team.

As a tenant at One Clinton Park, I have to highlight the incredible work of Emily, the concierge. She is consistently warm, professional, and truly dedicated to making the building feel like home. Whether it’s handling deliveries with care, greeting everyone with genuine kindness, or going the extra mile to assist with any request—Emily always shows up with a positive attitude and a solution. Her presence brings a real sense of comfort and community to the building. Residents are genuinely lucky to have her at the front desk.

I've had a great experience living here, especially since the new management team took over. I can only say good things about them. The manager, Javier-is incredibly attentive and quick to find solutions, which really sets the tone for the entire office. You need a strong leader to bring a team together, and it truly feels like they’ve found the right person for the job this time. The entire staff is responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s been about 5 months living here and I could tell that this building is just poorly built. I’ve experienced three massive leaking, and the last two times happened for two consecutive nights. They were massive ceiling leaks that crept through my ceiling lights, damaging one and contaminating my belongings. Despite multiple calls from the consignor, the “on call” emergency maintenance staff did not even bother to come in. I had to miss work to handle with the matter. Also, it took maintenance two weeks to patch up and repair the damaged ceiling paint. I had to constantly sweep up flakes of paint falling off the ceiling for that long despite several trips to the leasing office. On top of this engineering defect, there was an air conditioning outage in the summer that lasted for an entire day. A few weeks ago, the elevators trapped a tenant where emergency calls took place. It also took over a week for them to repair it. Lastly, the shared amenity floor is just straight up unsanitary as I had personally seen dog droppings on the floor right outside the leasing office. The one positive thing that I could say about this building is the staff. Nick, the leasing manager, and every single consignor have all been nice to us. Nonetheless, for the outrageous price that we pay, One Clinton Park fails to deliver the so-called “luxury” lifestyle.

I have had a wonderful experience this last month as a resident at One Clinton Park. The leasing staff listened to my needs and showed me apartments that met them. The move in was seamless, my movers even remarked about it. The front desk and concierge give superb service, and everybody already knows my name!

No, no, and no. Before renting, please consult with one of the residents. Unfortunately, this building has some unusual practices when it comes to billing utilities. You’ll be required to sign a contract with a questionable company called Conservice, which doesn’t even provide clear statements for electricity, water, and gas. You might pay $50 one month and then $240 the next for electricity and so with gas and water, even if you’re on vacation! They’ll try to lure you in with the promise of amenities, but even those are problematic—the AC is always broken! Furthermore, the parking garage operated by Pro Park is notorious for damaging cars and never taking responsibility. They will deny your claim and try to absolve themselves by showing a picture of the damage they caused—without providing any footage as evidence. Proceed with caution!

One clinton park has made my experience 5 stars, the best apartment complex i have ever lived in! 24/7 concierge makes it super safe at all hours, great amenities for me and my guest. They also have great perks every other Friday's at the speak easy and holiday events. The leasing staff is always nice and available when you need them. Beautiful city views as well.
