标题(Title): Repeated Warranty Issues and Unprofessional Service 正文(Review): I purchased a 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport from Range Rover New Rochelle. Since purchase, the vehicle has repeatedly displayed low engine coolant warnings. Despite taking the vehicle to the dealership 6–7 times under warranty, the underlying issue has never been resolved. In one visit, the dealership simply gave me a bottle of coolant and told me to add it myself instead of diagnosing or repairing the defect. Because the problem continued, I have had to refill coolant at independent repair shops 7–8 times at my own expense. Additionally, on March 26, 2024, I paid approximately $1,000 for a spare key for another Land Rover vehicle. The dealership confirmed the payment in their system and reviewed security footage, yet nearly two years later, I still have not received the key, and they refuse to issue a refund. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership due to persistent vehicle defects, refusal of warranty service, and unprofessional handling of customer issues. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding several unresolved issues following my purchase of a brand-new Range Rover P550e at the end of September 2025. At the time of the sale in September 2025, I was clearly informed that I would receive $1,300 back directly from Land Rover within a couple of weeks after delivery. Shortly after the sale, I was told there was a system shutdown at Range Rover, which could cause delays. I was understanding and accepted that explanation. However, it is now almost February, and despite multiple follow-ups since September 2025, I have received no update, no resolution, and no communication regarding this reimbursement. I have texted my salesperson, Julis, multiple times over the past several months. Unfortunately, he has been completely unresponsive. Prior to the sale, he replied promptly to every message. The complete lack of communication after the sale feels extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, I am very disappointed with the tire and rim protection package that I purchased. In standard practice—and based on my prior experience with a similar protection package purchased for my Porsche at Gold Coast Porsche—tire and rim damage are covered together. When I recently experienced a scratch on my rim, I was informed that the package I purchased only covers the tire, not the rim. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of signing, despite me specifically referencing my prior Porsche coverage during the finance discussion. Another serious concern is that my monthly payment terms were changed at signing. After my credit was run, I was quoted one rate and payment. However, at the time of signing in September 2025, the payment structure was altered. To accommodate the change, the mileage allowance was reduced, despite me clearly stating that I required a higher mileage option. This change was not aligned with what was originally discussed or agreed upon. Looking back, these last-minute changes and inconsistencies should have been a clear red flag. At that point, I should have walked away, as it became evident that something was not right with how the deal was being handled. At this point, I am requesting: 1. Immediate clarification and resolution regarding the $1,300 reimbursement. 2. A written explanation of why the tire and rim protection sold to me does not include rim coverage, despite how it was presented during the sale. 3. A response regarding the lack of communication from my assigned salesperson. I purchased a luxury vehicle with the expectation of professional service, transparency, and integrity. Unfortunately, my post-sale experience has not reflected the standards associated with the Land Rover brand. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.

My 2015 was serviced at this dealership and result were great. service advisor omar taveras and manager edgar were respectful and professional they gave me updates and information as the car was being serviced advised of any recommended service needed for the car and i recommend this dealership for services on your land rovers

I contacted AutoNation to sell my car and worked with a Ivan Mena. I was a little weary about selling my car and the strong offered they provided compared to others, but I decided to make the 40 minutes drive over since he was so thorough and professional on the phone. When I arrived, he was as expected and they did not play any games on my offer. They were very fair and it was a painless sale. Thank you very much and I will contact you again first whenever I’m looking to sell a car. I highly recommend Ivan and Land Rover of New Rochelle .

I brought my 2008 Range Rover Sport here to have my Front/Rear Sway Bars Bled and Calibrated. This is done together at once and customers and not be charged double or separately for the Front/Rear. Each time I brought my car I was told that I needed a new part. I then got the required part and retuned just to be told I needed another part. It is clear that the technicians are inexperienced, janky and don’t know what they are doing. I think it’s wrong and unethical to charge someone to honestly say what the issue is with a car, that one could’ve found out for no cost at all. I spent thousands of dollars buying parts that I may not ever needed, just to be told they can’t solve my problem. This is outrageous that the actual dealer, who makes the car can’t fix a common problem associated with the vehicle you produce. I highly recommend not buying any Land Rovers, instead buy a reliable car that 20 years down the road the manufacturer still serves. Most Land Rover dealers including this one lack integrity and moral ethics. They charge you based on what they think they can squeeze out of you. And tell you what they think you want to hear, no integrity, no morals.

My experience was great, which is what I expected when buying a luxury vehicle. However, they went above and beyond. The entire transaction took two days, and their pricing model was excellent. The financing process was amazing, and the follow-up was outstanding. I am very happy that I chose to deal with them compared to anyone else.

I bought a car here a few years back I promised me one thing on the phone and then try to switch things when I got there. I went through with the sale. Now I’m having issues with the car and I’ve been calling them for two weeks trying to speak to someone about the warranty a single parrot now with no car and a town with no public transportation and I can’t get my autistic son to his therapies. I called them 6-7 times. And no one in the finance department could find time to call me back and answer my questions, even though I keep leaving messages. They tell me I need to speak to her this woman in finance and whenever they transfer me the voicemail is a guy so I don’t even know if it’s going to the right one. I called back to ask and they’re telling me that’s the right one but still I get no call back.

Five star service all the way. From the moment we walked through the door till we drove off the lot with a new car! Steve Goldsmith was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable low pressure sales, this is the way it should be done. He was able to get me the car I wanted during JLR data breach madness. I would recommend Land Rover New Rochelle to anyone in the market.

I absolutely love taking my Range Rover to this location. The manager Edgar as well as all of the service providers and staff are so amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful as well as very friendly. Outstanding dealership—truly transparent from start to finish. Claudio & Jill were excellent throughout the entire buying process, providing transparent pricing and honest guidance. Had my car serviced today. Edgar the service manager is nothing but polite and point on to make sure my car was fixed AND determined to have my car wash. Very customer friendly. Service writer Diago not but pleasant and made sure to show where the lounge is . And where coffee and water is. Totally a pleasant experience.

Had multiple issues with my car and came in and was immediately greeted by Omar who was not only beyond respectful he was helpful and truly cared about the issues I was facing with my car. I came in to pick up my car after the repairs were done and Omar and his manager Edgar took the time to personally clean my car for me as they stated “it needed it.” I’ve had a couple issues at this location and with other people there but this review is more directed to these two individuals that truly went above and beyond for me and my car.

I can't say enough about Edgar and Diego at Land Rover New Rochelle. They instantly made me feel that I was in good hands, and that my issue would be handled quickly and reasonably. I have been with Range Rover less than a year now, and what an experience it is. It is truly not just a Car. It is an Experience. Every morning I get into my car, I appreciate and enjoy it and I’m greeted with good morning! Now let me talk about the amazing Service. From the minute you walk into Land Rover, You are treated like royalty. I always tell my kids. “successful people are responders“. My texts are answered. My emails are answered. I show up. I am asked the issue and I am given a plan. I am asked to weigh in on a plan. I show up to smiles and A plus customer service. I leave smiling. While I am there, I am greeted by every single employee and treated to Coffee and a comfortable waiting area. I am offered transport. And I leave after my car is washed. Need i say more? I would like to personally thank Robert O’melia, Edgar Buenconsejo, Crystal Goodman, Julius, Silax and apologize that I do not know everyone’s names because all truly deserve five stars plus. Thank you for making my car not just a car but an experience I enjoy every day. I don’t often wrote reviews but I just wanted to share my positive experience with Land Rover in New Rochelle. Edgar, the Servcie director and his entire staff were professional, kind and thoughtful. They took my vehicle in on extremely short notice while providing me with a substitute vehicle to get me around the area. They reviewed and repaired the car within a day. And they washed it. Superb service. Thanks to Edgar and his team.

One of the highlights of buying one of these wonderful machines is being able to be treated like a family member at Land Rover New Rochelle by Edgar for almost a decade. I only praise the best and this man is hands down the definition of great customer service thru and thru. I bought a CPO Defender last Month, and it was an overall great experience. Julius was great right from the moment I called. I had been looking at a Defender from a different LR location and he worked with me to get me down to the price I was looking for. He was there for any questions I had well beyond my purchase. I had an issue with a small piece of trim, and Claudio helped me get it sorted out. He ordered the piece, and kept me in the loop along the entire process up until delivery since I live over 2 hours away. He reached out to keep me updated through the entire process. The hard work and excellent customer service of the two mentioned above will definitely send me back to LR New Rochelle when I am ready for a new vehicle.

Called on the phone and spoke with Alex. He immediately verified if a unique 2025 Defender 130 was available. 15 minutes later we had a deal on paper and the purchase process was rolling! Vehicle was purchased outright so I can’t speak for finance experience, however everyone seemed to be super responsive and low pressure. Couldn’t have been more easy of a transaction even though this was an out-of-state purchase. Massachusetts Land Rover dealerships have been a disappointment - I will be sending any friends or colleagues to New Rochelle! Thanks again.

Wow where to begin! I purchased the car OF MY DREAMS from this dealership. Truly. I can't say enough good things about the sales team and the Eric/Eriks I worked with. ' I was considering buying a super nice white C300 coupe from a used car lot but I had a really BAD gut feeling about them. I was super nervous about buying the car and then running into issues when I drove it off the lot. The reason I ended up buying at Land Rover New Rochelle was because Erik assured me that they would take good care of me and protect me if anything were to happen when I took it off the lot. This dealership has multiple steps of protection in place so that you don't end up getting screwed. I was reading DOZENS of awful reviews about the used car lots that I was considering buying from and I was scared of making a bad purchase. I purchased confidently with Erik and the team and Land Rover New Rochelle and had no anxiety going into the purchase. I took the car off the lot and it drove like an absolute dream from day 1. It is hard to find C300 Coupe's and this is an absolute beauty. With only 25,000 miles on it I got a GREAT deal and they don't have any hidden fees or add on scams. I can't recommend them enough.
