Average performance with the New Rochelle Dealership and i am a 24 yr LR owner/ customer. The salesman is either overwhelmed or lacks experience….he was very nice but did not follow thru with email for the remote app information and i have the car a week already. I sat in my car figuring it out and call the 800 number for assist in order for it to work. I texted him twice and nothing. The day i purchased the car had to leave without it because the car needed 4 updates, that apparently took hours? As for the finance officer he did his best to make the purchase happen.
Robert is very knowledgeable, extremely professional and personable. He was a great advisor and I look forward to continuing to take my car in for any necessary service.

There are times when sales people go above and beyond to make your experience stand out and this was one of them. I would buy from this crew again in the future in a heartbeat.
This is my 1st time going to the service department at this Land Rover dealership. The service was quick and fast and anything covered under the warranty was covered. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is the up charge on silly things like changing a battery in a remote. They were looking to charge $20 for changing a battery in a remote.Also the recommended service at 15 K sounded absolutely ridiculous to me $1800 to check my oil, fluids, rotate my tires, possibly change my oil. The service technician who checked me in was very pleasant and nice, but this is not my first time leasing a car and having such astronomical charges for a car you may or may not keep.
I was so pleased with the service I received from Land Rover New Rochelle this July, particularly Robert in the Service Department. I had an emergency situation while I was visiting New York from Massachusetts--my a/c went out in 100 degree weather and I was supposed to drive home to MA in 2 days. Not only did Robert listen to my predicament, he took immediate action to correct the issue so I could drive again. His team also noticed some other issues with my 2022 Range Rover Sport, and rectified those issues as well. I'm so grateful to Robert and his team for getting me back on the road during a very stressful time. The dealership provided me with an Uber to and from home as well. Robert is completely transparent about pricing for the work I still needed completed. Robert's calm but his proactive, caring and reassuring demeanor made this one of the best experiences I've had during an emergency. I can't recommend Robert, and his team at Land Rover New Rochelle more highly. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Land Rover New Rochelle was a pleasure to work with last week to exit my lease and get into a Defender. They have an EXCELLENT inventory and selection across all models. Unlike some dealerships and car brands their website is up to date and accurate, if a car is listed as available, it’s actually available. No bait and switch. For the paperwork, they use DocuSign to make it easier for both parties. The advisor I worked with, Steve Goldsmith, is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m lucky he picked up my cold-call to the dealership to confirm their inventory. The rest of the team, especially Vito and Christine, made the whole experience extremely easy. I am not easily impressed and it was a seamless transaction. 10 out of 10.
Honestly, I love Range Rover … I believe it’s the apple of cars .. Simple and straightforward.. love the guys at Land Rover New Rochelle Service Center.. they really do make you feel like family.
After a terrible experience with Land Rover White Plains (where they dented my car during a routine service), we decided to move over to the New Rochelle Service Center. Yasmin was our service advisor and she was excellent - an absolutely seamless experience where she really looked after us. She knew exactly what we were in for, made sure that we were in and out as quickly as possible and then followed up with us after. It's further away for us, but worth the journey!
We have been customers here since 2005. The service department has never let us down! This time Crystal was most helpful! She was straightforward, efficient and lovely to deal with!

The service here is excellent! Makes me feel like a truly valued and appreciated customer. I always get offered rides home, my car comes back freshly washed, and sometimes it even gets delivered back to me. I will always buy a Land Rover for the service alone!
My Discovery (which I love) started acting up on a Saturday afternoon. I limped into the JLR New Rochelle service department. The writer Vincent was so helpful, took my vehicle in, and set me up with a loaner. He kept me advised on the status of the repair via text (super convenient), and got a warranty question resolved in my favor. When i went to pick it up I didn't recognize it at first as they had cleaned it inside and out. I was very happy with the experience.
My service experience at New Rochelle Land Rover this week was fantastic - worked with Vinny who ensured that the repair was covered under warranty (it was!), diagnosed another issue that was also covered from a recall, and get everything taken care of within one day. The car was beautifully detailed, on time and fully ready to rock.
customer service was great, service was fast, Mr. Yousof was very helpful, and they honored the coupon that they posted on their website. I did oil change to my Velar, and they washed the car in and outside. I strongly recommend the New Rochelle jaguar and land rover dealer.
Vincent was amazing in taking care of my car, and also made sure I was driven back to work in a timely manner. He kept me informed thru-out the day as well. but the best, is that the car was brought to me at my office. that was a very pleasant surprise.

I wanted to report on the pleasant experience I had at Land Rover New Rochelle service. Specifically with my service consultant Matthew Murray. He arranged for a loaner car for me with little notice, kept me informed on the progress of the work and was open & honest. All that I could have expected from the dealership and their service rep.
THEY PUT A FAKE EMAIL ON MY REPAIR ORDER SO THAT LAND ROVER CANNOT SEND ME A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY. SO LAND ROVER
WILL NEVER KNOW HOW HORRIBLE THEY ARE. Ugh. They preformed an unauthorized MPI and broke my tire sensor and charged me for a new one. They misdiagnosed my vehicle the first time. Then took it back for a month because they could not provide a diagnosis. The only person who is knowledgeable is the service director. Everyone else needs serious training. I could not imagine having people with zero knowledge performing such an important job. My safety and my family’s safety relies on if. Will not return. Very dishonest. Still no diagnosis, they said they “fixed it” and charged me another $1000 to release my vehicle to me.
The Mt Kisco service department was very attentive and the service was performed in a timely manner.
I was somewhat disappointed upon return of my vehicle as it had at least five grease spots on my interior upholstery. However, the service manager, Charles, advised the best products to use to clean, and upon his advice I bought what he had suggested and was able to remove the spots. I appreciated his offer to bring back my vehicle to have the spots cleaned if my treatment was unsuccessful.
I also had recall service done on my 2020 vehicle with a reasonable wait time.
My husband and I purchased a new car from Land Rover Mt Kisco this past weekend and I was very pleased with our experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff ensured a smooth transaction. If you are in the market for a new car, I would definitely recommend this location.
Great experience! The sales associate Ebony Bryant was pleasant and really knowledgeable about the car. After the test drive we decided to buy and Ebony helped us in our decisions with choice of color, interior, packages, etc. Came in on Wednesday and returned on Friday to complete final lease/purchase. She spent a lot of time going over and showing us all the features of the car since it's very technical. We drove home confident in our new Range Rover Sport HSE.
