Why the 1 star....
As I started to walk in.. a service tech was coming out, you think he would let me come in first..nope..
As I preceded, I must have been a ghost. No hello from reception...nothing.. was too busy talking to a salesperson...
Went over to service desk. Waited 10+ minutes and no one appeared.
Then a gentleman appeared and asked if I was being helped.
My first impression coming to this place is that they need better customer service. Especially Audi!
If a manager is reading this, just look at your cameras.
