Two stories of antiques! A good variety of all kinds of antiques. Clean and well organized. Staff is also very helpful!

Giant 2 story flea market I got you Jim! Edit - This place is far more than a flea market. It is absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in till the moment you leave you will be overwhelmed by the amazing treasures within. I nearly had a stroke when my bp spiked from shear enjoyment at the sight of each vendors area. Plan a whole day for this adventure. Bring a snack and drink because you're going to be here a while.

I'm so glad I got to experience this place! It truly was better than I anticipated.

The old Newberrys building in Owego. Three floors of merchandise. Can spend all day in this place. Great finds and buys. Go every chance I get

Being in the old JJ Newberry department store it brought back some memories and nostalgia there were quite a few boost all organized I purchased a few things that I was looking for. One female assistant was dressed from the fifties from the hair down to the skirt. She very personable as if I stepped back in time. I give her credit for keeping the 50s alive as they were simpler times. I plan on coming back as I found a few other things that I plan on purchasing. It's a must visit

We stop here whenever we're in town. It's a treasure trove of vintage items, and I always find something amazing and unexpected.

So, it looked interesting. We walked in looking to replace a broken dish from my mother. We scoured the place and actually found the dish in the last section. Lots to see, a lot of ingesting antiques etc.

My partner and I stumbled in here randomly while exploring the area and we were so blown away we had to come back again the next day! Two packed floors of amazing and interesting items! 10/10

Always enjoy a visit here. A variety of vendors (so many!) provide plenty to peruse. Whatever you collect, you'll most likely find it here. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Prices are in line with other places. Overall, it's a great time wandering and shopping here!

We stopped by on our way out of town and let us just say this - sooooo much to see, so little time. You need a day to slowly walk through and see all the wares from the 100 vendors they have here. Two floors worth of some good stuff and others that are more specific. Check them out and see for yourself, just make sure you have time and a big enough car in case you decide to get something haha.

My girlfriend and I's favorite local antique shop. We can and have spent all day exploring the double floors for treasures ranging from everything including the kitchen sink. The folks who run it are also always so nice, and helpful for unlocking and finding the goodies within. We've been coming here for over a year now, and no two times have been the same. Included are photos of a microscope slide collection from tge 1950's I snagged there.

Huge antique store with a variety of all kinds of items from tea pots to books to vintage tools, glassware, clothes and jewelry. Plan to spend minimum of an hour there, more if you want to see upstairs. In the back right corner there are a lot of clothes. Grab the key from the front counter if you need a restroom break. Some items are a bit pricy compared to other similar stores.

Make sure you have time to look! One of the best antique shops I've come across. I have been looking for a jewelry box for easily over a year and pondered on buying new but really wanted the classic standing jewelry box. Right as we were coming down the stairs to leave since the store was closing, there it was!! I wish I had more time since I definitely would've bought more!!

Such a cool experience, so much to offer. You could easily spend hours here looking through every display case, booth, and shelf. So many one of a kind finds. Definitely best aside some time if you’re going to come here and you want to get through everything! They also have information on other local businesses to check out. Staff was friendly. Happy to see they take card and Apple Pay.

Always a good time! So many treasures to find. I have a deep love for Newberry's store, so being in the building with the iconic floor tiles, staircase and leftover details tugs at my heartstrings!

We visited Early Owego today and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the shop has a large selection of merchandise, and the pricing is fair. The variety was particularly enjoyable, thanks to the fact that the shop features booths with different vendors, offering a nice diversity of items to explore. However, the visit was marred by some uncomfortable moments, particularly with the store staff. We felt uneasy being constantly followed around, which detracted from the enjoyable atmosphere we were hoping for. The most disappointing part of the experience was when my 7-year-old daughter attempted to reach for a Barbie doll that had been placed on the counter by an employee. The staff member quickly snatched it away, saying harshly, "I have to take it to the register!" There was no need for such a strong reaction, especially given that we were all planning to walk to the register together. The doll was only $7.50, and the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a result of the overly aggressive customer service from the store’s personnel, we won’t be returning. Despite the long 2.5-hour drive to get there, we cannot recommend Early Owego to others. There’s certainly potential with the shop’s wide range of items, but the customer service experience needs significant improvement.

Very nice, although I was sad I had to rush through 1 floor. They closed at 5pm . Apparently not longer hours on weekends for holiday shopping ? I did find a vintage quilt and some museum quality Christmas cards. Never made it to their upstairs. ?

Largest antique store around the area. Great place to get some good stuff for you or your loved ones.

A short family outing to Owego and we stopped by to check out some antiques! This is a great place, located inside of an old department store. I've gotta only go three stars because as beautiful as all of the vintage items are inside, they're priced VERY high. Also, each section is owned and arranged by a different person. That person is not there ?♂️. All in all, a lovely store, but more of a museum than an antique store.

Nice place to plunder through and find treasures. We spent about an hour here and found several items we could not live without. There is not a lot of parking. There are a few slanted pull in spots on the street but they only accommodate a vehicle about 20 ft long.

I love this store! I live in Florida, but have been traveling here for years! I always find something I love!

They have an incredible variety of items offered here. I can spend hours meandering the student vendors' booths and admiring the many vintage treasures. The staff is very friendly. However, the prices are much higher than I see elsewhere. I once inquired about opening a booth there myself, and I then knew why the vendors have to overcharge. It is expensive to sell your merchandise there. I do buy items here, but only special ones or ones that are priced fairly. It is worth it to me to just enjoy the atmosphere and step back in time. It is definitely worth a look. You never know what you might find!

If you enjoy shopping for collectables and antiques, this is the place to visit when in Owego. Stepping back in time into this old JJ Newberry store there are two huge floors of items to look at. Clean restroom available and helpful staff. Reasonable priced items.

This place is great. Little bit of everything. Prices depend on vender. Most prices fair. Only thing I have to say is that I felt like I could not make an offer. Lot of glassware. Its in an old department store. Pretty cool. I will be back.
