Stopped in to get a replacement headlight bulb for my car and the manger went above and beyond and helped me change it as well. Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful when I stop in!
Might better go online and get stuff for half the price with a better warranty, and you dont need to deal with the disrespectful rude staff that doesn't know what a socket wrench is

Maddy was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind and she took the time to walk me through my options and even helped me find the most affordable solution without sacrificing quality. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and I really appreciated the extra effort.
Had such a great experience at this AutoZone! Our 1987 VW Vanagon broke down and we were stranded. We felt helpless and Luke from AutoZone went above and beyond to help get us the parts we needed as well as making sure we felt comfortable with our plan. He stayed two hours after his shift to help work on our vehicle out of the kindness of his heart and maybe a little bit of car curiosity, and made sure we only paid for the tools and parts we actually needed. We’ve never had such a warm and caring experience! Brian also helped research the parts and helped find a solution to our problem and got us back on the road!!

Excellent, excellent service provided by Meaghan R. She definitely is a customer service superhero! She helped test my battery, starter, and alternator when I couldn’t figure out what the heck was going on and I got sick of being bounced around between AAA and the place that installed my battery and gave me recommendations to get the sap off of my car.
Needed a battery in a pinch in 15 deg weather at night and Jason at the Owego NY store exchanged the battery in my car quickly and efficiently. Jason is a friendly helpful associate. I recommend him and the Owego NY AutoZone.
I am not surprised to see the other great reviews calling out David - he is truly a good Samaritan! He came out in the cold and the dark tonight to help my boyfriend and I get back on the road and home. What began as an extremely frustrating situation turned into an opportunity for us to be grateful for the kindness of strangers - specifically David.
Used the loan a tool program. Experience was great. Rented a power steering pump pulley remover and installer. Tool was in great shape and received a full refund when I returned the tool.
Called em on Friday to make shure my parts would be available to carry out. they said the parts where in stock. Went down to pick em up they weren't in stock had to order em ok wasted trip 1. Called today to see if the 2 parts I needed where in they verified by phone both where in. Drove down 1 part was in and they had no idea about the second part after verification by phone they were both there. The incompetents is amazing. Guess I'm going to Napa from now on .
I returned to my car parked one street over and found that the battery had died (I likely left the lights on!). I walked over to AutoZone and David willingly walked to my car with me and helped me jumpstart it. Once it had started he advised that I drive around for a bit and then come back to the store when I wanted to turn it off and test that it would start again. Once back to the store he promptly came out to check and make sure I didn't need any further assistance. He also assisted in fixing my key fob which has not been working. Beyond superior kindness and service, thank you David!
had a typical scenario where I was given the wrong parts which caused a situation. however I went back down and spoke with a different employee Gordy and he was very knowledgeable and willing to help fix the situation. so a big shout out to Gordy and thank you. things happen but they are willing to help .
Victoria and Sarah were great. Excellent attitudes and extremely helpful. So glad they have nice and knowledgeable women working there. It’s great to see.
Victoria is a nasty B with zero customer service skills. Dismissive and rude. On the other hand the other 2gentleman were courteous and went above and beyond to solve an issue we had with some parts.
There was a lovely gentleman who was working 4/8 who was so so helpful! I think his name started with a G? I wish I remembered! Anyway he was very kind and helpful. He gave me a few tips which I am so thankful for! Thank you Autozone and this amazing employee! He went above and beyond.
Sarah is by far one of the most dedicated parts people I have ever delt with. After calling 6 different parts stores and having no luck finding what I needed she found it within 2 hours. She went out of her way to call me back and let me know the good news. She also went out of her way to make sure that she got the part to her store in a timely manor. Thanks again Sarah! Your Awesome! Without you I would be stranded in this nasty snow storm.
Our battery died on our way home. We got our van jump started and went right to Auto Zone. The gentleman told us what battery we needed and he replaced ours in minutes. Very kind and helpful. We appreciated his knowledge and help
There were 2-3 sales associates standing around doing nothing, I attempted to make eye contact in the effort of being helped, and they seemed oblivious that there was a customer that might need their help.
Finally got someone else's attention. Got useless advice from the worker, also he insisted the part I wanted was $200, when I researched it at home and what I was going for was a $77 part...the guy would not continue to look on the computer...I went to another Auto Zone and promptly got the part I had in mind.
Had an issue with my battery/alternator that was giving me unpredictable starting problems. I brought my truck to them unannounced for the free test and they got right on it. They did a couple of different tests, charged my battery, jumped it, all while allowing me to wait inside on a cold day. Everyone was extremely nice, from the manager to the girl behind the counter. Mark was tremendous as he diagnosed my problem and installed my new battery. I was saved time, money, and hassle because of him!
I brought my old battery in to begin with the person behind the counter was friendly but not very knowledgeable to say the least. I told the individual the make and model but the person still got it wrong and gave me the wrong battery so i had to make a return trip to get the correct one.
Always great customer service and they make sure I get exactly what I need. The one time I got the wrong thing (my mistake) they returned it for me immediately!! Would highly recommend the knowledgeable and friendly staff!
I needed my headlight changed, the gentleman who helped me was awesome. I think his name was Mark. It was very cold day and he told me stay inside the store while he fixed everything for me! I really appreciate all his help. And the manager Joe is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I love the Owego Auto Zone!
I needed a low beam headlight replaced. The young man who sold me the bulb came out and changed the bulb for me. Nice people working there. Very polite and helpful.
Mark, Christopher, and roger are the off your best employees. They are the most helpful, friendly, and go way out of their way, above and beyond to help people. Christopher helped my grandson and I fix our rotor do we could get home in the pouring rain....
