I would give them no stars if I could. Basically, the best way to describe this "business" is, they're used car salesmen, they'll sell you a lemon and tell you it's gold. I purchased a car from them, and for the first 3 months following, the car was with their mechanic for 9 weeks. It seriously died 3 days after purchase. When I told them they needed to fix it, one of the owners tried to pick a fight with me and my 76 year old father... so unprofessional

I went to alot of dealership but not like this jtl has the best selection of cars and suv hand down!!!! I live in Mt Vernon and I never seen a car dealership like this and the prices for these cars and trucks are incredible 👌 the people there are very nice I had a lot of fun been there. I am a young women who went in to buy a car from them. they are the best around from all the other dealer ships. I am very satisfied with their customer service. I was honest about what i was looking for and how much i had. They were very respectful, honest, and willing to work with me. What a great family business bought several cars from them. Service is impeccable. They give lifetime inspections free call with a fresh oil change. The next one’s complementary free Car Wash place is great. The owner John Jones Jones is excellent. Bought my daughter a car. My sister bought a car from there we’ve gotten like six cars.

This dealership is great. I had bad credit and they were able to get me into something that fit my budget. They were so easy to work with. They are all so kind and caring. Best dealership I ever been too. Definitely will be going back to get my next car.

My husband and I purchased a 2015 Chrysler Town & Country in March of this year. We spent months searching for a used mini van that was in our price range (under 20k) and had less than 100k miles on it. (This one had about 85k miles). I couldn't be more grateful that we finally found JTL and this "new to us" van for our growing family! We had a minor issue a few days after we bought the van, but when I called they were able to service it the next day! It's been nearly 4.5 months since we brought the van home. I drive it almost daily and we've had no further issues. We will definitely be back in the future!

Literally just came back from picking up my new used car and I’m really impressed with how friendly and fast the process was! No hassles even when there was an issue with the car. We searched multiple dealerships and the internet for a reliable used car for our son and could not find anything that we were happy with, but it was until we visited JTL and they found exactly what we were looking for. A used car with low miles, clean title and in great condition. The process of purchasing the vehicle went smooth, and the sales department was very professional as well as friendly. And most importantly I have to thank Rob in the servicing department for being so helpful, informal and wonderful with us. He never fail to give us a quick appointment and address any concerns we might have. He is always efficient and stays in communication with us throughout the whole process. I am very pleased and thankful to JTL for giving us a great experience as this was my son's first car. We highly recommend JTL for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!

Great, friendly staff! They gave my kids coloring books, lollipops and stuffed animals. No hidden fees. I went all over the island, wasting my time until I went to jtl. 5 mins away from my house! I Got my dream car from jtl.

I know at least 10 people that have bought cars from JTL and this is my 3rd car buying from them. AJ (Sales) and Erik (Manager) along with John (Finance) were amazing. I needed a car quick and had some financial issues. They worked with me and I was able to get a great vehicle at a price I never thought I could get. The Car is amazingly clean and runs like a dream. I also was impressed with the financing that they secured for me. If you need a car or truck save yourself some time and go here first. If your looking now stop in and see what these guys can do for you.

A little over a year ago I was in an accident. Which what dose that mean I needed a new car .. well I went to about 6 other places before coming to JTL. I started looking and was greed right away by a very nice older gentleman. He asked what I was looking for and my price range and since I have 3 kids I needed a bigger car and was looking for a SUV. The gentleman showed me 2 cars and than went to the 3rd car a 2013 Pathfinder which was beautiful. I knew the moment I sat in it that I wanted it and had to have it. They were very nice and easy to work with, they were also very accommodating with me having to bring my 1.5 year old with me. They treated us like we were family. And made it the cheapest payment plan they could get! I was there for 3 hours and before you knew it I was on my way with my new/used car. I couldnt be happier. I am glad that I decided to buy my car from them and meet such a wonderful group of people. They are always there when you call and need them. Thank you JTL for an amazing car and being so helpful in such a crazy time!

I had a great experience while recently purchasing a used 2014 Volvo XC90 from JTL. All Staff is genuine, knowledgeable and fair from front-of-house to the paperwork. Rick, who drove me to Mavis Discount Tires up the road to show me the car (they were putting four brand new tires on it) let me test drive the car till I was comfortable. John (the grandson of the original owner (60-year-business!)) helped explain financing and all of the paperwork. Their inventory is strongly vetted, serviced and maintained. If you have good credit, their interest rates are unbeatable. Solid team selling solid cars. Highly recommend.

My wife and I just purchased a 2015 Ram from JTL. Our past experiences with dealerships have been harsh and very cumbersome. So, to be honest we went in with a slight sense of skepticism. We were wrong! From the very first contact via phone with Carmine it was pleasant and easy going. On Sunday we went in met with Carmine and went on the test drive. The truck was great, clean and well kept. After we went in and started the process with Carmine and Eric the manager walking us through the process. It took 2 hours only (Awesome)! I say that cause if you have ever been to any other dealer its an all day process. At JTL it was painless. Came back on Monday met with John ( Owner/ Operator) and we signed the final paperwork which was simple and straight forward. Done!!! We got our truck . I just gave you step by step at this incredible car buying experience. The team is made up of professional, friendly , warm members and honestly it felt like you were dealing with family. Do yourself a favor, if you are in the market for a car go to JTL and ask for Carmine, you won’t be disappointed. Plus if you are a fisherman , Eric the manager has some good stories.

This has been by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mike and Eric were helpful and patient and understanding. Numerous phone calls from me and they remained kind and patient. Upon the sale of our new family it was quick and easy. No 6 hours in the dealership. This is a family place. We had to bring our 3 year old who is developmentally delayed. They showed her kindness and patience. They don’t push or pressure you. They’re honest. They’ll work with you to get you a great deal on the car you want! I highly recommend them. Just bought an SUV here last week, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jeff, Eric, and Carmine were all very helpful during the car selection/buying process. When I came to pick up the SUV they had done a fantastic job detailing it - it looked like a brand new car! Runs great and my mechanic says I got a great deal. I definitely plan on using JTL for maintenance/repairs in the future, and when it comes time to buy another car they'll be my first choice. Thanks again guys!
