The staff here is so helpful and goes above and beyond. Nan and the Sunday staff were so patient and went above and beyond in helping me with jumper cables. Happy to have this location in my own backyard.

I never knew changing my own blinker fluid was so easy until the guys at Autozone showed me how. They saved me a lot of headache and money.
Went to the store last night at 8:59 when the clerk saw me, he ran to the door and locked the door. He refused to open the door- The manager sat there, counting money and told his employee do not open the door! I don’t know who runs the operation, but never again-
Needed help with replacing wiper blade. Store manager came right out and knew exactly how to install it in less than 5 minutes. Great attitude and willingness to help. Purchased other items in the past and whenever assistance was needed the manager and staff provided it quickly with knowledge and great customer service.
Kevin and Nan are wonderful. I bought the light from Nan and then Kevin put it in for me. It took five minutes. I will be back here anytime I need something.
I went into purchase windshield wipers for my car and not only did Ken show us the ones we needed but he was nice enough to put them on for us. He was a great guy! Definitely will be back!
Someone there called my 80 year old father a scammer, because a part he bought ekpt making the car missfire, as per our mechinic, it happened multiple times, the guy at the desk, a young, tall guy, accused my dad of being a scammer, not thinking that hes paying labor everytime to put this faulty part in. Nice job Autozone!.. Not going there anymore!!!, I'll spread the word, "There's a tall young guy at Autozone in Selden who needs a lesson in customer service and basic human decency". The manager made good for it, thank you, but we'll shop elsewhere moving forward.

I had a bad experience with a older gray hair lady ( late 70s) She was very rude when trying to drop off used oil that i bought from autozone. I walked into the back where container is and she yelled at me for not asking for help when i do actually do when i get to the back area. She had a nasty, burnt out attitude and this is same lady that sold me a wrong part weeks prior. Store needs a overhaul! Was better in 2023 thanks-
They are a well stocked service. The staff is usually helpful. My personal gripe is that they are way too expensive. You can find great parts online for a fraction of the cost if you can wait for them to be delivered. It would be great if Autozone could offer their merchandise cheaper.
I came in to purchase brake light bulbs for my car today and needed them installed but the light assembly had to be completely removed to replace the bad bulbs. Roberto went above and beyond to replace my bulbs. He was super nice and professional and I will definitely be coming back to this location! Keep up the good work
Well, I didn't know the situation i was in . And it seems the website got confused. I go into the store and ask for a part for a particular vehicle . I gave the year make and model, yet the wrong part is displayed . Frustration sets in and the attendant was cool I decided to just take the part I knew I needed. Point here is some cars built at the end of a production year get an upgrade to the next model year. So my 2006, is actually a 2007.
If I could give “0” stars, I would. I called the store on 11/01/24 around 7:47pm to get a price, and the person on the phone was extremely rude. When I pointed out how unpleasant he was being, he hung up on me. I called back to speak with a manager, but he claimed to be the only one in the store and hung up on me again.
I then went to the store in person to ask about the price and to address his attitude, but he continued to be nasty. I plan to call corporate and file an official complaint, and I’ll speak with the store manager tomorrow as well. He said his name was Jorge, a big, tall guy. This person should not be working there. He’s damaging the store’s reputation, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has complained about his behavior.
Great experience. I wasn’t able to find the right product at other locations but here in Selden Autozone. The guy finds me right product and installed on my car. Truly appreciate his service. He saved me hassle of dealership.
I'm very pleased with the location proximity. Auto parts are usually in stock. Everything else can be ordered to be picked up in a few days. Quality parts!
I purchased a head light bulb at 5:30pm on Xmas Eve…. I kindly asked the manager if someone can help me change the headlight bulb on my car …. He said “ no man, come back Tuesday” (two days later) note, there was another worker in the store and no was there but me. Moreover, he was rude about it! I guess he was annoyed that it was Xmas eve and he was eager to close at 6pm ….meanwhile the website said it closed 7pm … I know this because I was still working on changing the bulb… and saw him lock the door…I’ll never come back to this Selden location!
I came in today not exactly sure what I was looking for, but the associates were very prompt and helpful in helping me get what I needed. Brad helped me put my new wiper blades in, whole process was very quick.
I needed a oil filter for a garden tractor and they had three different brands in stock. It's nice to know you can still get stuff and not have to support the Amazon Monopoly.
As a society, if we're not careful Amazon will be the only place left on the planet to buy things from.
Just left about two hours ago, called about a Battery however turned out to be something else and AutoZone helped me by inspecting my car and checking the root of the issue. Amazed by the fast and great customer service. Was assisted by a young guy that was thorough and explained what we needed immediately. Thank you!
Went into the store to get some parts for my truck and the manager Brad was super helpful and kind! Its never easy going into a auto parts store as a female and being treated like a person, brad not only treated me like any other customer but made sure i had all the right parts before leaving! Thank you again Brad you are a awesome person and manager!
Came in before work on a time crunch to get new windshield wipers & Brad helped me right away & quickly! Showed me that there were a few different brands to pick from & then he put the wipers on my truck for me which was a huge help! Always amazing service from this location but Brad is always on point & the best!
5/5 stars, I work at Stony Brook Hospital and in the morning my car would not start so I messed around with the battery and got it to start, One of the nice me behind the counter, unfortunately forgot his name , offered to do a battery test aswell as some other tests. Turns out everything was fine and it could’ve just been a bad connection to the battery. I tried to tip him but he declined, said that only took 5 seconds and that a good review is worth more to him than a tip. I would suggest going here. They are friendly and willing to help.
Everyone here was really helpful. They all worked together to make sure I got what I needed before the big snowstorm. They even put on my new windshield wipers for me. They didn’t have pet safe sidewalk salt but I appreciate their honesty and they told me where to find some a few stores down. Thanks for being cool autozone I’ll be back
Excellent store very helpful.to the customers willingly to go the extra mile. Needed new wipers and asked could they be installed. The worker said yes looked at the car and no problem. He got the CORRECT wipers that fit my car better than the ones I bought at pepboys and installed them. I am very happy with the service and will recommend this store always. Thanks AutoZone!!
Love this location. Friendly employees and a well kept store. No hesitation to help with whatever you need. The one worker Brad helped me put my wipers on after checking the charges of my battery and alternator. I've never had a bad experience there and any time I go I specifically ask for Brad now. Hes someone who genuinely cares that you get exactly what you need.
