These guys are good.

Dropped off a general surface cleaner to be fixed over 2 months ago. The place is sketchy. The machine is still not ready and they keep giving excuses and telling us they will fix it and call us next week. I spoke with them again today. Very rude on the phone. The person on the phone told me it was because the guy was not in last week. I asked about the previous 2 months and the response was. Things just came up and then something else came up. I demanded they fix the machine as we were told they would. The pesons response. OK, All right we will fix it and then hung up on me. Sadly, they are the only place around we can drop off the Simpson tools under warranty to be fixed. If it wasn't for this reason I would never use them again.

I took my generator bcoz westenhouse recommend. They cleening up New generator they broke wheels. All so they claim gas in generator was old . It was put two days back

Too early to know was told to not call till after 3 weeks of the drop off date .But I will update of the outcome.

Went in with my electric golf push cart that wasn’t working and the owner didn’t blink an eye.. He looked at it and somehow figure out the problem and fixed it while I waited. Not only that, it was so refreshing that he did it with a smile on his face. I will definitely refer them and take my business for all my power tools.. Thank you again

Fixed my power tool with no headaches or hassle. Very nice and friendly.

After the Isaiah storm, we were without power for 6 days during which time we ran our generator 10-12 hours a day, which subsequently stopped producing power. I brought it in and after looking at it they advised us that it was not worth repairing based upon the repair cost and age of the unit(10 years). They were very honest and did not even charge us for looking at the unit.

The worst service in the world, thank God I was smart To leave the salesperson very rude just to get me out of tbere, shoved my lawnmower to the maintenance crew to be fixed, very very poor service, they shouldn't be in business at all.

I recently took my Simpson power wash there, staff is really rude and they have no clue about how to fix the machine , and I was wondering on the 13 reviews why they have one and a half stars with my experience they don't even deserve one star

Absolute total terrible experience!! My power washer broke and I went here to fix it. A week later my power washer broke again and the same part was broken so I took it back because they said I have a 30 day guarantee. They did fix it however blamed me for messing with the pump which never happened. Owner has the nerve to say I just cost them money and it's my fault that it broke not theirs! The imbecile owner also told me to never come back again with this machine.Owner looks and acts like a complete loser! I will never come back here terrible customer service, terrible owner and a terrible mechanic working on equipment stay away from this place..

If there was a zero I would have given that. Never even made it to the shop just hearing the people on the phone to try to talk to was a sign enough for me. For a simple question they said that they should be paid for it. Stay away

Very poor service.

I had a 3/4 rigid die that had chipped threads on it rigid sent me to this place to have warranty work done dropped off the die these people kept this minor part for almost 2 months! Every few weeks I would call and ask what was the deal with it and the guy would say "I haven't gotten the part yet let me call rigid and I'll get back to you" he never once returned my phone call in about 4 or 5 phone calls. WORST customer service I have ever seen!!!So finally after close to two months I gave up and picked up the die I could have just fixed it myself for less than 50 bucks worth of parts. What a waste BEWARE if these people can't even manage to repair a measly die DO NOT drop a tool off to be repaired you'll prob never see it again. And you'll get the run around for months. Tools go to this place to die!!

Well had my 80 gallon compressor break threw homedepot had a warrenty they sent me here after a million phone calls later they finally send someone to my house to repair my 80 gallon compressor mean while i had to borrow my dads compressor which is a craftsman which works perfectly so they get to my house i was at wrk the guys barely spoke english they dont take the one thts broken they took the crasftman one instead and said to my neighbor tested the crafstman compressor said it was no good THey took wrong compressor!!! Now iam here with nothing cant get in touch with owner nothing stay away

Do you have a tool broken? Have you been trying to fix it and you just can't? Well then, this is the place for you. The staff is extremely helpful. I drove 45 mins to get two different tools fixed and they took time out to take a look at it and see if it something they can repair. Although, one tool was beyond repair and the other one we decided to give it one more try, the owner did not charge us for taking it apart and giving us his opinion on whether to fix it or not. This is rare. Give this place a shot if you have tool repair needs.

Went to drop a tile saw off to have fixed in between jobs. I was quoted for a week and a half to have a screw that was broken off repaired and fixed... Seemed like a long time but it was managable. Called 2 weeks later, they said we need a couple days, waiting on parts. Now we are at 5 weeks with no saw. Called with concerns that I haven't heard back from them to then be told, "we can't find that saw here, let us call you back when we find paperwork on it." Almost a month and half later... nothings changed. Going there this morning to ask what the he'll is going on. 2 MONTHS LATER!!! I get call that my saw is done, within days i pick it up... The saw was ruined! the power switch was hanging out of machine arm all they did was put two new knobs on, that an autistic monkey could of done. The best part even after their "repair" the saw doesn't even cut in line with the tray.... they DESTROYED my saw. NEVER bring your tools here When you walk into the place it looks like tools go there to die. worst service, even worse personal

I sent my business partner in to buy a hose for a power washer. It didn't seem to work right and after 3 uses there was a hole in it. I brought it back and the person who sold it to me was there and appeared to be the owner of the store. He told me to hold on and went to the back and had another guy come out and inspect the hose. This guy, who seemed like just a worker, told me they can't take it back because it is external damage and not internal damage. I told him I barely used it and it was defective. He still would not give me a refund and I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Pretty sure I was scammed.

Prima donna's by the 2nd definition: that is type service you can expect. They have an attitude of "don't call us! Will call you! Once they intake your small engine tool, lawnmower etc. "Ask around! it's part of their business tradition" They will politely tell you with a sharks grin they are the only business in town that do what they do - Not true! keep searching there are other reputable professional in the area with customer service and give you value service for your hard earn dollars
