Upon arrival at their shop they quickly in-processed, evaluated and diagnosed the issues with my vehicle. Within a very short period of time they contacted me to let me know what the underlying issues were, recommended solutions and provided an estimate for the work, as well as a timeline for completion. They were extremely communicative throughout the repair process, and they were true to the repair estimates that they provided at the outset. A couple of days after the repair they even contacted me to make sure that everything went well with the repairs. My vehicle now drives and sounds better than it has in years! The difference is night and day - smooth, quiet, and responsive. The team clearly knows what they're doing, and their attention to detail really shows in the results. Very intricate repair to my 2019 Mercedes GLE sunroof that would not close, great communication job completed perfectly. Excellent attention to details by Andrew and his entire staff. Will definitely be using Coventry for all my future car repairs.

Time and time again these guys always go above and beyond. Recently stopped in to get an alignment on my jeep wrangler JL. Recently put a 4.5” lift kit on and definitely needed an alignment. Not only did they get me in right away bright and early. But I was able to pick it up later that day. My mechanic Andrew was very informative, honest and explained the whole process tip to tail. I was even impressed when two days later he checked in to make sure everything was running properly. I will be continuing to go back there and always recommending them for your Car needs.

These folks did a pre purchase check on a vintage Mercedes for me. I was looking at a long distance purchase and I couldn’t inspect it personally. I first found Coventry Motors when looking for a mechanic to service a used 2015 Porsche Macan in need of some major repairs. After several failed trips to the dealership it was time to look elsewhere and I could not have chosen a better place. Not only is the car running better than when it was purchased but Andrew and the team made it a smooth and stress free process. I now take our other car there as well and know that it is in the best of hands. They always keeps you informed throughout the process and are an honest and trustworthy business.

I have a Volkswagen Jetta manual transmission which it was displaying "clutch" error. After I brought my vehicle to a mechanic who after a few tests identified as a computer issue, but could not resolve it. Conventry Motors was highly recommended so I brought my car to Andrew who not only with confidence mentioned that even the previous computer reading suggested the computer as the issue, other minor factors such as loose cable or a sensor could be the problem. Andrew suggested if I was not in a good financial situation a used computer was an option. He assured me he had the certified OBD scanners for European vehicle brands . The next day I visited the shop and Andrew found the issue, which it was a relay, but also after inspecting my car he had found other significant issues. Later I spoke with Chris who suggested to replace my battery and my air filter since it was needed, but he then offered to provide me with a list of the other necessary repairs including the price , so I could , one by one and based on my financial situation addressed them. I appreciated that Andrew and Chris did not try to persuade me into getting all the repairs done at once. My car was even cleaned when I picked it up. The following day, I received a courtesy call from Andrew asking if everything was okay with my car. After this positive experience, I will definitely return to Conventry Motors.

Phenomenal service! Been having a lot of issues with my Jaguar F-Type over the last year and Andrew and the team have been able to rectify all of my issues with top notch service AND great customer care. First time using Coventry. Was very impressed with the whole experience. Very professional business. Confident my issues were taken care of and I would definitely use Andrew and the team again.

Andrew is very thorough and detail oriented. He has a lot of experience with a range of cars spanning from hot rods to modern. My collision shop originally recommended him to install a leveling kit on my pickup.

If I could give this place zero stars or negative stars I would! The guy Andrew is the head mechanic! His prices are through the roof but here's the kicker...He charges tax when he feels like it! My sister took her car there and spent almost $3000 I took my car there and spent nearly $6600 and my father took my car there and spent $4800. For my sister and myself he charged no tax for cash! And for my father he refused and get this he's a 90 year old man! The man is only concerned about sticking as much cash in his pocket as he possibly can! He's over priced and picks and chooses who to charge tax to and who not to! A terrible mechanic shop who the IRS should investigate as he pays taxes when he wants to and doesn't when he doesn't want to. Further he adds things to the bill when you show up that he never told you needed to be done. Was having a problem with my coolant system and never told me he was changing the tank and when I showed up added in the price of the tank saying oh yeah we had to change the tank but meanwhile that was because he chise not to charge tax the on my bill cause I payed cash so he found a way to pocket the tax money by charging me for a radiator tank so he could keep that money too! My sister needed work again only a few weeks ago and he quoted her $8500 for repairs that she got done elsewhere for $1600! Stay far away from this sheister named Andrew and Coventry Motors! He charges tax when he feels like it and when he chooses not to he screws you by saying more had to be done to your car then need be and never tells you about it! And then has the audacity to quote $8500 for repairs done for $1600. He's a sheister & a greedy mechanic! I'll be reporting his practices to to the Better Business Bureau and to the IRS!

Coventry Motors is a great place to take your vehicle for servicing. I’ve brought both of my cars there several times. Everyone is kind and courteous. Andrew is especially great to work with as he has always kept me informed about things throughout the process. My husband and I have taken our vehicles to Coventry Motors for years, and their level of professionalism, excellent customer service and outstanding vehicle service continues to stand strong! I took my Challenger in for its 30,000 mile maintenance, new tires installation and to have the air conditioner checked. The service advisor, Andrew, was very polite and professional, and walked me through everything they were going to do. Bill, the mechanic who serviced my car, did a thorough, and very neat and clean job, taking very good care of my car, as always, and had the work completed the time it was promised. For the courtesy received and quality maintenance, Coventry Motors is, and always will be, a trusted and reliable auto repair shop. I highly recommend them to everyone!

While visiting my sister on Long Island (I live in New Hampshire), my car's alternator failed. Being 260 miles from home, I obviously couldn't have my car repaired at my regular auto repair shop. But I was fortunate that my sister could recommend and connect me with her repair shop. Andrew at Coventry Motors took great care in making certain that whatever was wrong with the car was properly diagnosed and repaired. When the car was ready, Peter was kind enough to pick me up at my sister's place and drive me to Coventry to get my car. And as if all of that had not been enough, Andrew followed up with a phone call to me to make sure that I got home ok; which I did, and the car, a 2002 Saturn SC2, is running better than ever! I am eternally grateful to Coventry Motors for rescuing me (and my car). But most importantly, I am glad that my sister has a place to help keep her car healthy that does such excellent work and with good people whom she can trust. Thank you Coventry Motors!

Andrew and his team are the best! I went to Coventry based on a referral from a customer of mine. I was VERY impressed with everything this business has to offer. Friendly and accommodating staff, clean shop, VERY strong communication via text and phone calls, very thorough write ups of the scope of work at drop off and upon receipt at pick up. Andrew also went out of his way on multiple occasions to bring certain issues to attention that I didn’t bring up. Overall if you have an American, European vehicle that needs attention I HIGHLY recommend Andrew with Coventry motors!

Was trying to locate a repair/maintenance shop for my Autos including Volvo & Subaru. The dealer pricing was getting ludicrous and I had a bad quality of service experience with another shop. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism, and quality of work at Coventry. Most importantly they demonstrated a passion for their work and answered every question I had in detail. I have no problem recommending them and I will be taking all my vehicles there moving forward.

Prompt and thorough service. Flexible scheduling. Highly recommend. I’ve been here a few time now for several emergency engine light issues and for scheduled oil changes. Andrew and the team are attentive and accommodating. The car is always better when I get it back than when I gave it to them. They even washed off the salty brine that was stuck to the car from winter roads. Pricing is very transparent and I always feel like the team is doing their best and at a reasonable price. Had a great experience at Coventry Motors. I had a differential malfunction and found them online. Made an appointment request in the evening via their website, and got an email they very next morning to set up an appointment. Brought the car in and they were able to troubleshoot the issue quickly and order the needed parts.
