Brought a car years ago that had been Hit on the side. When they gave it back I couldn’t tell it had been damaged. So, when I NEEDED A BIGGER repair, back I went. when they were done I was amazed. They work was out standing. More so, the customer service was not just congenial but THEY CARE!!! They truly care. Would recommend A Plus to anyone needing work done. Well satisfied with the results

My bumper lining was being ripped off due to the snow and ice. They were able to help screw and secure it back on the staff was very nice and Paul was able to help with the lining.. happy Customer.

As a young female who is a first time car owner, I am glad I gave this shop a chance because it is very hard finding good mechanics and body repair shops. For any body services, you would expect what you paid for. However, the owner Paul went above and beyond with small paint chip on my 2021 Honda Civic hood. Not only he freshly re-painted the entire hood, he took care of any chips and damages around entire body of the car. In addition to the paint work, he cleaned under the hood around the engine bay including the body detail after. I would highly recommend for any body work. Paul and his team will not disappoint you, I guarantee it!

The paint job came out perfect, matching the color beautifully, and the timing was excellent — they finished everything right on schedule. Paul repaired my 2022 KIA Telluride and returned it to me like it was brand new. Ever since then, I have sent everyone to him. He does all my mother's 2016 KIA Sorento repairs, towed it for free and that car drives like new. You get your car back exactly when he says he would be able to complete the work required. I love that. Any question about my vehicle, Paul is the guy I call. He treats me like I am priority and he is patient and has a great memory. I hope A Plus Auto Collision & Towing only gets better from here and don't depreciate in "Awesome Customer" service.

Paul and Rene are as good as it gets. I've had my car fixed twice here and my Mom and Sister in Law has used them as well. The job is always perfect and the pricing is more than fair. I rarely review but these guys are truly 5 star and deserve the praise.

A Plus Auto does a fantastic job. Paul was super transparent with the process, costs, and timing. Not only was his work a reasonable price, it was outstanding quality too. He matched the paint, body lines, and blended the dent to the point where it's impossible to tell it was ever hit in the first place. 5/5 definitely recommend.

I stopped in a few weeks ago & got a quote from Paul to fix the paint on my mirrors due to the clear coat wearing off / sun damaging it. He quoted me $100 to paint it black & use a different material so it lasts a bit longer than just painting alone. I am very happy with the results & would definitely recommend coming here. A plus auto Collision and Towing is #1 in the Island , there’s no question about that. Paulie was amazing with my car. I got into an accident and the whole front was smashed up and he towed it and also fixed it for a great price and it only took him 2-3 days to fix. I highly recommend this business!!!
