Perfect hotel in a perfect location. Brian was of utmost help and provided great service throughout our stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Will definitely return in the future.

A hidden gem, indeed, a delightful summer retreat. Very friendly and helpful staff make you feel welcome and part of the family. A clean and safe environment with top-notch amenities. Free breakfast, cable, TV and Wi-Fi, very clean pool. I am already booking a return trip, we enjoyed it so much.

The room we had was filthy. First, we started with the bathroom, which had a measly little shower stall that was full of mold and broken grout and a dirty bottom in it. I couldn’t believe for the price I paid how disgusting the shower was. That wasn’t the only discrepancy in the cleanliness. It just started going on and on no dishwasher in the room that provides area to cook you had to hand wash your dishes with a dirty sponge that was left there for I don’t know how long the coffee mugs were dirty, coffee stained, and the coffee machine had an empty used coffee pod in it that was dirty too. The floor in the room was dirty as well. I found a nail on the floor next to my bed underneath the beds look like they’ve never been swept. They were dead flies in the windows, ledges the glass table top was One big gross streak . The throw carpets on the floor were obviously old and filthy. I was very disappointed at the cleanliness being that one of the best reviews said oh how clean the place was the place was not clean. Ended that killed it for me.

Was here over the weekend in the “PRESIDENTIAL SWEET” is absurd to even call it that. Just walking in the room you notice right away the hall mirror streaks and finger prints, the glass table in the living room same issue, dead bugs in all the window sills also finger prints on all the windows. The bathroom has a sloped ceiling a hit my head a few times just standing up from the toilet. Anyone taller than 5’ will have same issue. A very small BOX SHOWER for the presidential sweet full of mold, pubes and broken tile. Microwave dirty & no dish washer to sterilize what’s used. Glad I brought my own. The floors were all filthy they only use swifters to clean the floors. I saw the housekeeping car they don’t have a bucket of water and a mop sure needs it bad. I will never trust any reviews ever again this is why we even chose this because all the reviews were positive that is a lie. I have pictures and video of everything I mentioned. Definitely not a presidential sweet in anyway whatsoever only the presidential price which was an arm & a leg. Horrible total fail on cleanliness. And the “continental breakfast” is a joke. Do better!

Bayview resort is a gem! The rooms are small but clean and provide you with enough storage for your cloths , a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The water view is perfect with a lovely deck to sit on and relax. They have kayaks Canoes and bikes to use! The location it perfect to go to nearby great restaurants. Brian the manager is outstanding! He is so helpful. A continental breakfast is also included. We’ll be back

I enjoyed my stay at Bayview! Rooms were clean and spacious enough and location was very convenient to everywhere. But the best part was the attentiveness and attitude of the super friendly staff - especially Darren! Nice pool , clubhouse bbq area !

Our stay was wonderful! Rooms are updated and comfortable. We were happy to be able to bring our small dog will us. The area is fantastic! Being right on the bay made the stay even better. Salt water pool was a bonus! The town surrounding the resort has everything you need and then some. Quite a few beaches near by to check out. Brian was so helpful at check- in and throughout our stay, always making sure that we had everything we needed. He gave us a list of restaurant recommendations all within 3 miles. We tried multiple places on the list over our 3 night stay and were pleased with every one of them. We will definitely be booking again. A hidden gem it is!

I come to Bayview Resort every year and I love everything about my time there. The staff especially Darren, who is so delightful and accommodating and Brian, who is so attentive and friendly and makes sure you have everything you need all to make the visit extra special. The waterfront deck, pool, kayaks, breakfast room and of course my favorite beach pass to the ocean. I would not go anywhere else…. See you next summer!

Had a wonderful stay at Bayview Resort. The resort is located on the. bay and there are beautiful outdoor spaces. A very tranquil atmosphere. They provide beach passes and our favorite was Tiana Beach. It is close to amazing restaurants. The manager, Brian, goes above and beyond to ensure that your every need is met. He is knowledgeable, personable and never too busy to help.

What a beautiful resort. Laying in a super comfortable bed and looking out at beautiful Shinnecock Bay. Complimentary Continental breakfast you can enjoy at the clubhouse or on the deck over the bay. Quiet and peaceful. The perfect getaway!

Brian is the best all around concierge greeter trouble shooter and the best customer service person to date ! The welcome smile and the knowledge of the property was 6 star in our opinion enjoy your stay T and SG / out of towners here for HFAF ps rooms are spotless and salt water pool a bonus !

Stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. Lovely Motel with very sweet management. Was pleasantly surprised to find breakfast included, will definitely return for another trip! The motel keeper and cleaners are very helpful!

Brian, Darren the educator, love him! and the nice Latino gentleman who refreshes your room and carried my luggage when leaving the resort are all so Amazing. Brian is Handsome and most importantly, accommodating and Kind. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a Great stay! OMG, I kayaked. SO MUCH FUN WHEN STAYING HERE.

Bayview is my favorite place in the world. The staff is lovely, the location is perfect, it’s a great value for money. They were fully booked this past weekend and still found ways to make me feel special during my stay. I can’t wait to come back ASAP! Clean, friendly, and unbeatable service. Thank you Bayview team!

Each year, we are pleasantly surprised by how perfect our stay at Bayview is! The welcome is friendly, service attentive and rooms are clean. The extras include a well stocked bfast, chilly work out room with a view, pool and beach pass! We'll be back again soon! Thank you Brian!

Our room was not clean when we arrived. There was old food in the freezer and dirty floors. The sink was clogged when we got there as well. Got woken up by people at 2am and 4am every night. The worst thing about all of this was the BUGS. So many bugs all over the room. We found tics on our clothes that we never wore yet so they had to have come from the room.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in June. Look, here’s the deal. You can stay in the Hamptons and easily spend $1,500 a night on accommodations. My thing is, why would you do that if the pt of your visit is to explore, or to hit the beach, or to go out to dinner? If that’s the sort of trip you’re planning you’re not gonna spend a ton of time at your hotel. So why overpay? The price here is way - way - less than most other resorts - but don’t let that fool you. The staff were super accommodating and friendly and the room was great. Clean. Modern. Fresh. We stayed in a pet friendly unit w/a King bed, which was super comfortable. The property itself is a converted motel - meaning, now it’s had a hip makeover and it works! The location - 1 minute off the old Montauk Hwy in Hampton Bays, made it super easy to get out and about quickly to explore. We will def be back. Next time we’re hitting the pool!

What a hidden gem this place is! Came and stayed here for a wedding close by and I don't have enough good things to stay about this place. The manager the day we got here was so nice and greeted us immediately upon arrival, going over a couple things and then bringing us to our room. They were also so accommodating with our check out process and the staff was so so kind and lovely. The rooms were clean and spacious and perfect for our short weekend away. Couldn't recommend this place more!!

My son and I went to bayveiw resort at hampton bay to enjoy mothers day weekend. Great place Brian and Darren are super friendly accommodating and informative letting us know about the area best restaurants places to hang out. and most of all Darren and Brain were super fun to chat with, we loved the place the pool and the veiws the fire pit, kayaking it is very peaceful place our room was clean clean clean and a couple of brand new bicycles I wish I had time to take for a spin .I did not want to leave . Highly recommend staying at Bayview. The staff were so kind and genuinely cared. Not just because it was their job too. Room was perfect, grounds are beautiful. Would 100% stay again.

this was our first visit to Bayview resort. hidden gem, not too far out on the east end. charming old school motel. our room didn't have a water view, but steps outside of our door was an amazing view of the bay. the room was recently renovated. everything from the paint colors to the flooring and furniture were tastefully done. bathroom was brand new as well. our room had a mini kitchen (refrigerator, microwave and sink). to early in the season to enjoy the pool right next to the bay. there is also a firepit near the pool area with beautiful water views. (bring fire wood). the gentleman behind the front desk, Darren, was very friendly and informative. he gave us some great suggestions for bars and restaurants nearby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Darren at the front desk was amazing and made our stay so comfortable. He was our 411 for local things to do. Rooms had an amazing vibe. Perfect little get away. Will be back!

I stayed at the Bayview Resort last week. Fantastic experience! The staff were helpful and informative, the rooms were clean and fresh. I even caught sight of some deer roaming in the surrounding areas. Great view of the bay area with Kayaks, and the swimming pool is picturesque. The breakfast area is very pleasant to sit outside at and over look the Bay and the birds. Overall serene and extremely relaxing ambience.

Loved this place! Clean rooms, compact perhaps but had everything we needed including a little fridge and microwave. On a beautiful harbor, with a dock going out over the water. We got take-out and ate several meals out there, very relaxing. They have canoes and kayaks and beach passes for only $10 (at the beach they're $40). Nice front desk staff. And if you get that far, look up and go visit the "Big Duck)!

One of the best if not THE best spot my wife and I have stayed at. The staff are amazing and super accommodating. Jesse helped me with putting rose petals and a happy birthday message in the room for my wife’s birthday. Darren was able to get us a late checkout and amazing conversation. Pedro with his green thumb has planted beautiful flowers across the property. Overall, a peaceful and beautiful place. I would recommend it for couples, families and solo trips. We will definitely will be coming back again and again. Big thank you to the staff!

Happy Labor Day weekend!!!!! I had such a great time staying at The Bayview resort. The rooms were so clean, the bed was so comfortable, the shower water pressure & temperature was excellent. The staff at The Bayview resort was very hospitable & very accommodating. It was a excellent stay & I look forward to coming back. There was a beautiful swimming pool that faced the Shinnecock river, complimentary kayaks & bicycles as well. A very nice Labor Day weekend & stay; beautiful rooms.
