Joe and the entire team at Village Auto Body were outstanding. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They took their time to address all of my questions/concerns regarding the multiple dents and chipped paint on my car door. After dropping my car off on Friday, I was amazed that within just a couple of hours it looked good as new. Joe and the crew at Village Auto Body were great with my son’s car. Brand new Mustang and someone hit him, we brought it to Joe and the process from there was seamless. He told us the exact steps to take with the insurance company and ordered the parts right away so we didn’t have to wait for them when we brought the car in for repairs. He fixed the car quick (which required a whole new door and body work down the passenger side and rim). Car looks back to new!! There were calls and emails all along letting us know the process and any question I sent in an email was responded to right away. Joe’s shop offers the most professional experience and exceptional bodywork I’ve ever had. They’re a very honest and reliable business. Less than a week after I bought my new BMW, someone drove into my rear driver’s side panel, and it looks brand new again! I highly recommend them.

This place goes above and beyond. Joe and the rest of the team are actually so incredibly kind and attentive and helpful. I had to have some body work done after a deer ran into my and Joe coordinated everything with my insurance company. I didn’t have to make a single phone call. He worked around my schedule and was able to get it done in a fraction of the time that other places said they could do it. And THEN they detailed my car before returning it to me. I had an accident where someone ran a red light and t-boned me. Joe was extremely helpful and let me bring the car in right away for a preliminary estimate. He then took care of things with my insurance afterward to make sure they had the correct estimate on the damages, and everything worked out great thanks to him. Great company, really nice people and very friendly.

This place is a great find! I crushed my BMW’s bumper and BMW referred me to Village Auto Body. They were fantastic, they quickly assessed the damage, came up with a quote and worked with my insurance company to resolve the issues. Throughout the process they kept me informed from part delivery to final inspection by insurance company. The job they did was excellent, making my car look as though no damage had ever occurred. My daughter picked up my car for me after a snowy night and they had it all brushed off and heated for her upon her arrival. Joe M is knowledgeable, efficient and kind.
