Just had 3 wiper blades replaced and Bryan helped me. We were done in less than 3 minutes! Great product n great service. Thanks Bryan. I'll be back. It 6/17/2025 n I'm here again purchasing new wipers for my new/old 2005 Toyota Highhlander. Thank God Bryan is here! Popped front n back blades on again in 2 minutes for me. Bought replacement wiper blades. They gave me the right ones at the right price. It was a little tricky to assemble the correct bracket for my car. I went back in and asked for help. They said let he do it for you and he came outside and put the wipers on my car. Awesome helpful service. Nice to have this resource in town.
Got there at 5:54pm on a Friday after work to get an oil filter socket and place was completely locked lights off, did watch the employees leave out the back.
An auto parts as you would expect it. Courteous and helpful staff and typically has what I'm looking for in stock. They maintain a decent inventory of automotive, recreational and generator batteries, which I have purchased many of over the last few years.
Limited inventory, online orders not handled well, incorrect stock listed, they do NOT rent tools here, they do NOT collect old automotive fluids (oil nor coolant). You are greeted with a drip of condensation from the air conditioner on your head at the entrance. Too bad because it's the closest to my house. Next best AAP is in Riverhead, but that's not so good either. At one time this may have been an old school independent auto parts store, but those days are long gone. One employee was helpful, but the others are not "with it"
Placed an online took over an hour to recieve an email it's ready had to cancel an item because it said wasnt in stock like it said online and then went to get it at 4:30pm and they were closed no sign on the door or anything they spoke to me on the phone never warned they were closing early and it still says they're open while I'm here and its visibly locked and closed.
Had to get Antifreeze for my Honda and the guys in the shop were very informative about what I needed to do with the radiator. Definitely would recommend.
Todd, the General Manager, went out of his way to get us some parts we needed- and since we live on a boat, he took it upon himself to deliver them to the marina so we didn’t have to get another $40 Uber ride to the store. If he hadn’t done that, we may have been out on the seas taking a chance of a breakdown- this is great service and we really appreciate his professionalism beyond any expectations. A+++

Stood at the counter for 5 mins before I was acknowledged. The person was less than helpful as most employees don’t know anything without typing into the computer.
Supposed to be open at 730. Guy gets to the store at 730 and then tells me "im not going to be open for another 10 minutes." 10 minutes go by, still not open. Need more reliable workers at this location.
Went there to get a free vehicle diagnostics done on my car (Advanced Auto Parts website says this is a free service).
Was told they didnt do that and to try a different store.
Always giving me the wrong parts , so than have to go back up there, exchange, make sure u have ur id because they don’t remember your face in 5 mins after selling u the wrong part..
