tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but having a hard time.
I got a 2001 Buick century for 3.5k with 79k miles which was a great price. I was under the impression the car ran great. I drove it while there and all was well.
same day I get home and the cars overheating. only way they would take a look as if I drove back out another hour and a half when they had time.
fast forward now after I fixed the overheating issue myself, I've had the car 2-3 weeks. I'm getting lights for engine oil issues and evap system malfunctions.
I understand the car is 25 years old and this may not be all on them, but the car was advertised and no issues and running smooth and now all of the sudden its having multiple issues that I have to fix on my own.its possible the codes were cleared before purchase because for these issues to pop up not even 2 weeks later is weird to me.
just be weary. im not sure if the mechanic they use is the best. I seem to be more thorough then whoever they use and I'm a diy mechanic.
(p.s I also checked the coolant freezing point and it was at -5 degrees Fahrenheit which means it was wrong mixture. if I left that engine and didn't change it the car would've been shot once wintertime came)
professional honest family business. i was about to purchase a car from them when they last minute spotted an issue with the car, they alerted me, and replaced the part with no additional charge. they didn’t have to do that; i was on my way with cash payment and would’ve been none the wiser if they had done nothing. These are good people that aren’t looking to scam or hit someone over the head.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this establishment and it’s been under constant work since purchasing it. Within the first several weeks I had to bring it back to SB auto to be repaired 3 times due to constant overheating issues. Every time I got it back from them it would begin to overheat again. Fast forward less than 2 months when I finally drove the vehicle for over an hour and it’s right back to overheating! I was told by them they replaced the cooling fan and several other things. Now that the jeep is being worked on by a legitimate mechanic, I was told the cooling fan was installed incorrectly. I should have listened to the overwhelming amount of bad reviews all over the internet. If you want a vehicle that can make it further than the end of your block, I would highly suggest staying away.
Edit: my mechanic sent me photos of the fan they had to replace that SB auto claimed they replaced. When SB installed it, they did not tighten it correctly and even forgot to put in one of the screws. It caused the fan to rattle and lock up and burnt it out. I’ll attach that photo below.

Recently purchased a 04 Ford which turned out to have a few problems within a week of driving off the lot. Sam took care of everything and offered great customer service to get everything resolved.

I may not have been there to buy the car, but I thought my 2008 Suzuki XL7 was totally flawless from the moment I came home from college to see it in my driveway. But just over a year later, when I got my car inspected, it failed multiple times because the check engine light was supposedly on, even though we couldn't see the actual light on the dashboard.
So I had the dash looked at, and sure enough, both the engine and oil lights were blocked out — by *black silicone* — as if to try and deceive us. The timing chain had been stretched the whole time and the computer had noticed there was some slack in the chain, but we never saw the light because the dealership may have tried to hide it from us by slapping a fraudulent inspection sticker on it when it was bought.
While I'm aware that there's a possibility the dealership may not have been the culprit behind the car's hidden problems, they didn't even try to reconcile them either way, since they would've had to get the inspection done in the first place before selling us the car. In the end, they've totally lost my trust.

DO NOT BUY HERE. I bought a truck that the owner said had minimal rust. This is what I found at the dealership. They would not refund me even though toyota said this truck shouldn't be driven on the road. I will be getting my lawyer involved but please stay away so you dont end up with a lemon like myself.
My wife and I brought her sister to check out a 2011 Subaru Outback. Sam gave us the keys and let us go over it thoroughly and test drive it. We came back the next day, checked it out again. now i dont really hate on businesses but this small dealer is unacceptable i came in atleast 10 times for a vehicle was told to leave information for specific vehicle when available and i searched facebook and saw they had the car i want and didn’t receive no phone call another problem yesterday sept 7 i spoke to daniel about a 2008 dodge that i wanted to see and buy and he said he closed at 1 afternoon i wake up next morning sept 8 to see car from outside and i see the car not there i called a # on door spoke to priscilla and its sold 🤬🤬 when i had appointment to see it today most the cars there sold wouldn’t recommend here unless they can actually provide excellent service will just take my money somewhere else

SB Auto Sales is a class act dealership. I bought a 2008 Hyundai Elantra the night before New Year's Eve. I live in Brooklyn and I made a 7:15PM appointment with Jessica to look at a few cars. They were already closed for the night and Jessica still opened for me to check the cars. I was able to take a couple of cars out for a test drive and was given as much time as I wanted to inspect the cars. No pressure and no haggling, just an honest talk. She gave me a great price and I left a small deposit. I came back the day after New Year's Day, finalized the deal and picked up the car from Jessica's dad, Sam. The car was ready with new NYS license plates, registration, inspection and a new oil change with new oil filter! This alone is worth it. NYS DMV has a 2 week backlog on plates and registration. You won't find a better dealership! Great people and a great selection of cars. All of their cars are clean and in excellent condition. We bought our 2004 Dodge Durango from Sam 2 years ago and it still runs great. No major problems just normal wear and tear. He is a great owner. My stepson got his 2007 Chevrolet Malibu and it runs great also. We will be going back to get a second vehicle from Sam. See you soon Sam.
A while back I purchased a 2002 Ford Explorer. By the second week owing the vehicle I had to replace the ball joints and repair the AC. When I brought to Sam's attention did nothing about it. The vehicle did run great but had other miscellaneous problems which I took care as well. Lesson learn have a mechanic look at the vehicle before purchasing.
I also notice alot of fake reviews. Repetitious.

We had a great experience. Sam and his son Dan really took care of everything for us.
