Doug comes off at first as a nice guy but it is a bad person. Beware!!!!!!! Do not go here for any type of work done to your car. Only go if you need a part and check online and locally before going there. I wish someone gave me this heads up prior to going.
Doug was cool at first but extremely rude when I brought the part UNOPENED back. He tried to overcharge me for an AIR INJECTION CHECK VALVE,$332.04, GOT THE PART FOR $25.00 from another supplier! Gotta give him credit though, he DID refund my money, but I will not do business with him again.
Went to their shop today , had a problem with my weatherstripping on my 96' C4. Instead of trying to sell me a new piece, Doug actually said there was nothing wrong with mine and told me how to fix it myself. I appreciated that and his honesty. I will recommend him, class act!
Doug and his team are great. ALWAYS WILLING TO TAKE THE TIME TO GO OVER THINGS WITH YOU. making sure one can understand. 4 me this is a grest place to have your Corvette service.
Knew what issues were without extensive diagnostic charges. Brought car to Robert Chevrolet lots of diagnostics and charges but no solution. Went to Doug and he knew what the problem was in literally 5 minutes. Only charged for minimal repair. Going back for other issues today. After all it is a classic car with some years on it
The owner Doug is a liar and I’ll never step foot in his establishment again he sold me a corvette cover which ripped on the first snow storm and said you have a year warranty on it and he doesn’t want to honor it he said he would return my phone call and never did stay away from this establishment and I. Plan to take him to small claims court
I HAVE BIN COMMING HERE FOR YEARS,THE OWNER DOUG VERY HELPFULL,MANY TIMES COULD HAVE SOLD ME NEW PARTS AND SAVE ME MONEY BY OFFERING ME USED IF I WANT, NO NEED TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Super knowledgeable. Has anything you can imagine. Full service shop. Polite. But a straight up business man and busy doesnt sit at the counter and talk stories. So dont take his i gotta get to work personality the wrong way.
