Terrible customer service! The employees are rude and don’t even bother to greet or respond to customers. I asked for help checking my car battery, and they just said they couldn’t help me. Completely unprofessional and lazy. I’ll never come back to this store.

If this is the Auto Zone on Sunrise in Copaigue, I'm never going back there again. Dude behind the counter wasn't listening to me, giving me attitude, then the manager stepped in. Then he started mumbling under his breath while listening to his headphones. Didn't wanna use the receipt I brought. "Whats the difference? You're getting your money back." The difference is 30 bucks. Thats what it is. I brought the receipt. Use the receipt. Online price is cheaper. Thats also the difference. When I have to go all over because you only have a single wheel bearing hub assembly in stock, that's also the difference. Thank me for restocking your store.

The manager Kevin S was extremely helpful when I went to get help for putting on wipers for my car that were bought at another location only to find out I had the wrong ones. He was quick to help me refund the old ones and get the proper wipers to be put on very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be coming back to this location thanks to him. <3

Just want to thank “Sebastian , helped me with my botched mechanics lazy work , that almost led to my car blowing up, taught me how to change my terminal , and genuinely wanted to help , his manager also seemed cool for letting him help as-well, as long as every customer was attended to … good store for sure.

Horrible, The employees were not helpful in any way. A company that can just say "we can't do it" and dismiss it just to get rid of it.

I called in asking a lot of questions I had the pleasure of being helped by Anthony he was very helpful and patient put my parts to the side for me and when I got into the store he was even kind enough to bring everything out to my car for me because I have back problems very nice young man definitely deserves a raise

Yesterday I visited AutoZone to buy a new windshield wiper and The person who helped me find the wipers was not very helpful, But there was another staff member who came out to my car and changed my windshield wiper and he wiped my windshield down first. he threw away all the wrapping and was so helpful. he checked my other wiper to see if that also needed to be replaced, which I hadn’t realized that it did so we went back inside. I purchased the second one and he came out and replaced that one as well. I have never used the service of having somebody come out to my car (they check and assist with all sorts of things like tire pressure, oil, battery)

Jonathan is very helpful. Help me a lot with all my stuff and what part I needed to just make sure everything is fit and thank you for the guy. He’s very nice guy. Will see you soon again.

Israel was a great help ! My car was having starting issues and he easily identified the problem while having great communication and being very knowledgeable. He deserves a raise !

Stood in line while watching the employees at least 3 of them walk around while I stood on the line with that one cashier taking customers and going off the register at the same time to help the customers he was dealing with all this while cashing out the customers this was very aggravating first rule of customer service bring the line down then you can continue to do your stocking in the store... to the employees who taught getting the merchandise on the shelves were more important than the customers standing on the line very poor customer service at this location 1235 sunrise highway

BUYER BEWARE..!!! They like to scam you out of your money they tell told me that they only had one alternator in stock the most expensive one of course afterwards i checked on line and they had 4-5 different ones cheaper it said available today at that store shame on them they traded a customer for a couple of commission dollars

Extremely disappointed.... I literally told them I had no knowledge about cars and all they did was type in the computer and than point in the direction of where the items were. I guess whatever they were doing on there phones was more important.... won't be coming back here again...

This place is super worst service i have ever seen,empolyee are not helffull very rudy i was order car mirror but not get right time whenever i call to the store no body answer if they answer hold my call even they give me wrong mirror,theyre wasting time the coustomer , i am verry verry unhappy ,about them service, i hope the store managemant will see it .

Besides the lil hoodlums hanging out in parking lot that constantly bother real costumers (watch out for the guys in car that roll their window down and call you over " Ah yo! Yo! Ayy yo! " don't know if that's a good idea to approach them creeps. The store been safe as far as I know up until this happened 3 times in same week. I go elsewhere. It's like I'm in Brooklyn again.

I was just at the store. The service is horrible. Poor service. Employees not willing to help, deflecting to other employees. The other employee was no help either. The Hispanic female employee was the one deflecting. She was very rude and inconsiderate. I have never seen such horrible service. I will never go there again.

Terrible spot, service is terrible and employees are unless. Put no effort at all to help their customers especially the Spanish kid up at the front desk. I honestly don’t know how he still has his Job, place must really be desperate. They should work on bettering their business starting with the employees who are bad for their own company. No wonder their ratings are steadily declining….. if 0 stars was possible I would definitely without hesitation have rated them 0.

Went in the other day, picked up a quart of oil, went to pay and 2 young women who were constantly looking at their phones and speaking spanish to each other looked at me and walked away. Then an older man was behind the counter and I asked him if I could pay. He held up his finger gesturing to wait then pointed to the girls. So I stood there for about 3 minutes and the man then asked me if I needed help. It was a bizarre encounter indeed. They were out of stock on some pretty basic items also.

I was confronted with an extremely rude worker, not sure of his name but it started with a CA. We were civil with him and wanted to pickup an order we placed online. Every-time I go to this location he is not wearing a mask and has a nasty attitude. After this scene I will be taking my business to a store which actually has employees with basic customer service skills.

I was at the store the other day to get new windshield wipers. Rahsean was the one who helped me and I have to say how absolutely DELIGHTFUL he is. Extremely friendly, very kind, and actually educated me/showed me how to change out my wipers. He was helping everyone in the store and had such a warm and positive spirit, and truly cared about assisting people. One of the best encounters I’ve ever had at a store!!!! Will be back for future needs!
