I brought my chainsaw here in August for a simple repair. The saw had an excessive oil leak and wouldnt oil the chain. When I picked it I paid the charge and took them at their word it had been repaired. later that day, I went to use it. This is when I tested out the repair. Small puddle of oil on the bottom of the box. Started it up and tested it for shooting oil off the bar's front. Nothing. I had no signal but got through to them a few days later. But before calling again, I filled the oil tank tested the bar for spitting again, nothing. I set the saw up 2 more times with clean cardboard. When I checked it 8 hours later and it was leaving behind way more oil than it should have. I know all saws leak oil. But they aren't supposed to leak like crazy. This repair hadn't been made either. I dropped the saw off with Ron. He and I were clear on what was wrong and he wrote in on the service order. When I picked it up Kenny told me the technician checked it over and cleaned the oil screen, lines and the pump and bar. I wanted to start it there but Kenny told me the technician had just started it up and it looked good. I loaded the saw in my truck. I went over to the mechanic shed and asked Seth if he left the red armor fuel in it. He snapped at me and said, "I didn't touch gas in the saw." When I called to tell them that they didn't do anything I paid them to do, and Kenny asked me .. and I told him blah blah blah .. and it's still the same as when I dropped it off. Ron came to the phone and I told him the same thing. He said to bring it back in. I let him know that I already ordered all the oiler system parts and that I'm going to repair it myself and that I wasn't going to let him touch my saw again. I told him I wanted him to refund the money I gave him because he didn't do anything I paid him to do. He insisted I bring the saw back so he can see it. I told him I going to do the repair myself, to just give me back my money, he told me absolutely wouldn't! I paid with a debit card. I should have written a check. I could have stopped payment when I discovered nothing had been done that was supposed to have been done. Looking over the service order, Seth wrote that the work had been completed the day after the day I dropped the saw off. He wrote, "stuff stuck in screen and hose-ran and checked". The repair tech has got about 500 pieces of equipment in his work area. I don't understand how everybody is happy with this shop's work, but I got nothing for the job I hired or paid for! This place is a Echo Signature Elite Repair Shop & Dealer for Echo products. They are obligated to take in for repair Echo equipment. If they were a Echo Authorized Repair Shop they could choose not to accept Echo products for repair. Nothing I can do now. I'm out 75 bucks. I bought the parts to repair it myself which cost me 65 bucks. I'm not complaining about the 65. I wont let him touch my saw a 2nd time. But I'm not happy about getting nothing for my 75. I maintain the saw very well. I didn't hire him to shape up the appearance of ordinary usage. The issue warranted looking at the functioning of the oiler. Cleaning around the chain cover isn't what I hired this guy to do. He says he checked over and cleaned the pump. The pump wasn't working when I gave the saw to you and it wasn't working after I paid you & took it with me to the job!
I cannot give this guy positive statement. I got ripped off! -JUNE 2025, just around to working on my saw. put in the new oiler I bought and she is oiling the bar again. The leak is also repaired with the oil line grommet and elbow grommet I changed out. BTW, for anyone who needs it, these parts fit the same auto oiler Echo put in the 310.
This place has been around for a very long time, and every time I go there, the customer service is always great, and I'm always able to get the parts that I need.
I dropped off three sets of chains to be sharpened on March 19th. I was told it would be a 4 week turn around time (2 weeks if "I was in a hurry") so I agreed to the 4 weeks. Today is almost 8 weeks later and I had heard nothing so I stopped in the shop to check on my chains. They had not been touched since drop off... I asked for my chains back to just sharpen myself at this point (even if it was going to take 40 hours of You Tube instruction, it would still be a quicker turn around time). Lesson learned, go to the Amish or do it yourself... I wish I could give them a better rating as they are knowledgeable about the saws they sell (I have bought a few different parts in the past) but this entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt I will be back.

After a lot of research and shopping, I bought my new Husqvarna mower from the Repair Shop. It was ready and assembled for me, they took the time to explain the operation and the many features of the machine. Everything was as they said….top quality, with no oversell. I can’t say enough good things about the Repair Shop and the Husqvarna mower is everything they said it to be. If you are looking for a new mower, do yourself a favor and shop with these folks in South Corning.

Great experience! They fixed a rototiller that belonged to my father and that hadn't been run for a few years. Runs great now, was ready when they said it would be. Price was incredible! Very happy and will be using them for all future repairs.
Great People, I repair my own equipment and they always make sure I am buying the correct part and everytime I need something they have had it in stock.
These guys are good at what they do. If you need anything for outdoors from husqvarna to echo they will give you real insight. Some of the last of the real customer care around. They also can fix your small engine or even give you an extremely sharp chainsaw blade.
We purchased a lawnmower about a month ago from here. We are very happy with it. The man behind the counter, I believe his name was Ron, he was very nice, knowledgeable, helped us load it up, and also has a great sense of humor. (It isn't self propelling, but he said to activate self propel mode, just start walking ?). We have a weedwacker that needs repair, I will be taking it there !

Professional, fast. Gave me the parts they replaced. Good operating hours. Very knowledgable staff. Honest fast small engine repair is sometimes hard to find... go here. I have been very happy with at least two repairs.
Purchased new lawn mower this afternoon, sales very helpful. I think he was the owner. This shop wa a highly recommend because they repair what the sell. Big box stores don't. Was told they have been ain business 38 years. Mower appears to work well and was recommended as an easy starter. I was pleased with the experience. My old mower can not be repaired, it is very old and no parts are available. Thank you
Thought my riding mower engine was toast - Ron diagnosed the problem and fixed it for far less $$ than expected. Very thorough, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and competent - simply as good as it gets!
I have been a customer for over 36 years. Today, Ron helped me diagonose a problem with my 18 year old Husquavrna tractor's steering and recommended a solution with a $7 part. Mower works better than it has for years. This is customer service at its best.
