Contacted them several months ago was told I’d be put on the list to take in our truck and transmission in May. Contacted them in May only to be told they don’t recall any of this conversation and that it would be at least July. I could’ve went somewhere else if they would’ve been truthful so that I could’ve got this done now here I am Five months later, still in the same boat. Don’t waste your time go elsewhere.

Had motor swapped out on my car. Lots of issues while working on it. Still throws a code for open circuit. I would think the problem would be resolved before it left the building but it was not. I kept getting charged and charged and charged for the problem to be fixed but it was never truly fixed. So here I now have a vehicle due for inspection that I can't get inspected because of an open circuit issue.
I am so impressed with Kyle! He has been my go to parts guy for a few projects now. Finding differentials for a 2024 Nissan frontier was no easy task but somehow he managed to find me exactly what I needed and at a much better price and quality than offered anywhere else, and they arrived in a timely manner! The transmission I purchased for my 04 ford was great. I recommend engines and transmissions to anyone looking for any parts! Kyle is an honest guy and I can’t thank him enough for keeping me on the road!
Kyle is great, extremely accommodating and answers each question with great detail. He doesnt leave anything out, makes sure you get the best deal that you can, and if you happen to have an issue with product his customer service cannot be matched. Initially I was happy to purchase an engine from these guys, as they were the only ones around that not only specialized in Subaru engines, but offered a 6 month warranty. For these reasons, I didn't mind driving the 2+ hrs to pick it up. Kyle was great to work with, accommodating, and answered every time I called. However, after installing the new engine, I drove it about 30-40 miles and it overheated. I called to voice my concern and exercise the warranty that came with it, and they told me that since it overheated, that I would not be entitled to a refund. They told me that if a particular part was bad (i.e. head gasket/cylinder head) that they would only replace that part. Additionally, in order for them to consider this, I would have to make yet another trip up for them to diagnose the bad engine. This would result in me paying my mechanic to once again remove and install another engine. It simply isn't worth the hassle, as I just wanted a refund and even offered to just give them their engine back after the salvage yard that I planned to take it to at this point removed it for me. I would guess that the problem with their rebuilt engines isn't a common occurrence, but don't let the 6 month warranty sell you on this place.
I needed a motor for my truck and he had one in stock ready to go. Super easy great service. He's a great guy and has really fair prices. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Excellent customer service every time i call. I own Rice's Auto Center in Corning NY and Mike is always my first call on Engines and transmissions. Not only does he have great prices but can find any motor or transmission I need quickly. I highly recommend giving him a try.
Fast with great service!! We have ordered and received two transmissions from them in the past few months. Both were delivered promptly, and priced affordably. They are now our go to company for quality use for rebuilt engines and transmissions!!
