DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY OR YOUR EV HERE. SHOCKING SAFETY RISK. I am writing this to warn every customer, parent and EV driver about the dangerous and xenophobic treatment my wife and two-year-old son received at Bill Rapp Chevrolet in Ogdensburg NY. While driving our new Equinox EV, our battery dropped unexpectedly from 60% to 30%. My wife, alone with our toddler, pulled into this dealership expecting assistance and support. This which was the nearest GM-authorized facility. The Experience: * Refusal of Aid: An employee named Ollie flatly refused to help a mother and child in distress, stating, "We don't charge customers' cars." He actively turned away a vulnerable family in a failing vehicle. It was obvious that he didn't want to be bother to help. * Hate Speech/Xenophobia: While my wife was trying to figure out how to get our son home safely, he also told her to "Go back to Canada." This is disgusting, unprofessional, and a stain on the Chevrolet brand. * Management Failure: When I called to report this, the receptionist Sarah was dismissive and talked over me. General Manager, Brandon, when taking my call was uninterested, disengaged and make me feel like I was bothering him to report a safety issue. It is apparent that a culture of zero empathy and zero safety standards to thrive at this location. This isn't just "bad service"—this was a safety failure. They left a mother and a two-year-old stranded in a foreign country with a depleted battery and told them to "go back" to a place they didn't have enough power to reach. If you are a traveler or an EV owner, stay far away from here. Don't expect service or assistance. They do not care about your safety or your business.

Great place to do business. I had a few issues that were resolved quickly They gave me a loaner to run my errands. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating..

When dash lights and warnings came on I immediately drove to BR's even with diminished braking power. The boys got it in and determined the problem! This was all done on New Years Eve. We regularly schedule vehicle servicing at Bill Rapp Chevrolet. It has always been very satisfactory.

Staff were friendly and efficient as usual. Waiting area is comfortable and water and coffee was provided. Work was done as requested. Bought many cars here over the years and have always received great service. Often they’ve gone above and beyond for me.

I highly recommend Bill Rapp for your vehicle needs. I recently purchased a new vehicle and unfortunately there was a problem with the heater and GM advised it would be 2 months for the part. Bill Rapp provided me with a new loaner vehicle, which they didn't have to do that. Once the part came in and my car was repaired, they drove my vehicle to my place of business which was 1 1/2 hours away. They defiantly work for their customers!

Joe Thacker and his crew in the body shop are amazing. They go above and beyond. I wish I could say I haven’t been there three times in the past few years but am very satisfied with the service.

I have been buying cars my whole life for us my girls and have always dreaded the experience before it even started. All different dealers because I did not want to go back through the same ordeal. This is going to be our last purchase at our age so I decided to try someone new. We used to pass Bill Rapp every day twice a day going and coming from work. We called first made an appointment with Shaun Murray and I have to say this was the most wonferful helpful experience we have had in our entire vehicle buying lifetime. Shaun was knowledgeable, understanding of our age, fixed income and our not being experienced with General Motors products. After all the discussions on price we were test driving the vehicle 5 minutes later, and made a deal. What a wonderful car buying experience Shaun made for us and I cannot say enough to describe his demeanor, knowledge of the vehicle, and understanding our apprehension. If Bill Rapp had the ability to Clone Shaun Murray he should have all salesmen mimmic Shaun. Hats off to a great salesman.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! We really liked the salesman. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we were figuring out all the new things about the vehicle. We were allowed to test drive without hassle and it was an overall great and seamless experience 🤗

I went in to Bill Rapp asking to purchase a new tire as mine kept losing air repeatedly. They offered to look at the tire to check for leak/hole and said it may just need a plug. I told the gentleman I was short for time and only had about 20 minutes to spare. They took my car in, found a bolt in the tire, plugged the hole and had me on my way just a couple minutes past my timeframe (remember I just walked in no appointment). The best part, my bill was much cheaper than a new tire!!!
