Very slow service and did not have the parts I needed

Got scammed by a manager.. brought receipt in to warrentee a rear bearing on my 2011 caravan..was told bring old bearing in with the box from the new bearing and would get refunded..new bearing cost $200 the old bearing when purchased was $128..got the old bearing out.. put in box ..brought back next day ..told me then that it wasn't even the same part number that the one I wanted to warrentee was only a one year and the one he sold me was a 3 year.. there's no way I would have paid $200 for a bearing without him saying bring the old one back in and get your money back..he knew he was selling me a better warranty bearing and that I'd be stuck with it and get no refund..so I took the old bearing back and put it back on the van and brought the $200 bearing back to get my money returned..I will never shop the Ogdensburg NY location again .. Out gas and labor because of his words ..

At least they know what thier doing when you ask for a part instead of giving you that clueless idk look like at some places

Guys are great there have a old iron heads Harley and valvoline sae 50 oil they had got a customer here thanks guy

Not bad seems like they have 50 people working and they walk right past you but the parts are decent quality

A very large inventory of automotive, light and heavy duty truck, ag and marine parts. They have custom mixed paint an PBE supplies in house. There counter staff is second to none with highly experienced personal to find the correct part the first time.

Very pleasant when I went in and when my fiancé went to get a part.will definitely continue to deal with them.

The most unhappy workers ever. Very rude and was obvious they did not want to help in any way.

5 people working here, 2 customers being helped - the man in front of me said he's been waiting for help for 30 minutes - nuff said.
