Like most other parts stores, I expected the usual: blank stares, confusion, and being told to “try somewhere else.” Not this team. As each staff member became available, they jumped in one by one to help find a real solution. Instead of brushing it off, they researched, asked questions, and actually worked the problem. That alone already put them miles ahead of every other parts place I visited. After digging through options online and in-store, I believe it was the manager who suggested a brilliant alternative: a flame‑retardant cigarette disposal bucket…the same fire‑safe function as an oily waste can, but about $100 cheaper. That’s what I call solution‑driven customer service. These aren’t just employees showing up for a shift, they’re people who genuinely want to help customers walk out with answers. Thanks to the whole team for going above and beyond. You earned every one of these six stars.

Darlene bought some fuses for $4 and walked away with loads of of swag. What a place! What's not to like about O'Reilly's?

The quality parts ain't very good. I have about two window regulators from them and they say they boat right in. They do not match up to the vehicle I have so I had to make one work. I would never go back to O'Reilly's Auto parts again. Poor customer service. They don't know what they're talking about and ogdensburg New York very disappointed in them
