Called multiple companies after my car died on a very cold night. Most were indifferent or seemed unwilling to send a truck. Jon picked up while he was on the road, was kind and courteous, and made his best effort to get to me quickly. He gave me a very reasonable quote and towed my car from Ballston Lake to Scotia.
