Eric was absolutely wonderful helping us today. Called over the phone and he found my pads and rotors in stock and checked the shelf. Came in and he came out to the car and checked the front brakes as well for me, which the pads were shot I wouldn’t have even known. He then helped me get windshield wipers. 10/10 customer service and experience i couldn’t of asked for better
I went to this store for a lawn mower battery and the woman working Saturday would not assist me getting a battery due to a customer the previous day giving her a hard time. She told me she wasn't going to deal with that problem again. Unfriendly and unprofessional!
Pleasant staff. Called ahead for a battery and was ready when I arrived. The size of the store was impressive with a large selection of parts and accessories.
I have come in numerous times over the last ten years and walked in tonight with no greeting. I waited at the counter for a few minutes before somebody came to the counter after sitting behind it talking to each other (employee to employee). After I finally got service, the new employee didn’t know what a spark plug was... you should not be working at a parts store if you don’t know what a spark plug is. I will not be returning to the mechanicville store ever again, I would rather drive to Albany than deal with this horrid customer service.
Knowledgeable and helpful. Quickly looked up which specific part we'd need to repair the car in question and brought them over. All parts were of good quality and worked once installed.
Most of the time the employee's at advance auto don't know what in the sane he// they are talking about. Don't ask their advice because they just don't know. I recommend looking up and finding the exact part you need online and then pick it up in the store.
The bearded gentleman that helped me went above and beyond to assist me with my issue when he realized the store didn't carry what I needed. I wish I got your name!! I was in the store 01/11/19 @ ~1315 and purchased a wiper blade.

The day I went they were quite busy with about 6 people in line. There was a young lady by the name of Kelli, I believe, who was handling everything while three other gentleman were on the phone and stocking. She handled everyone with patience and did the best she could helping all of us with our needs as quickly as possible on top of numerous phone calls coming in from customers as well. You would think at least one of the other guys would stop for just 3 minutes to help her but for all I know there was something keeping them from being able. Anyways great job "Kelli"! Overall experience was good
The staff at this store are Awesome. In particular Ryan, if they had a customer survey on "Employee of the month" I would vote for Ryan, I am good at voting, I voted for Trump. Yes, he's a little wacked with the late night Tweets.
I do not understand why it is necessary to bombard customers with loud crappy music through crappy speakers. Customers are there to find and purchase auto parts.
